Great show. The box office said you all scammed me. Balcony tickets are $25, you chargeD me $55 for each of 4 tickets, plus 14.75 each for service fee, plus $15 delivery (emailed). Was way out of line. Horrible seats and paid another $120 FOR FOUR TICKETS at box office to get new tickets IN ORCHESTRA, so these went totally unused! Really unjustified expense. Crazy.
The tickets were to be delivered to a place "near the venue." In fact, they were delivered in the next town some 20 minutes away from the venue. That was false and misleading.
The VIP dinner was terrible and it took an hour in line to get it! I got a bad stomach ache! I won't do the VIP package again!

Our seats were blocked completely to the main stage because of a lighting stand for the stage. I tried to attach a photo but it would not attach correctly. We could see any of the warm up acts only heard them unless we looked at the Jumbo Screen. Thankfully, Taylor used the cat walk and we could see her then but to spend over 250.00 for tickets only to see her a few times and watch a majority of the concert by the big screen was extremely disappointing. Those seats should of said they were obstructed by stage equiptment so I could made a different choice. I did not rate the service yet since I've rally not had any contact since they were ordered online.
The experience was a first time JIMMY BUFFET. I will never go to another concert do to fact of over booking, not able to take a man pack in i had to leave it that needed to be disclosed which i showed what was in it. For what we heard the music it was great! The police multiple times steers us in the wrong direction to get a taxi or ubert. We stumbled across it by accident. I have been to alot of concerts and never had as many problems. P. S there was NO CHEESE BURGER in Paradise. The french fries where good the beer was warm and burgers were not good over price on T shirts.
This was a really fun night... The added entertainment was showing the Mets runs periodically on the overhead screens.
The concert was spectacular. High energy and fun. Our seats were off to the side, which was explained to us and I feared they would not be good. However, with the pricing, that was all we could afford and thankfully, they were fine.
We had a wonderful time. Best show we ever saw on Broadway.

Concerts I have ever attended.
I recently bought 8 tickets from this company for a hockey game. The invoice that I printed clearly stated what was owed and all was good. I later looked and saw that my credit card statement had additional charges on it from Ticket Network. I called and inquired as to what those charges were. She said that was for the sales tax and that in the fine print it stated that there could be sales taxes assessed. Really? My invoice already showed additional charges for service fees and delivery and listed the TOTAL COST. I do not understand why this amount would not be part of my tickets in the first place! Way to hide some additional charges from people. What a sneaky and unprofessional way of doing it. I have bought many tickets online from various companies and this was the FIRST company that has done this! I WILL NOT be ordering from them again!
The Paul McCartney Concert was THE best concert I have witnessed in my 45 years of concert going. The music, sound, lights, visual effects, the musicians all contributed to the overall concert experience without dominating. Most especially Paul was the shining light of the concert. He was humble, warm, funny and totally connected to the audience for the entire 2 hours and 50 minutes of the performance. Thanks Paul, it was absolutely fabulous!

My husband and I went to the Saturday shows only. We are from out of town but love Eric Church and the Roots. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the music, with the exception of the Tedeschi Trucks Band which for our taste, just jammed far too long, but you can't please everyone. We used their set as an opportunity to go grab a few delicious and (of course) overpriced beers and check out the vendors. Nobody sold anything of value, but we did spy which food truck we wanted to visit during Modest Mouse. Imagine our surprise when we left our seats and found that they had all closed already. If you're going to serve at an all-day festival where people are not permitted to leave and re-enter, you really need to be prepared to serve food for the duration. So we were relegated to sub-par pizza and a soda. I love the amphitheater itself and our seats were great. Just seems like there needs to be better quality and service with vendors.
