“Great dating site if you're looking to hook up with...”

Jay M.

Great dating site if you're looking to hook up with someone who lives near you, but the possibility of running into someone after a really bad date is just too high. Love the video introducing the app though.

“They banned my account for no reason”

Apple love B.
9/1/24

They took £58.99 to ugrade my profile to Tinder Plus and then they immediately blocked me. Wouldn't explain why I was blocked after five requests and when I asked for a refund, pointed me at Apple, who of course said it was none of their business. In my opinion this is tantamount to theft. Scammers. Avoid them.

Fake profiles and scams,
Made an account and paid for the gold membership.
Got a few likes and liked them back, after matching not only few of them unmatched/blocked but also when I texted, I got no reply back. My question is, why like someone just to block them or don't reply back?

Also, I get notifications about having new likes but when I open the app, I don't see any like.

I wasted my money, lads please don't waste your money

Say what you will about Tinder, but if you put out the right persona, you will get back what you want. I've had a few actual dates from here from legit people. Don't believe the ugly rumors. Use it for what you want and skip the rest.

Trying to rescue that stock price Tinder is resorting to any number of scams or IGNORING scammers that are WOMEN! You see, men are the only ones paying for dating sites. Guys won't stay around if there are 20 real women for 100,000 men. I have 100 plus shots like this of women with the same attributes you would find in Korean social media post---white skin filter pic, most have absurd names like JOURNEY and they are all 18-20 miles from me and all 34. SIck of their games, I deleted some of my pics, names like, Fearless, Popsicle, Provo, Lactose Bernie--all women profiles. HAHA

I literally just turn 18 and go to sign up and they have my number banned? For what. So i email them about it and they argue about there not being an e-mail i signed up with and they won't even try to understand they ask for a phone number and that is the problem. Don't get this app get bumble

don’t use it

The endless problems from the tinder dating app, one the frequent crashing of the app and the problematic issues with things working right. But let's not forget the issues with people also complaining about being blocked from ever using tinder again because of like most apps where you can just block someone you don't like, tinder will name a person account just to ban it even. Unlike most logical normal dating apps. People complain about being blocked for absolutely doing nothing to violate. Also just because someone reports isn't a reason because people can lie maybe they don't like the person and just report them for no reason and they get banned for no reason. This is why there is the endless complaints

Every single person I talk to on this site is a scammer all they want is your phone number and information or money and they keep asking for your information and won't tell you where they're from or if they do tell you where they're from it's not real because if you ask him a question about the place they have no idea anything about the area or any zip codes or phone number area code nothing so if I was you steer clear it's nothing but a big scam

Regardless of which membership level you may want, then pay for, it uses Google Pay and automatically charges you the yearly rate--$75--which, of course, is the highest. Customer service is non-existent.

The app is a little buggy but it's functional as far as swipe, match, message, chat, date... as far as the rest you get to decide. So you ask a person what they are looking for. If they say a hook up then... you get to decide. If they say something that is similar to your line of thinking then... you get to decide. It's as simple as that for both men and women. To go on and on that its a hook up site is pointless. If you are an adult and opt to meet people online then you have put yourself there. Do your research, be safe, and when you have had enough bad experiences you will stop like I have chosen to do and move on.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. All they want is money. No way to contact them, met somebody only one person and he was a scam. Wanted me to give him 1200 for child support. No way to contact this site paid for 6 months stayed on ONE day, no way to contact about refund. Paid for messaging never got what I paid for and no way to contact them. This was a expensive lesson. I paid through my credit card the do not allow pictures

Tip for consumers:

I was getting quite a lot of interest and a few dates with that site but now ive added tinder and cupid and TBF I dont see a big difference yet. It's a B- from me ATM as I do like some things but hopefully the dates will come soon as ill be much busier on weekends! Finding someone nice to settle down with doesnt happen over night thats for sure lol

The first thing Tinder did was banned me for no reason, no explanation. I started a second account and did not disclose my real age due to personal reasons. On my birthday, I decided to check my account and my real age was posted. How in the $#*! did y'all find out my real age and then decide to post it without my permission? This has to be illegal and definitely an invasion of privacy. I know this company will not last long and will face charges. I will file a lawsuit against you and you will have to pay. So thanks Tinder for being jackasses and for my lifelong settlement to come.

