Charging someone $6.95 for a fee to email, YES EMAIL tickets to someone is absurd! Especially considering that was the ONLY option available. It cost you nothing to email someone, especially when they've purchased tickets from you, that's a service YOU provide, not charge your customer for, when you've already charged them for your ticket fees. I'll be making sure I never buy a ticket from you again, nor any of my friends and family!
Flashy and super easy website to purchase from, however it is misleading with both the cost and seat selection.
Email receipts didn't disclose breakdown of prices. Found out later (had to go through their website and type in confirm # and email) that I paid $50 for $20 seats, they also tacked on a $35 service charge and a $7 "email ticket" charge. My bad for not looking into company. Won't happen again.

Ordered tickets 9/21 and i just found out the venue still has tickets that are 110% cheaper. Pretty disappointing. Wish i had called there first. Now i am wondering if i will even get the tickets. They gave me a first name and a phone number of the apparent owner of the tickets, who did not answer when i called. Not feeling very good about this. No verified seat number which leads me to believe the tickets are not pre-purchased, and not directly connected to the real tickets offices. Feels pretty shady. This company will lie about where your seats are, hide where your seats are located until it's too late, send you something worse than what you paid for, and is completely unreachable by any means for conflict resolution. Don't risk your money!
This place is ridiculous! They don't have to give you 24 hours notice of the concert cancelled, and since it's been "postponed" instead of "cancelled" there's NO refund of the tickets. We live 3 hours away from where said concert was supposed to be, non refundable hotel rooms as it wasn't 24 hours notice, all the days off work we took to make it to the concert, that we are out of vacation time now, and of course couldn't give back our vacation days, "until further notice" so now 200.00 in non refundable hotel rooms, 400.00 in concert tickets I can't get back, and all "customer service" (who by the way you can't get on the phone, only through some chat thing) could say was "sorry" "I'll give you a link you can go to, to try and sell your tickets, so they get more money obviously!
While I do understand it's not up to this company if the concert happens or not, however their customer service could be much better, and should take each customer on a one on one level! I will NEVER use this company AGAIN!

I was diverted from ticketmaster to these crooks. I thought I was still on the ticketmaster site. I purchased $200.00 can worth of tickets for $540.00. Customer service is a complete waste of time. No people to talk to directly. Save your money.
RIPPED OFF. Site says $78 ticket and got charged $81 & then a ridiculous service charge. 2 tickets ended costing me $300 Canadian. Service charge was more than 1/2 of what 1 of my tickets were and it was not noticeable when ordering.

I was totally scammed and foolishly bought tickets from this company at a very hiked up rate. I didn't realize at the time they're a fraction of the price from ticketmaster. Save yourself a headache and $$$ by boycotting this website. They are taking advantage of people and it's fraudulent.
AVOID ticket office! Selling ticket overprice and when the concert is postpone... they do not give you the refund even if on main website where the ticket was selling originally offert the refund. Being an hour with the custom service explain my situation and didn't propose me any solution. Wasted of time, bad custom service and robbing the buyers.
I want to caution people about using these people. They are not to be trusted. I purchased tickets & the tickets were not there the day before or on the time before the concert. I tried to call but went round & round with their IVR. It said, enter order number. I entered the order number. The IVR said enter the order number. Same thing. I went throught this a few times. I could not get through to a person. I had to re-pay to enter the venue. At that time I discovered they charged 4.5x the value of the ticket. I tried to resolve with the BBBbut the hucksters hide behind a statement of "blah... blah... the customer did not try to contact us." That is an out & out lies. These guys are shady.
This website is a joke! They took my money twice, i never got my tickets, and they refused to give me my money back! The "supervisor" Kiara was ZERO help and was actually antagonizing me throughout the 1 and a half hour phone call. This e tire website is as fraudulent as the day is long.

I purchased tickets for an event that cost roughly $30 each. It's completely understandable that there will be "fees and service charges," as I am relying on the convenience of purchasing these tickets while sitting on my couch at home. Imagine my surprise when I am charged an extra $10 for each ticket. When I contacted the company via their chat, I was given rehearsed answers for why the fees exist, at which point I was told it boiled down to profits. TicketOffices.com admitted that they charged me roughly 1/3 of my ticket price so that they could make a profit.
I would strongly suggest using another service to purchase your tickets, as many will only charge you a small fee for each order and not a fee for each ticket (even when its within the same order).
TicketOffices.com is more concerned with making profits than they are with customer satisfaction.
They advertise on search engines in a way that makes you think you're on the site of the box office you're looking for. Then they charge you double + fees. Yes, their site does state that they're resellers, but it's not made obvious and by the team you're made aware of that, it's too late. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR
