I have visited many Tim Horton restaurants and although I am still going to visit your restaurants, I want tell you there are improvements that could be made. I appreciate the fact that you are a fast food establishment. However, please take the time to get the order correct. Also, please note that bagels have holes in them. A big dollop of butter, cream cheese or mayo in the middle doesn't do a thing for the sandwich. I have to ask for a knife to spread the condiment myself. Today I got a BLT on a bagel. There was a huge pile of at least 3 leafs of lettuce. I removed 2 before eating my sandwich. The mayo was in a huge dollop in the middle, therefore oozing out the hole. I had to spread it myself. There were 3 tiny pieces of bacon. I'll ask for extra bacon next time. Ihave ordered the wild berry hibiscus quencher and gotten a cup of ice with a splash of drink in it. I now ask for light on the ice. I shouldn't be paying for a cup of ice when I order a drink. If 6 want to make my food myself, I'd stay home. Train your employees to do better. Tim Hortons is a Canadian institution. Please take pride your work.

First of all, I don't understand why you take the best snack off the menu at 4 o'clock and that is the breakfast wrap if it's good why would you take it off? Doesn't matter what time of the day?

But they didn't have it so I tried the new flat pizza. What a disappointment. It was like they put it in the microwave. It was limpy, no flavour, very little cheese, just plain terrible.
My foot note: this is not gonna last count on it

Tim hortons should train their staff in proper hygiene. Same person cashing is the same person serving and they put their dirty hands on the cup lid that should touch the customers mouth.

It's just nastiness and it happens at every tim hortons I have been to in canada so far. Remember germs spread by these things.

I still love going there. Everything was quick easy. The workers are very very polite but lately it's wait wait wait and when I mean i'm talking 10 to 15 minutes for a cuppa coffee which is ridiculous. I went inside one day there's two workers running the whole store that is totally ridiculous. Business is gonna go down if you don't fix it.

I used to go to TIM HORTON around 5:45 pm every day specially Sunday to Wednesday on 1 location normally because its on my way to home but that location workers are very slow,their service is very slow like i wait almost 25 min everyday just for bagel what i order same everyday.they punch order when car is infront of their window while when everyone waiting in drive thru they don't care, when i ask reason why they are slow everyday they made excuses, i ask manager no so i can contact with them, they deny.my question is Tim Horton don't need profit anymore. The Tim Horton location at 3353 Lawrence Ave E in Scarborough has a sign posted that it opens at 5:00 a.m. and the website shows the same. When i got there at 5:30, the doors were locked but staff were working; the drivethrough apparently was open. If You mean to say that you only serve people in cars at 5:00 a.m. you should note this on the sign and website. The manager was kind enough to take my order though as i did a walk through the drive through. Good on her.

Witness these attitude toward other client since november 2019 talk to improve, nevertheless they did not but no improvement until now, Experience it since 3 days on myself.

Good luck getting some one to take your order while three or more employees are chatting in one corner. They look back at you hoping you would go away.

In the last month I have ordered and paid for Cappuccinos, just to find out they have used regular coffee instead of espresso and just added foam milk on top of it to hide it.
We are not in a third world country, but service and product quality seems that way.

Is this the Authentic Canadian Coffee shop we are to be proud of...

I've always enjoyed the tim hortons 'loaded' chicken bowls and they used to suffice my hunger all with a great taste, I've recently discovered they reduced their portions by a large amount all for the same price! This is outrageous! My kids and I used to enjoy the bowl combos and from now on we will have to stop. I recommend not to buy any tim Hortons bowls, this is not worth it and don't waste your money on such a tiny portion.

Tell me.if I do to Tim Hortons (hey 27 and hwy 7) and drop 10 bucks on 4 coffees, then Why The F*** would they ask for another 10 cents for an extra cup? Are they really that f****** cheap? I used to go to Tim's several year ago at a different location and they messed up my order (again, mainly because Nobody spoke proper English) so I switched to McDonald's and found that they had better coffee. Today after 4 years I thought I'd treat some friends to coffee at Tim's. Yeah well, this just strengthens my belief that Tim Hortons is a money hungry coffee shop! Too bad. We're not coming back. Bought over 10 coffee and treat and still can't receive a reply on my app plus I have two old cards with rewards I did not even get any reward

I don't understand why we are waiting so long to both order and receive our items. Been only happening since the complete staffing change, but the worst part is after being asked to repeat order, it still gets messed up. Just got home to enjoy my 3 milk and 2 Sweetner but it ends up being a cold steeped tea. Upper management should be ashamed for allowing the constant poor services that these franchise owners are allowing to happen, especially with Tim's being such a huge company. This is a branch on West Broadway of Vancouver. They always refuse to provide sleeves for hot drinks. When I ask one, the csr rolled her eyes and advised that we don't have sleeves. I asked for an extra cup instead. She ignored my request and let me waited for 10 minutes before rudely passing me one. Later, her manager told her that I was very demanding and asked her to ignore customers like me in the future. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. I don't think customers who spend their money there deserve such service. This is my last time in Timmy, period.

This is a problem with not just one store but all of them. There will be 5-6 employees all serving the drive thru but could care less about the people who get their asses out of their cars to go in because the drive thru lineup is too long. You ask I'd there is someone serving the counter and you get "be with you in a minute...a minute turns into several while the drive thru keeps getting served. I'm sick of it and will be going to McDonald's from now on. Better coffee, better service.

I would not recommend the king Edward Tim Horton bcz the Indian girl was really bad. I wanted to redeem one offer through app bt firstly she accepted then rejected. 🤨

They are terrible. They get all soggy before you finish your coffee. The old lids are so much better. I'm up for change but you will have to find something better.

Well I was totally disappointed today! I do not drink coffee and never have. I do not like regular chocolate but have always liked Tim's white hot chocolate cause they make it with milk not hot water. Well today it was disgusting they clearly changed it. It tasted like hot water with a drop of milk no flavor whatsoever the worst I've ever had. Why would you change a good thing. Not clean place at all staff working carless without taking care for be cleaned and not care for health not responsible. Went to Tim Hortons this morning to get a medium coffee asked for double cup because their cup are dangerous get to the window Tim Hortons charges you.10 for that extra cup I only get a double cup because Tim Hortons is too cheap to fix their with the cups they leak,cover doesn't fit properly, they are very soft cup come on Tim Hortons fix the problem don't charge the customers because your too cheap to make better cup.

I go to Tim Hortons on Bowen road Nanaimo bc all the time. And every single time I order something, the workers never get my order correct and I mean NEVER. For example around 20 minutes ago I ordered a ice coffee and put a pump of chocolate syrup which is an extra 35 cents and they never add it. And if they didn't have any chocolate syrup left they would maybe tell me huh? Nope! $#*! you guys, get orders right next time huh.

Tim Hortons has really economical F&B especially with the offers that can be activated in the app weekly. The quality and taste of the coffee can be a hit-and-miss sometimes at different branches but generally they're good for their price. However, service is usually slow as they don't have enough staff working in a shift.