Tinder is a log of crap. There probably are suck-cess stories from the loin down there. But those must be very few. If you succeeded with dating apps and dating sites, you must look like Brad Pitt. For the rest of us, it sucks to be the average man.

This was the first app I downloaded when I bought my first Smartphone and I was excited to try a new way to meet women.

I have the same stories as before with online dating: NADA! The swiping seems like a novelty to me like shopping for women to hookup with but none are ever interested. To add insult to injury, I explicitly stated on my profile that I am heterosexual and that I only want women. I would occasionally get homos and transhomos in my matches which just tells me this is b. S. I deleted this app from taking up valuable space on my Android.

They asked me to verify my pictures, and I did it, the page showed me just wait for a few minutes for under review. I and wait wait wait the next day still can not log into the account that I just paid for. That means you pay for your account and can not have the service. What a waste!

Last time I used Tinder there were a lot of false profiles, like literally pictures ripped of the Internet and used to scam people. I heard they kind of solved that so I might give it a try now that I am single again

It's definitely a rip off! You swipe everyone to the right, and you get nothing back which is total BS. It's funny you swipe everybody and their mother to the right and you get not one person that matches you! I paid for one month and I will never pay for tinder again! Definitely a total rip off!

So tinder, the infamous hook-up site. What a disappointment. They do have the best looking girls on there. But none of them want what this site is about. Now I am a married man so I dont have a picture of my face. But I am open and honest in my profile. Ive chatted with a quite a few and only hooked up with one. Part of the problem is the Geography. Only gives you miles. Well 15 miles is great but which way are those miles. See I have a gameplan on how I operate. I tend to look for women who are really close to eork or on my drive home. This allows me to maximise my time. Eho wants to waste precious time travelling. So when im at work and i get a match within 30 miles. Fantastic, but its 30 miles north. It wont work for me. So if you're a married man and won't put your face in your profile, dont have a lot of free time, I would say this site is a difficult one to score with. The only good thing is its pretty much free. But remember that saying, you get what you pay for.

I joined for free, and the site told me that I had 56 likes, and lots of messages. So I paid. Once they had my money I had 26 likes, not 56 and most of those were clear fakes from the other side of the country. I have not had one new like, and only one message since I paid. Obviously bait and switch, so save your money.

The app is super easy to use but just swiping left to like someone although the thought of just liking and not liking someone by just swiping does add fuel
To the idea that dating is becoming more like our throw away society.

For those of you stuck at the "finding people in your area" screen, make sure you've given permission to your Kindle to find your location in Settings. You'll be stuck at the opening screen until you do that.

I bought a membership last night, if I knew they banned all the Russian girls, I wouldn't even download this app. No this $#*!ty app only have western gold diggers that are boring asf. Or we have the prostitutes from Bangkok. Great way to destroy the app. I want my money back

Tip for consumers:

Banned, no clue why and tinder won't tell me why. I was talking to someone, everything was going well and I was banned. Contacted tinder and their response was "Apparently you violated standards" wouldn't tell me how though. I was tinder plus

The story from this site. I met a girl. I liked everything, although I behaved quite strangely. And then they send a notification that you need to pay to continue the correspondence. I paid, I write to her further, and it turns out that it was a bot. I do not advise you to use it! But I recently found a better site. All real people, and you don't even have to pay. This dreadful dating web site is getting worse. Lots of man-hating, heavily-tattooed, obese, roly-poly chavs. Many grown so unfit they won't post real profile photos. Lots with pet dogs to massage low IQ neurotic egos. Some keep asking (sic) where have all the good people gone or declare they're waiting for Prince Charming / Mr Right. They've still not got it. Lots of un-dateables with immaturity, ignorance and limited education. Few gym members amongst those who've done nothing to look after or improve themselves. Many bigotted views posted in aggressive, poorly-written profiles. BS dysfunctional narratives that ask users not to keep pestering them for hot dates or ONS. Men haven't grown so desperate they want to date them. "Nobody wants to talk on here". Little wonder why.
