This company will lie about where your seats are, hide where your seats are located until it's too late, send you something worse than what you paid for, and is completely unreachable by any means for conflict resolution. Don't risk your money!
Don't use these clowns! They just want your money and after they sell you the wrong seats, they tell you it's not their fault! Says a lot about a company when you can't get a customer service person on the phone unless you act like you're buying a ticket. DONT USE THEM!
I payed 200$ for 4 tickets. I received three e maies one that the tickets were ready but non of the links actually made me accet the tickets. The links just took me to an on line receipt over and over. I had no tickets on ticketmaster nor anywhere else. Customer service was not helpful at all not willing to help me not able to refund the tickets. I would NEVER EVER even remotely consider using this website. I payed a ton of money they ruined my night...
It's been one whole month and I still have not received my tickets for the concert of 9/22. I paid $26.00 for ticket offices service and I get the run around. They even told me that if I don't received it by the time I leave on 9/21 and receive it later on 9/21 or 9/22 I can go to the business office at Harrahs to print it. That's service?
ticketoffices.com is nothing but a ticket scalper. Didn't realize until after I purchased tickets that I could have paid $380 for four tickets rather than $780 through ticketoffices.com.
Avoid getting burned!
I purchased some tickets for the Tank and the bangas show in montreal. I bought the tickets on Ticket Office and was charged 22.62$ for service charge and 6.95$ for email delivery. Im not use to buy tickets online so I tought it was the same price on all the other websites. My whole order ended up being 107$ for two tickets (and theres no seats). My friend told me she bought hers for 40$ on another website. I'm pretty disappointed into these fees.
I was totally scammed and foolishly bought tickets from this company at a very hiked up rate. I didn't realize at the time they're a fraction of the price from ticketmaster. Save yourself a headache and $$$ by boycotting this website. They are taking advantage of people and it's fraudulent.
We purchased tickets to Disney on Ice. We have been to the venue before and knew where we wanted to sit
I made the mistake of not printing my ticket till the day of the show
First time I realized something was wrong was that my name wasn't on the ticket.
Second, the cost pet ticket was $20, we had paid 36 per ticket
Third, we got to the venue and our seats were not where we had anticipated
I called ticketoffices.com and was in voice mail loop
Finally I did a live chat only to be told too bad, they are a resale service
I puchased 2 $42 dollar tickets and paid $238. Ok, NBD. I wanted my tickets and they were selling quick. But when the event was cancelled I was not able to get the amount refunded after 2 months of trying to contact them by email and phone. The phone system is set up to drop your call if you want a refund. They do not respond to emails and the ONLY way to get your money back is by disputing the charge with you credit card company.
If you like being ripped off when buying concert tickets, look no further than ticketoffice.com. A concert can be postponed indefinitely but not yet cancelled and you will not receive a refund. Do yourself a favor and purchase the tickets at the event window.
I liked that I could buy online without having to have a transfer. I did not like that I had to print the tickets instead of using a digital copy. I also did not like that tickets can be sold for so much more than face value. I bought a ticket for a friend who got screwed out of another ticket so I paid double the face value. But it's ridiculous how much the tickets are allowed to be resold for.
Charging someone $6.95 for a fee to email, YES EMAIL tickets to someone is absurd! Especially considering that was the ONLY option available. It cost you nothing to email someone, especially when they've purchased tickets from you, that's a service YOU provide, not charge your customer for, when you've already charged them for your ticket fees. I'll be making sure I never buy a ticket from you again, nor any of my friends and family!
They represented that tickets were on sale... they did not go on sale for 2 months. Charged me $696.00 for two tickets that when they actually went on sale were only $89 for two tickets. That is totally unacceptable.
STAY AWAY
Is that their idea of customer service? They actually disconnected me over LIVE CHAT when I will making a complaint and asking for a refund! Honestly, these people are a complete rip-off.
They sold me tickets that had restrictions, and then when I couldn't get into the venue due to those restrictions, they wouldn't give me a refund! And also then proceeded to give me the worst customer service that I had ever received by disconnecting my LIVE CHAT session. Unprofessional, rude and unreliable. Do not use them.
I ordered and paid $822.23 for 4 (four) tickets to Earth Wind and Fire on March 15,2019, TicketOffices confirmed my order with the seller that very day, my seats were supposed to be 2nd tier right row ll and according to TicketOffices they were going to be mobile E tickets. The event is today July 16 at 6:30 pm at Artpark. At 10:00 am July 16 I received 4 (four) tickets, standing room only. I called TicketOffices to get some resolution to this problem and the only resolution they offered was to wait until the seller contacts me. I do not recommend anyone to use this vendor unless you want to lose $822.23.
I did not like this method of buying tickets. I should have bought directly from the theatre. I have to wait weeks to get my email tickets and the rep couldn't even tell me where in the row the seats were. This was a mistake.
As a special gift for our friends last Christmas, we quickly bought 4 overpriced tickets, "told last tickets available'. Covid 19 hit and knocked out event. The Center refunded the base $280 to TicketOffice making them whole 2 weeks ago but our $450 still not refunded. All contacts tries to say their side of this problem was greater than the 2 dozen people out of work and we 80yr olds locked up at home with health issues. "What someone does when the chips are down tells volumes about their character".
OK I wanted to see Riverdance. The ticket prices were up there but "C'est la vie" Upon receiving them, the tickets had someone else's name on them with a price less than half of what I paid. I followed up and apparently this guy had purchased almost a hundred calling it some group and here he was 'scalping' them to make money. I won't be sucked in again by buying Ticketoffices!
I purchased theater tickets on 03/02/20 for the amount of
$412.56, Order #*******. The event was supposed to be
06/06/20 but was cancelled due to the pandemic. Their website
States: "For all customers who have purchased tickets for events
That have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will
Provide full compensation to you. We will be sending emails to
Our canceled-event customers with specific information. Given
The number of events being cancelled, please allow sufficient
Time to receive this information."
Their customer service emails are saying because we requested refund after 7 days of purchase
That we are not eligible for refund. However, due to the pandemic
There was no way of knowing this event would be cancelled.
They are also claiming that they sent a correspondence with
120% credit for this on 05/30/20, but we never received this.
There was also no way to access this information from their web
Portal. And they are sayin the credit expired on 11/30/21.
We also have never been able to speak with a human over the phone,
Because their customer service number does not enable us to.
What rot. Paid $92 for a ticket that is $43. Ticket reseller rot. Searched for tickets for a show this weekend and this website came up first in the list. Bought the ticket then needed to call the theater to ask a question about seat # and find out this site is a reseller and therefore upcharges AND charges a "service fee"
Ha what service?!
Called them to cancel the order which hadn't even been processed yet and they say they can't do anything about it now.
What a load of crap.
Answer: They charged me 76 dollars more than what my tickets cost. When I called to ask why I spoke to two people, and each person gave me a different explanation, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. I'm so sorry this happened to you.
Answer: Not to my knowledge. I Have yet to receive tickets or any notification about the tickets 8 months after original purchase date.
Answer: Can you give me a answer are my ticket valid. Will they be excepted
