Why did the seller over charge me for my tickets? i paid 500 for seats that should have been 100. i can't see the ticket prices for something sold!!!!

Answer:

They charged me 76 dollars more than what my tickets cost. When I called to ask why I spoke to two people, and each person gave me a different explanation, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. I'm so sorry this happened to you.

Are the tickets from ticketoffices.com legitimate tickets? i understand the complaints about pricing but, are the tickets legit?

Answer:

Not to my knowledge. I Have yet to receive tickets or any notification about the tickets 8 months after original purchase date.

They pulled a bait-and-switch on my purchase, and cannot be reached for any customer service problems, so no I would not consider them legit.

Dont do that go some place else I bought some yesterday, the customer service is bad, and can you believe that? Picking up tickets 1 hour vefore the event at a location where i believe no office exist, please be careful
