Tried to get refund for tickets purchased 30 mins prior was pretty much told there was nothing that could be done. Tickets double the wholesale prices. Scam.

I would like a full refund of my purchase due no response in timely manner when you have already received my money. I have not received information or confirmation about my tickets purchased and I am very upset.

It only gave me the option to get an electronic ticket and I would have preferred a paper ticket because these are for a gift. I shouldn't have to download an app. That takes up storage and I should be to at least print the digital tickets. Not happy

It's US funds only all the time. Canadian venue doesn't matter. Way over charged.Bought in canada for a Canadian game never did it say or show US funds. Stay away from this site

I have never received a confirmation of my tickets to the grand old opry on march 27, it's a Long way to come and find I have no tickets. I won't be in town for the next concert. Can't find anyway to find out on there appt to talk to anyone

This website was great help. I was able to find what I needed and had no issues in buying the tickets.

Wonderful and great. Needed the etickets sent immediately. But I have to wait 4 days. I wish they would change this wait time.

Found the event we wanted to go to and actually changes the location cause found it in another area cheaper on the site.

My girlfriend and I bought tickets for a basketball game in NYC via Ticketonsale. After we bought (and immediately paied) the tickets, we received an email containing that we will get our tickets in the next few weeks (we bought the tickets roughly 3 weeks prior to the event). FYI we were on holidays in NY and are originally from germany. The email also said, that we will get our tickets latest 1 day prior to the event. After we didnt receive any tickets 1 week prior to the event, I wrote an Email to ticketonsale saying that we didnt get our tickets yet. They told me that they have already sent the Tickets, which they did not. So 1 day prior to the event we still havent received our tickets and I went on the live-chat support of ticketonsale. They told me they will send the tickets to another email adress, since the last one has "apparently not worked". So we waited and waited for a few more hours. Still no tickets. We thought we should still go to the game and ask at the entrance if the email of ticketonsale would be sufficient enough to give allow us entry to the game. That did not work since they are a third party ticketsale company or whatever. So we never got our tickets. Afterwards we wrote to Paypal (the company via which we payed) saying, that we never received our tickets and we would like our money back. They told us, that we apparently received our tickets, which is what ticketonsale were saying. That is not true and sadly is a total scam company. That was our first and last experience with this website and we will never recommend it to anyone! Pay 20-30$ more for a ticket. At least you will get your ticket. So in conclusion, dont buy via this website. It is (in our opinion) just scam.
