Tillpoint seems to do absolutely everything and does it excellently. All the functions and reports we need in one place. Saved us lots of money through switching to them. Best point of sale software we've used!
Great customer service they helped me get setup quickly and I was putting sales through near enough straight away. I'm very impressed by the number of pages - more than I need but what I do use works well.
I had a problem with adding a certain item which has multiple variants, so I called their customer service and they talked me through it - even though I did not have phone support on my subscription plan. They were extremely helpful and fixed the issue I was having quickly.
After the free trial I paid to activate the account.
Money taken, account not activated to work on my terminal.
No response on their phone number or emails.
My business was going to use this to accept payments, been left in the lurch now. Try another company, not this one.
Don't want to call this a scam but if my money could be returned that would be great.
