I ordered my tickets and they were ready for download within about 3 1/2 hours. Was very quick and efficient and the tickets were exactly what I ordered. I would definitely order from they again.
The show was great. The only problem is there is not enough leg room. Also they took very tiny pocket knives and mine was a utility knife with the knife so small and dull it wouldn't cut anything.
We had seen the TSO a few years back but enjoyed this show even more than we did back then. Amazing is the best word to describe our experience from the first song to the last. Highly recommend!

Show was fantastic. Price was outrageous for seats. When showing the seats placement online it did not add up to where we sat for the price we were far back.
Disappointed because I had to change my places the last minute because when I arrived with my 80+ years old parents, it appreared that we could not sit on the floor...
The purchase process was great with quick delivery. The game was called by the refs in beginning of the 3rd quarter so refunds are being processed.

The seats were incredible club level seats with access to the club area which was air conditioned, plenty of bathrooms and a variety of food and drink stands. Great seats to see the concert!

Ordering tickets was easy, yet could not tell what seats on the row until after purchase. The tickets list the individual (producer?) On the tickets which was confusing. Called to ask who that was.

I didn't like how when I purchased the tickets for 8 sessions that when the tickets were sent I had to pay 15.00 per ticket to be sent via UPS.
The tickets were to be delivered to a place "near the venue." In fact, they were delivered in the next town some 20 minutes away from the venue. That was false and misleading.
