We had an absolute blast at the Kenny Rogers concert, and though I was not as familiar with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, I loved them as well. Concert far exceeded my expectations and TicketNetwork was great!
Don't buy tickets from these hacks, they will send you a printed ticket (if they send you one at all) with no way of verifying if they are valid. This site is crap, a dice roll at best. Use stubhub.
Initially I had a problem with "Flash Seats" check-in, but it ended up good in the end. We had great seats and the price was right. The show was one of the best I have ever seen.
I recommend avoiding Ticketmaster at all costs. I purchased tickets for an event at the Wolftrap Center in Virginia. I was automatically directed to a Ticketmaster website where I chose to purchase two $104 seats. Ticketmaster charged me an additional $26/ticket fee for a total of $52. Ticketmaster then directed my purchase to a third party company Ticket Galaxy. When I downloaded my tickets I was given seats worth $55 which were purchased by an unknown person using an unknown credit card. Figuring there was a mistake, I contacted Ticket Galaxy who informed me these were indeed my tickets and that I should contact Ticketmaster. I called Ticketmaster to find why I ended up paying over $130 for a $55 ticket. The Ticketmaster operator was very condescending and rude, basically telling me that it was my problem that I paid that price. I feel Ticketmaster was dishonest. I don't know if they buy blocks of tickets and then 'legally' scalp them on the open market, but I feel there should have been a full disclosure informing me at the time of purchase that the tickets I was buying were only worth $55. If I had known that, I would not have spent over $130 for a $55 ticket. I believe Ticketmaster is a deceptive organization that knowingly rip offs unsuspecting customers by not listing the actual worth of the tickets they are reselling. Never again! Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Ordered tickets to a Red Sox game. Tickets we got are NOT as described. I called customer service as soon as I got them and explained this is not what the description said. They told me there is nothing they can do. I called on 4 different occasions trying to reason with them and was basically told too bad. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am now stuck with 2 ADA seats and we are not handicapped. I asked them how they can sell ADA seats that are not what was described and have a clear conscious knowing that they sold them to people that are not handicapped? They told us don't worry about it... they will give you a folding chair to sit in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I even called the stadium and no one can help me change my seats so I will be sitting there (UGH). I can't have a clear conscious knowing I am sitting in ADA seating when I am not handicapped, so I am prepared to apologize to everyone and gladly explain how we got ripped off by ticketnetwork. These people are off their rockers! This is the first and the last time I will ever use them! I read the reviews before I ordered and wish I would have listened. Good lesson learned:-(

SongTicketing is a respected ticket brokerage company based on the West Coast. They do resell tickets through us, but they also resell tickets through our competitors, as well. Excite is another ticket-selling marketplace, but it is not the same website as TicketNetwork. Your ticket seller uses our point-of-sale software for listing tickets online, so it could be that they referenced you to "TicketNetwork" by mistake. (TN is not just an e-commerce website, but also an award-winning technology company. It's therefore possible that our name may be thrown around in regards to ticket orders when the orders are not actually associated with our website.) You would want to connect with Excite.com if you had complaints about your purchase.
Paid 3k for two tickets that were labeled "PIT and VIP PACKAGE" a week before the concert they email saying they aren't pit anymore. (we paid for ticket protection just incase this happened because of how much was spent) they then say "it's too close to the event date we can't refund you" so now we paid 3k for basic lower seating and a bag that says "vip", Yay me guess i'll have fun with that. Not to mention they say when buying ticket protection that "100% money back guarantee" and also on their website they say it. It's all a joke. This is the ONLY time i've not used ticketmaster and looks like it will be the LAST time ever. Also doing research on them finding out they have a lawsuit against them and had to pay A LOT of money for "selling tickets they didn't even have" and that's not even all when you look up the reviews, please be smart and look at their reviews and research before buying with them. So it looks like i'll be going against them also now right after i watch this concert from my BASIC LOWER SEATING 3 thousand dollar tickets. Please please please warn your kids, grandkids, parents, grandparents, friends, family, neighbors, he'll warn EVERYONE you know that TicketNetwork is an absolute JOKE. And (excuse my language) they will completely $#*! you over. Take it from me, very very upset with this. Be careful!
Thieves and crooks! Ticket network hides fees from buyers by putting disclaimers on sales allowing third party sellers to charge fees above and beyond the prices they represent as the purchase price. They claim inability to disclose these fees, but the simple truth is they hide them to attempt to make their prices look better when they in fact are not - they are much, much higher and there is no way to validate that the fees being charged aren't simply an additional profit source for sellers. BUYER BEWARE -AVOID TicketNetwork ATALL COST! Or get screwed out of your money!
The tickets arrived via email and I was able to print and present them with no issues. It's kindof nervrecting buying something online these days but the process worked perfect!
It's always hard to not hear your favorite songs but I wasn't expecting so much new material either! It was awesome to finally see the FotC in person and I will EASILY do it again if there's an opportunity. A surprising highlight was also getting to see Eugene Mirman in person and realize, yes Gene actually could get bigger.
