Ordered 4 items, according to email, there were 2 items in each shipment. One of the shipments never arrived. The tracking number was a non working number. I contacted them by email, they said it was put in your mailbox. It was not, first of all it wouldn't have fit, but it never arrived. They said sorry, don't cover lost items. Do not buy from this company. There are other similar reviews.
I am so incredibly disappointed with this company. I placed 3 orders on 10/29/21 for over $4,000 in wooden utensils, serving trays and salt and pepper shakers (24 sets of each, to be exact) for all of my Christmas shopping. About a month later, the items started to arrive and as they did, there were broken utensils and trays and the boxes came with no packing slips indicating which items from which order they contained. There was no rhyme or reason to what was packed in each box so I had to keep track of them as they came in. I notified Customer Service, assuming that their Satisfaction Guarantee would hold, and notified them about the broken items and that there were still several items missing from my orders even though the tracking info showed all items delivered. After much back and forth (sending photos, a million questions, etc.) they sent me replacements for the broken items and assured me the missing items were on the way. The closer it got to Christmas, I started worrying that the missing items wouldn't arrive so I contacted them again and they've been radio silent. I'm missing almost $1,000 with of items and they will not respond to my emails. I'm seeking legal advice but I would highly recommend passing on purchasing from Tilly Living. I'm truly disappointed.
Tip for consumers:
The products looked amazing in Instagram but definitely weren't the quality that was expected based on the price and the level of service has been horrible.
