I bought this professional manicure set from beurer and the quality is amazing, I got for such a good price at tj maxx, here you can find amazing things such as this. I am in love with this machine and can't wait to get my nails done with it, it comes with so many things recommended 10/10!
Recently I ordered three things from TJ Maxx on line. One item I was told would not be received with no explanation. The second order was for a set of two lamps. It took me an hour to unpack the lamps. Another 30' to put them together. Guess what! One of the lamps didn't work. I returned the lamps to my local store in Ypsilanti, MI. I was told they couldn't take the lamps back because since one didn't work they couldn't put it on the floor. Wow! I didn't break the lamp so I would be punished for returning a defective item? The cashier called the manager who ok'd the return and off I went, somewhat satisfied. The second item was 2 outside chairs described as dining chairs online but when they arrived they were very low, like beach chairs. These were heavy and I needed to get help to return them. In the store the cashier once again contacted the manager. This must have been a different manager. After quite a long wait the manager appeared and immediately began scolding me. Is that how she was trained to assist and upset customer? If so, something is drastically wrong with the training. After much nastiness on both sides the manager finally agreed to take back the chairs even though, according to her, they should have been sent back by Fedex. Despite the outcome I wanted, my interchange was so unpleasant that I will not again shop at TJ Maxx. There are many other stores who know how to treat customers and who hire managers that are kind and understanding.
I paid my bill using a Visa gift card and then a year later they start mailing me a bunch of junk saying that they are sending me to a creditor because I never paid that bill. While the gift card had expired finally so I threw it away after six months. I have no record of it because it's a gift card… They claim I never paid this $20 bill. Ridiculous they have probably sent me $150 worth of junk mail creditor stuff as well as stuff directly from TJ Maxx. They've spent more money mailing stuff to me then the money they made off of the $20 dress that I bought. If you try to call the headquarters they are only trying to sell you some thing and you can't talk to anybody or get Customer Service on the phone and if you hit zero it just hangs up! When I walked into the store I did find some thing I liked and I bought it but in all honesty… I had a terrible feeling the whole time I was in there. I knew that they were a bad store to buy from and I regret making a purchase. Also the employees there are very rude. And this is not just at one T. J. Maxx… I've had this experience at every TJ Maxx I've ever walked into they are just very rude to customers. They need to be shut down! Plus everything they sell is very cheap… The dress that I bought fell apart after the first time I washed it!

I absolutely love TJ Maxx. I shop at the brick and mortar store all the time. I bought some pillows and curtains for my sun room online and it was a terrible experience. It took over a week for them to process my order and finally ship it. Ok, no big deal. When I got my shipment almost 2 weeks after I ordered it (after it looked like someone played kickball with my package and one of the packages were open) I saw they put the completely wrong throw pillows in my package. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I called and they wanted me to send these big throw pillows back before I got my refund. I'm slightly irritated at this point but ok, I'll do that. THEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAID MY ORIGINAL PILLOWS I ORDERED WERE OUT OF STOCK. The solution? When they got the wrong pillows back and finally issue a refund, I can go online and pick OTHER pillows to order instead. You have got to be kidding me. I'm never ordering online again. Don't do it.

Merchandise stores. All these retail stores like this should stick to merchandising and stay out of politics. When they are making BIG sales on Ivanka's line and WANTED to sell her products it was because they knew it was CLASSY and they believed they could MAKE money. Has the merchandise changed in quality or price?

