Tidepick

I ordered calendars from this business on November 20,2024. They didn't follow up with me until December 5th stating it's on its way with a tracking number. On December 27,2024, Tidepick responded to my inquiry stating it's on the way but under a different tracking number. I asked for a refund because getting the calendars now is a moot point. Tidepick handled this matter poorly. They should have admitted they screwed up and offered to give me a full refund instead of shipping the package out 5 weeks later. Never again!
