DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! Ordered (and paid for) two baseball tickets in mid-July for an August 25 game. We waited and waited and waited for an email, and when none had come two days prior to the event, we contacted Customer Service. We spoke with several agents several times, with unsatisfactory results. We were encouraged to contact the 'seller' (MyTicketTracker.com, which is actually TicketNetwork.com) and were essentially given the runaround for two days. Customer Service kept assuring us our tickets were GUARANTEED to arrive before the event (although they could not say HOW SOON before the event... a day, an hour, a minute) but in the end, the tickets were never sent. I was checking my phone right up to game time and nothing: no download email, no alternate instructions, no apology, no tickets. NADA. This is not a scenario anyone wants to find themselves in, especially if you have purchased tix for a special occasion, or your kids are looking forward to an event.
TicketNetwork.com Customer Service had the gall to be rude to us, insisting that we were GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE OUR TICKETS BEFORE GAME TIME, BE PATIENT and I am warning you right now, do not risk buying from a potentially fraudulent seller. It's not worth the grief and disappointment. From now on I will buy only from a trusted seller, such as the venue or event website, directly.