It just takes time to look around each store however, it's worth the time spent as you get good deals. The prices have gone up quite a bit in the last few years, but you still get good bargains.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED 4 SCENTED SOY CANDLES FROM T. J. MAXX ONLINE. I HAD NEVER PURCHASED FROM THE ONLINE PRIOR TO THIS ORDER.
FIRST, I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE 3 DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER WHEN I WASN'T EXPECTING IT FOR 5+ DAYS.
SECOND, I OPENED THE BOX AND FOUND EACH CANDLE WAS DOUBLE WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP AND SECURED WITH TAPE. THERE WAS ALSO A LOT OF PAPER IN THE BOX TO CUSHION THEM TO AVOID BREAKAGE.
I WAS PLEASED NONE WAS BROKEN SINCE OTHER RETAILERS HAVE SENT ME CANDLES OR OTHER GLASS ITEMS SO POORLY PACKED THAT SOME GLASS ITEMS BROKEN.
THIRD, T. J. MAXX SPENT THE TIME AND MONEY TO INDIVIDUALLY BUBBLE WRAP, SECURE AND FILL THE BOX WITH PAPER SO THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE ORDER WITHOUT BROKEN GLASS. THAT'S MORE THAN I CAN SAY ABOUT MIST ONLINE RETAILERS.

I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MY ONLINE ORDER. TWO "REPRESENTATIVES" TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT EXPEDITE MY ORDER! IT'S TRUE THAT WHEN I ORDERED THE ITEM ONLINE, I CHOSE THE REGULAR SHIPPING BUT BUT I NEEDED THE ITEM IMMEDIATELY FOR I WAS LEAVING OUT OF THE COUNTRY. I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY ADDITIONAL MONIES FOR THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING BUT THEY JUST SAID NO! If you want quality clothes or anything for that matter go to TJMaxx. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is very helpful. They even tailor cothes if need be.

I read a lot of people are having financial issues with TJ Maxx. One of the reason might be their hiring practices. If you been to the Chula Vista TJ Maxx, and encountered an employee named Shanera Gomez, you might want to check your statements. Shanera is claiming on Indeed.com, to be employed at TJ Maxx, Chula Vista. Why should you be concerned? Shanera has connections to a well known street gang, and a professional identity thief. Not the person you want processing that loan app. Shanera is a multiple convicted criminal with an outstanding warrant of over ten years, in Georgia. She is also a convicted child abuser. She sexually abused her own four children and they where thankfully removed from Shanera's care, by C. P.S. (just in time). Why would TJ Maxx risk the customers security? I contacted their headquarters and they seemed unconcerned. From what I see and evidence on other blogs, TJ Maxx does not care who they hire and how it affects their customers. I would avoid the risk.
Shanera is claiming to still be employed at TJ Maxx is Chula Vista, as of 08/17/15. She has posted her resume on indeed.com. She is looking for employment in the San Diego. Area. Potential employers need to do extensive background checks for her family, criminal past, previous employers, references and especially her credit. Shanera is incapable of telling the truth, and needs to be fully vetted.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I still HAVE NOT received shipping confirmation... I placed an order online two months ago and it took about 5 days for the item to ship then a following 5 days for the shipment. I thought it was too long but I gave them a second chance with my most recent order. IT WAS A MISTAKE. Unless you are okay with ordering an item to come a month later DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I used a TJ Maxx gift card ($100) when I checked out at TJ Maxx in Santa Clara. The cashier told me they have to call the *******299 to verify the balance in the gift card. I said ok. I waited for close to 1/2 hour, and the cashier told me they weren't able to verify the balance in the gift card due to the computer is down. I said I will use my visa to pay for my purchase since I need to go back to work. Little did I realize that the staff at TJMaxx (the cashier or the one who made the phone call) stole the gift card number and CSC code during the time while was waiting. Because when I tried to used the gift card a week later, my balance is 0 (zero)! I'm pissed! I will never shop at TJ Maxx again. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I went to t j max on October 10 and I was buying some stuff and I lost my phone all of a sudden I looked everywhere but I couldn't find them I talked to the manager and employees but they were absolutely not helpful and the manager even said she has no access to the camera and she can't call the lp

DO NOT get a TJ Maxx CREDIT Card because they RIP OFF customers. Their card payment window is from the 5th to the 28th if you pay on any other day of the month you will get a late fee and your payment will not go toward next month's payment. If you set up auto payments for any days of the month between the 28th and the 4th of the next month you will accumulate fees. They do this on purpose to make more money off their cards.

I love TJ Maxx. This store is much better in person than online. I am handicapped so I do much of my shopping online, but when go out this is one of my favorite places that I like to visit.
