We got to the game and the supplied tickets and found they would not work at the gate. Seems someone else had used the same tickets. After a half an hour at the ticket office we managed to get into the game late and found someone in our seats. They had tickets from you too. We saw most of the game anyway. What a messed up deal! You should really refund our money. I would give you negative stars if I could.
I went online to buy 2 tickets, was approved to buy 2 tickets but only 1 was issued. I had to either lose that ticket or buy another for a lot more money no where near the 1st ticket holder. Total bait & switch. I was told that even though there were 3 tickets available it is policy not to leave just 1 ticket. When I tried to buy 2 it asthmatically sold me 1, leaving 2 tickets. It should have said that I couldn't have 2 & not stick me with just 1. Then when it came time to print the tickets their site wouldn't work. Unfortunately the rating system will not allow 0 stars.

Got tickets from Ticketnetwok online. Bought 2 tickets for Phantom Center Orchestra. Verified seat were together and CENTER Orchastra via their so-called customer service. At the Theatre... we were seated Orchestra RIGHT (yes it makes a BIG difference) The performance from Barbour and Udine saved the night.(They are fantastic... the show is a must see) However this wasn't what we spent premium $$$ on. So in the future unless you pick up at advance booth use a site where YOU actually pick each seat (ala ticketmaster)or do so at your own risk,
Since you stole $255.00 from me when you charged me for 4 tickets when I only ordered two then refused to refund my money. The concert sucked or I should sat TSO WAS GOOD HOWEVER (ticketnetworks.com) sucks. Have a merry Christmas you grinch

Only complaint is the stage setup made it hard to see performers. Very dark.
Purchasing tickets was easy, but getting your site to allow me access to print was non-existent. I ended up having to call customer service who walked me through a different location site to print. Other than that the experience was great!
