Complete and total scam showed up and had no tickets. This will go down as one of the type of stories that you warn people about when shopping online. My tickets were supposed to be delivered last Wednesday they did not come. On Friday I called to see what was going on and I was informed that ticket network basically farmed out my order to another site called take a champion. I called ticket network and they referred me to this other site. I called them and they told me that my tickets have been changed from being delivered to my house to will call. I was supposed to be notified and never was. So I called the venue to see if there were tickets in my name which there was not. So I called back ticket champion and they told me that the will call would be changed over one hour before the performance. I arrive with my seven month pregnant wife whose birthday we were celebrating. We go over to the will calland there are no tickets in my name. I can't take a champion again and they informed me that my order was canceled. So they totally ruined what was my last date night with my wife before having another baby. I will never ever shop from this site again absolute terrible experience if you're thinking about ordering from here run as fast as you can

We were so excited and then when we got to our seats we were VERY disappointed. We were on a corner and a railing was right at eye level. I had to sit on the edge of my seat all night.

I FOUND THIS WEBSITE TO BE A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! I paid a premium price for lousy seats. We couldn't even see the whole stage! (We didn't see the Christmas tree... which is a central feature of this show!)

I just ordered 6 tickets for the Wicked musical, then received a FedEx tracking number by email, and the tickets arrived, no muss, no fuss. I think some of the negative reviews might be hyperbole
I would like a refund please for tickets and definitely for your service charges. Service did not work for me in Maine. I am going to let NCAA lacrosse know that this service is problematic.
Don't buy tickets from this site. They are totally unhelpful and don't take care of customers. If something goes wrong they don't care and they wont fix it. Go somewhere else.
My seating was not where it was suppose to be and delivering was not what had been said, had to stop at Delano hotel before going to the event very frustrated
Ordering was easy, ticket delivery was prompt. The only issue I had was the fact that they crammed 6 seats into the VIP box and all the other boxes only had 4 seats. It was a little crowded
Show was fantastic. Went with 3 year old dressed as Jasmine & 7 year old who loved the Genie. Adults also thought the show was one of top 3 musicals ever!
