Bought Formula One Grandstand 1 tickets and over a month later they sent grandstand 32. Terrible seats and offered 50% return yet I had to pay full service fee on 2200. 00 and only received a few hundred dollars in return. This is a scam! Now I have over paid for less desired seats. Entire hotel and flights were non refundable. No customer service assistance and tried for three days all day. Again - this is a scam. Beware!

I purchased "VIP rows 1-8" for a concert in Spokane. We ended up in general admission behind the VIP section. I was charged $150 per ticket and ended up getting $35 tickets. They took zero responsibility and said "we are only a website that lets people sell their tickets". Unexceptable and do not fall for their scam! Buy your tickets elsewhere.
I purchased tickets for two event originally scheduled for 2021 that were both posted poned to 2022. I have the email where the tickets were transferred, where the concerts were postponed but use the same tickets, and NOW the tickets are no where... I asked to have them resent. Oh we can't. OK, I am now OUT over $600 because the tickets were not put into my account? Truly stay away, run as fast as you can, go directly to Ticketmaster and save yourself the trouble and loss of funds and frustration.

Wouldnt even give a star if I could. Purchased 2 tickets for the Harry Styles concert from TicketNetwork. When claiming the tickets, it directs you to TicketMaster where it says "ticket transfer has already been accepted by another email". TicketNetwork were not able to tell me what email it went to. I dont understand how they not able to provide that information when I paid for those tickets. When asked to escalate to someone with hire authority, I didnt get a response. I sent a follow up email but still no response. Please avoid purchashing tickets from them. They dont hold accountability for anything. Very bad business. I dont even know why Ticketmaster associate themselves with this company.
Bought tickets to see TOOL in Oct. The show is in 10 days and I still do not have my tickets. I am thinking I got scammed. This was a Christmas gift to my husband and it seems like the tickets are not going to arrive. When I contact ticket network I get the same standard email with no resolution. Never again.
Bought aftermarket tickets and they charged outrageous fees and they never had tickets to actually sell. The simply said to head to the venue they will be ready by the time i got there and of course they were not. Do not buy your tickets from this company! My boyfriend and I bought tickets for the 4/20 Snoop dog concert in Lincoln. They sent us an order confirmation, but to "claim your tickets' but it took you no where. Tried to contact customer service and they were no help at all and very rude. Not only did I call within 5 minutes of a mistake I made to be corrected, and then got told to call two different companies who kept passing the buck back and forth that there was nothing they could do, but also found I paid over $100 more for two tickets than if I had just walked up. So impressed! Loved the opening acts... will be purchasing some Vance Joy music. Taylor Swift is not only talented, she is smart, sensitive, beautiful and a terrific role model for young people. She ensured EVERYONE could take part in the light show, by providing light up bracelets, ( not everyone, especially kids, even teen kids, has a cell phone), she filled musical gaps with videos containing positive messages, and gives it her all in a beautiful, unaltered, aka no tattoos, altered hair, piercings etc etc in a love me as I am presentation... perfect. Cuts the hype and delivers! I brought my three grown daughters, a thirteen year old granddaughter and a friend of hers. We were in the nosebleed section, 500 level seats, cost me over $600.00, took two hours to get there and two hours home, but so worth it. Thank you Taylor Swift, Vance Joy And Shawn Mendez for your heartfelt, dynamic and totally awesome performances.

Customer service operators are so-so. Policies by ticket network are not attractive to customers at all! If you buy tickets from here, pray that the performer actually performs because postponed events mean nothing to this greedy place!
Do not purchase tickets from this company because they took $178 from me and refused to refund it after the concert was canceled! I wasn't even made aware that the concert was canceled until I arrived at the location and the parking attendees informed me that all concerts were canceled over a month ago at that location. The company is pardatory and provides false advertisement inorder to take people's money!
TicketNetwork is a complete rip off. I bought tickets from them with a total price being displayed. I checked my credit card statement a few days later and what would you know, there was a second charge for an additional $49. After doing some checking it was for sales tax which it doesn't say anything about except in the 10 pages of small print in their terms and conditions. I would have never bought tickets from them had I known that. I actually could have bought much better seats for cheaper price elsewhere. TicketNetwork offered a $50 credit towards a future purchase, well I will NEVER purchase anything from them again so the credit is worthless. All of their reviews are one star after another, not surprising considering how they handled my situation.
I received an email offering 5% off on tickets. After putting in the code my extra costs were over $250 which made the total more than stub hub!
