$$$ Compared to competitors like axs. Do not use! Shop around find someone else, they will charge you a huge extra rate for some bs extra device that is the same as anywhere else. We don't need deliveries, it's 2019.!

Found the exact same tickets about 15 minutes later at half of the price. Ticketoffices.com has a "strict policy that all sales are final". I now have a strict policy of only using Ticketmaster. Enjoy the $150 I wasted using your service. I'll make sure everybody that listens will avoild purchasing event tickets through this scalptrap.

This company has not given refund of
This company has not given refund of 357.00 and I bought insurance to guarantee a refund. Always the same answer, if I can get through to anyone. At least an hour to wait for a real person, tried email was told they answer each email (the machine they program does) and tried live chat after long wait go through to one person who said I was in wrong department and another person finally came on the line and same answer as they all have. This company is the worst. I doubt we will ever go to any events again this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Shysters!

I went to purchase tickets for a show at Kings Theatre in BK, NY. I mistakenly was pulled to this website thinking I was on the site of the venue. I bought 2 tickets, which I later found out we 115% higher than tickets STILL AVAILABLE for the show. Then, there was a $100 service fee which was not clear at the time of purchase. Can't get anyone one the phone, can't refund the tickets, stuck. They claim they are a market place but that is total BS. I only hope now that the tickets DON'T come through and I can get my money back. What a fantastic business model!

This website is a joke! They took my money twice, i never got my tickets, and they refused to give me my money back! The "supervisor" Kiara was ZERO help and was actually antagonizing me throughout the 1 and a half hour phone call. This e tire website is as fraudulent as the day is long.

ZERO STARS :( I bought tickets to Penn and Teller and the event was postponed. I can not go on the rescheduled date and they will not reimbursement me? They are asking me to resell the tickets. I thought they were kidding, apparently not. Why can they not just resell the tickets? I wish I had checked the reviews before I bought my tickets. I spoke with RAY ******* and he kept me on hold FOREVER. Why keep me on hold for so long if you already have an answer for me? Horrible customer service.

Don't allow yourself to be scammed by these crooks. They will charge you nearly double what you would pay to a reputable seller. Then, if the show is postponed, they will not provide a refund. I bought tickets for a particular show on a specific date (when out of town guests plan to visit). Now that the show has been postponed, and I have requested a refund, they have refused. They explained to me that I was mistaken to believe that I had bought tickets for a particular date and that I must not have read the fine print on their website that says once you bought the tickets, you own them.
To others who have had a similar experience with these crooks, please take the time - as I will - to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and local government. It's important that we warn others of the business practices of TicketOffices.com

Purchased tickets that turned out to be invalid. Tried to work with customer service'. They told me they couldn't help me and that all sales were final and no refunds. They definitely did not stand by their 100% guarantee advertised on website. One representative told me they would call me back after investigating issues with tickets. No one called back. I called two days later and reached a representative who said he wouldn't help me. I asked to speak to supervisor who said the same thing. I would go so far as to say he was laughing at repeating himself when telling for the 20th time that I would have to contact a different ticket outlet for help -although they also could not help since they had no order information or payment information since that was done through ticket offices.com. Beware of this company-you may regret your purchase.

I was charged an extra 76 dollars when I purchased my tickets. I looked at the order summary to figure out why, and there was no explanation. The order "summary" only gave the total of the transaction. When I called to ask why I was overcharged, each person gave me a different explanation why. When I tried to ask for a refund, they wouldn't give it to me, even though they didn't treat me fairly. They offered to give me some store credit (not even credit for the full purchase), which I would have never used because I was so disappointed with their service. When I told them I was going to write a review about the service I received, they took away my store credit too. I feel robbed.

This was my first time using this website so I was very scared that my ticket wasn't going to be valid. I got my ticket super fast and easy and the ticket was valid! It was a little pricey but everything worked out great!

Purchased concert tickets from ticketoffices, not realizing it is a middle man service, I assumed I was buying from the source as they pay for google ads to be at the top of the search results.

After purchase, I realized I paid double the price for the tickets as listed on ticketmaster. And after the event was rescheduled to a new date and I am no longer able to attend I cannot get a refund. They recommend selling the tickets myself, the problem being that they charged double the price so I will never be able to sell the tickets to remake the money. They do not provide any legitimate service. They are just counting on people to not pay attention to their terms and conditions. THEY ARE A SCAM.

