The concert was amazing. It was my Christmas present to my sister. We have both loved FOB since they first came out and finally got to see them live. It was perfect in so many ways!
The tickets were made printable for easy access and the prices were great. The only site I found that didn't charge $30, $40 or more for processing fees. Good job and I'll be using them again!

What the F___! Nowhere on the tickets does it say lawn seating only. Well i got a section/row/seat numbers on my tickets. Doesn't matter lawn only, no seats.

It was great service, however it took quite a while, I ended up being on the phone for 12 minutes and the representative did repeat a lot of the same questions which got kind of frustrating.
When I got to the box office, my tickets were rejected and I was not allowed in. I called the customer service number that was on my email they were ZERO help. I spent almost 30 minutes on hold with them. The box office even tried their best to work with TicketNetwork customer service but TicketNetwork customer service was not able (or willing) to help. They told me to call back in the morning. I tried to explain the morning would be too late since the show will be over. The dumbest thing I was told by the TicketNetwork customer service is to try emailing the box office and see what they can do for me. I WAS STANDING AT THE BOX OFFICE and the box office manager was also talking to them trying to help me. So I went home very disappointed without being able to see Hamilton. I have already called my credit card company and I'm disputing the charge. I have I printout of the scan from the box office showing the tickets were denied.
So, I bought Springsteen tickets when they were first sold, months before the show. However, the day before the show I still didn't have my tickets. So, I tried to call to find out where my tickets were. It took hours to get hold of someone and only then they emailed me telling me that I would have to pick up my tickets even though I had paid over $106 for a "service" fee and $15 for a delivery fee. Naturally, I was upset so I asked why I have to pick them up when I paid so much extra to get my tickets delivered to me. Any legitimate company would just waive the delivery fee but not this company. They cancelled my order the day before the show. I spent close to six hours fighting with two different people through email and on the phone and the only thing they would do was to offer me tickets at an additional $220. I finally gave up and was able to get comparable tickets through a reputable company at $100 less. My friend was able to get better tickets than me and he paid almost $200 less by going through another ticket agency.
My whole experience felt like a complete scam. As best I can figure, this is what they do. They sell you tickets but don't send them to you. Then when you complain, If they can get more money from some other sucker, they cancel your order and sell your tickets to them. If not, they waive the delivery fee and make you pick them up. I don't have proof of this but that's what my gut tells me happened. I will never use this company again.

Ordered my tickets for Mac miller, 200$ never got my tickets. Customer service sucked, they basically said it was my problem. Horrible experience! Our receipt did not matter and that was $592.50! The box office of Key Arena stamped my receipt VOID and reported it as fraudulent! So humiliating and we were so dressed up for the evening. NO ONE answering the phone listed on the receipt. And NO ONE at the venue to assist us. It was the most frustrating and expensive night ever and it was supposed to be a big surprise for my son who was just visiting! It was my first to try TicketNetwork. My first and definitely my last one!

I was buying tickets for a group of friends that live abroad for the Superbowl 2014. The prices were surprisingly good but what a surprise! After getting the tickets, I found out that all the tickets I bought were VOIDED without even asking for proof of ID, or anything else. Which means if I didn't call to buy more tickets for parking I would NEVER KNOW until 1 day before the game, with no chances of getting any ticket at all. Also they are not the ticket brokers, which means they will charge a ridiculous amount of money for "service and handling", they will not provide you with any solutions for any of your ticket's problems and you will have to call the seller anyway.
Good thing dough, because from now on, I know who I have to call for my ticket needs and for that I have to thank Ticket Network.
I purchased a table for 4, arrived at the venue and was told I had purchased tickets from Ticket Network for a table that did not exist. There was no Table 10, which is what I had purchased. After being told by the event security team and Wild Bill management that there was nothing that they could do, we complained long enough that we were finally given a table with 2 stools instead of 4, that was added by being forced into an area where people were already standing so you could not move. The new table was placed behind a pole so we could not even see the performer. There were at least 4 other groups of people with Ticket Network tickets in the same 'your table does not exist' situation. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS VENDOR.

The concert itself was totally awesome, glad I purchased tickets. Well worth the cost. Location of seats were good, but the chairs were a little too small.
First UT game for me and my son - had NO IDEA how bad finding a parking spot would be. Having the parking pass saved us the hassle of looking for a spot that didn't exist - and made it so much easier after the game to find the garage after the game. Would TOTALLY do this again!
