I think, the show in the NBA is better than in the german Basketball League. But the fans in Germany are better. More action and more Promotion for the Team.

I was buying tickets for def leopard, at dte, in clarkson, mi, said i was getting a email to confirm and print tickets when I got email and checked it it was for a concert that was the day before! And not even in Michigan, called and first person Michael stated no problem we can switch tickets for you, and gave me another phone number to contact. That number didn't work! So I called back several times and was told now that there was nothing they could do now, concert passed you should have gone to Pennsylvania, to attend... those are the tickets you bought! Wow I asked for a manager and talked to Kelly - she said same thing you bought the wrong tickets not our fault, I explained I was on dte site put in date, band, location. And did search found tickets and bought them on Thursday night late, checked email, for confirmation and didn't receive conformation until saterday, when I found email and checked it, called that minute to fix issue, they waited till Sunday morning to answer my emails, and broker emailed me invoice, and said those are the tickets you bought to bad... called dte and reported site to them and found that they have numerous complaints from this broker/scammer... beware of this site... didn't get to see concert and now out 210.00... BBB call tomorrow, can't believe how this company handles complaints or talk to their paying customers... wow never again and posting beware' son every social media site I can and reporting to BBB...

The bands were awesome and the sound was good too. The bar tender was nice but the woman at the down stairs door was not very nice. I was not allowed to go down to get a shirt even though I paid extra money for front row seats upstairs and the parking voucher. She said I had to wait till the show was over but that was not an option for me so I was not able to get one. The last time I was there I was not allowed to go to the first floor bathroom from my seats even though the line up stairs was 35 people deep. I had to leave the show so I would not piss myself. I use to love this venue but I am not a fan of the new rule set so I will not be going to this venue again. I have a bad back and need a seat but to be stuck up there all night not only makes my anxiety start to get bad but the other issues I spoke of takes away from my whole experiance. I like to get fresh air by the door sometimes between bands but was only allowed out the back by all the smokers. NOT the fresh air I was looking for. Its to bad because the House of Bluse was a very cool place to see a show. I hope this helps make things better.

I was astounded to learn that tickets purchased on the Gruene Hall website were only $25 a piece, opposed to the $90 that I paid on this website. I will never buy tickets from Ticket Network again.

I ordered tickets to dmb in February, I chose willcall pickup due to the fact that my tickets would be mailed to my home in Florida. I was seeing the show in Saratoga springs and was already in Ny before said delivery date. A week before show I received an email saying to call regarding tickets. I called, I was told that the willcall at SPAC was unreliable. Ok I'm in Ny. From that point on I was on a first name bases with a guy named Mike. He was very busy and would call me back. He didn't, I called again. And again and again. 4 hours before the concert I had no tickets in hand and no reassurance that they would be at willcall. I called again with the response that we are very busy, short staffed, and I'll call you back. Unacceptable, I kept Mike on the phone until I could get something solid out of his mouth. He ended up finding me new seats in the last row of the balcony with an obstructed view. He agreed to refund 400.00 to my visa. I met with a very nice girl at the venue 2 1/2 hours before the show. Come to find out she was mike's sister. I'm not sure if he sold me out and sold off my original tickets but they were on the lower level unobstructed. I was very disappointed in this ticket network. I did see or hear the show but the stress to receive these tickets and explain to my friends why the seats changed was rediculous.

I paid $267 for my Beyonce and Rihanna tickets when I found out other people were charged $15 I think it's totally unfair to charge me more than double the price when other people were charged only $15 it's totally unfair and I don't appreciate it

The staff was ghetto and rude. Very drunk girls with slutty outfits trying to hookup with staff in front of families. But over all, drinks where great and JB was F#%*¥ AMAZING.
The play was amazing but I was not able to use the tickets that I originally purchased from TicketNation. I was called the day before and informed that both parties had to be in wheelchairs! My confirmation plainly stated that "These seats are wheelchair accessible IF necessary. Chairs will be provided for non-wheelchair customers." When I read this to the lady from TicketNation her comment was well that is usually the case but not this time! So, she was suppose to be trying to get me two more tickets in the place of my original tickets and I was told she would get back with me that night or first thing the next morning (the morning of the play). I never heard back from her. I began trying to call while on my way from Huntsville to Birmingham and got no answer - I left 2 messages. So, I just went to the BJCC Will call where my tickets were suppose to be and they had never heard of me or TicketNation! I finally got someone to call me back and they have promised me a FULL refund. I had to buy 2 more tickets and they were not even together. I was NOT happy at all with TicketNation and will never use them again.
Actually enjoyed and was able to absorb atmoshere and take in and just enjoy myself with friends not having to do with any kind of drugs or drink, Just asome time with friends!

BAIT AND SWITCH! I chose not to buy standing room only tix to the concert through other sites, as they legitimately disclosed the remaining availability. This site indicated that "someone in their network" had seats available in the orchestra section in row GA. I expected my seats to be at the back, but that was acceptable according to the area the seat map indicated. After paying $15 for delivery and $8.80 per ticket processing fee, I received a copy paper computer print-out from TicketMaster for standing room only tickets. If I wanted SRO tix, I could have gone to a legit site and printed the tix myself.
I checked reviews on ticketnetwork.com before I purchased, and was taken in by the glowing comments. My suspicion now is that the site owner is posting those comments themselves to fool potential customers, and to scroll the legitimate bad reviews down.