These people are crooks
These people are crooks! Don't ever buy anything from them. They charge double the box office price, refuse to refund, even if the event is canceled, and don't even buy the tickets they are selling until after you order from them. Shady, underhanded crooks, plan and simple

If you want to get ripped off, this site should be your first stop. To start with, the tickets you buy will likely NOT be honored at the venue on the day of the show. Secondly, if the show is cancled (which is what happen to me), no luck getting your money back.
These people are thives, plain and simple. They should be banned from the internet.

When 3 or 4 weeks ago I went to google to purchase a ticket for one of the artist I really wanted to see, the 1st website was ticket office. I choose the seats at that time it was full of them, so I was suppose to be seated 3rd row orchestra. I paid for it. The. I got an email from them telling me that it was a mat key place and I will get same style of seat even better. I got row P, means almost the last one. And when I called them first it was normal and then they purpose me a credit of 61usd to make me quiet. I don't care about the credit. I paid the most expedience seats in the theater and I want this one. This website are thieves. And I'm really very upset. I paid for my mistake..

If you're buying tickets I would highly recommend not using this site!

I bought 2 tickets for a show that (the price of tickets was $45 at the door) I just wanted to ensure I got tickets for ahead of time so I used this site. After buying them I was hit with all sorts of fees and since I was also buying for a show in Canada I was hit this the conversation rate aswell and ended up being charged $280 for the set of tickets that should have cost me $90 at the door...
Also if you try to call for a refund or information about the tickets at all you are sent to a automatic voicemail that leads you in circles and doesn't help you at all with no option to talk to a real person.
At this point I'm just praying that these tickets will work at the door and that I haven't been completely scammed

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. They are a total scam and will not even attempt to explain the purchasing process and if you have questions about why the same tickets for the same General Admission are $500 apart on their website they read from a script given to them and try to avoid responsibility by claiming they are only an "intermediary". LMFAO... Their call center is in the Phillipines and they don't know jack about anything. Dishonest company, dishonest customer service. Don't do it!

This site looks like Ticketmaster and was the first site on google when I searched the show I want to see. Was charged in US$ and after service fees and exchange have paid nearly triple the cost of Ticketmaster.

The claim 100% guarantee. My show was canceled due to COVID-19 and they are refusing to refund my credit card. They will only givee a credit despite their email that says if you wish a refund instead, contact us in 7 days. Their response to this was. "That's not possible."

I was sold tickets at an outrageous mark up and then when I got to the event the tickets were already used and I had to purchase more at the door and pay a premium since the event was sold out. SCAM do not waste your money. Currently dealing with getting refunded, reporting to the BBB and their terrible customer service.

As of the coronavirus the ball game I purchased tickets for has been canceled and on their site they said you will receive a full refund if games have been canceled. I disputed this with them and they did not give me a full refund they gave me a store credit I asked for a full refund back because I don't need a store credit so I don't buy any sports memorabilia and they refused to give me a refund and only a store credit. Such an awful company. I also never received the tickets to the game so unfair!

I think its ridiculous that i have to waite to recive my tickets i still don't have them i do not recive them intell two days before my show im extremely unhappy when you purchase something you should recive it in a timely manner

I bought tickets from here thinking they were the official ticket sellers for the fox theater. WRONG! I bought 2 tickets for $137 each for rows A-V. I got row O... row O tickets are worth $99.00 on their website. I found the REAL official ticket sellers for the Fabulous Fox (MetroTix) and their row O tickets were $58.00! Called and couldn't get ANY of my money back. DO NOT USE THIS! I lost HUNDREDS of dollars!

We received tickets for the event we had wanted, but the wrong seats (upper balcony vs orchestra). Looks like there is no way to get this rectified, so they have run away with our money

I purchased my tickets to Rufus Du Sol on 11/7/2020 for the show happening TODAY at 8/11/2021. Don't mind that I missed out on selling these tickets for a profit of $600; instead, I STILL do not have the tickets in my possession. I was on the phone and chat with them for TWO HOURS yesterday and was falsely promised I would have my tickets. "We stand by a 100% buyers guarantee" is all I kept saying. Well now it is the day of the show and I am back on the phone again to get my damn tickets. Utterly insane that I purchased these tickets 9 months ago. I am now sitting here waiting if I will even go to this show and have already asked someone to go with me.

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. I will never, ever again think twice about it.

I purchased two tickets for a show at $300.00, without being aware that this is a resale arrangement. The actual price was $90! No people to talk to directly. Save your money.

This company took $650 from my elderly mother that purchased tickets for a broadway show. They never refunded her money and never sent the tickets. Horrible customer service. Stay away!
