I bought this professional manicure set from beurer and the quality is amazing, I got for such a good price at tj maxx, here you can find amazing things such as this. I am in love with this machine and can't wait to get my nails done with it, it comes with so many things recommended 10/10!
Recently I ordered three things from TJ Maxx on line. One item I was told would not be received with no explanation. The second order was for a set of two lamps. It took me an hour to unpack the lamps. Another 30' to put them together. Guess what! One of the lamps didn't work. I returned the lamps to my local store in Ypsilanti, MI. I was told they couldn't take the lamps back because since one didn't work they couldn't put it on the floor. Wow! I didn't break the lamp so I would be punished for returning a defective item? The cashier called the manager who ok'd the return and off I went, somewhat satisfied. The second item was 2 outside chairs described as dining chairs online but when they arrived they were very low, like beach chairs. These were heavy and I needed to get help to return them. In the store the cashier once again contacted the manager. This must have been a different manager. After quite a long wait the manager appeared and immediately began scolding me. Is that how she was trained to assist and upset customer? If so, something is drastically wrong with the training. After much nastiness on both sides the manager finally agreed to take back the chairs even though, according to her, they should have been sent back by Fedex. Despite the outcome I wanted, my interchange was so unpleasant that I will not again shop at TJ Maxx. There are many other stores who know how to treat customers and who hire managers that are kind and understanding.
I bought toblerones and they didn't put them in my bag. I was looking forward to them the whole ride home and now I don't have any toblerones. Pissed off. Bag with no toblerones shown.

It never fails. Everytime I go in this store with only one thing on my mind, I always end up with bags full of stuff. Never fails! Love this store! Great finds!

I am very disappointed in TJ Maxx's online services. I ordered five items on October 20th and was told it could take up to 10 business days for my package to arrive. A few days after placing my order I received a notification that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and so I was refunded. Approximately 10 days after my order I received a package from TJX containing one item that was not what I ordered. I called customer service and they were able to resolve the issue. Since then I have called twice to check on the status of my other three items that still have not arrived (it is now nearly December 4th). Two weeks ago, during one of my calls, I was told that part of my order had shipped and I should receive it in the next couple business days. I still have nothing from my original order that was placed 45 days ago. I'm very disappointed as I've always been a loyal and frequent shopper at TJ Maxx. I plan to call again again tomorrow to see if I can be refunded. If you are looking to buy gifts in time for Christmas, I suggest you consider shopping elsewhere. :(

I went to the T. J Maxx on the 28th Street last evening to return a product. I couldn't find my receipt but I did have the product tag with me. Usually when this happens the cashier asks for a drivers licence and then would issue a store credit, which is fair and understandable... And I know this because this had happened to me before at this same location.
However this was not the case last evening! Both the cashier and the store coordinator (don't remember their names) had extremely poor customer service. It was like they had no idea how to read and enter my drivers licence information into the system because my drivers licence is issued in Canada... Which had never been an issue before with any other cashier at this same location!
After waiting for a good 20 minutes, the store manager Jessica finally showed up at the counter, with a very rude tone she told me that she can only accept returns from people who carry valid American ID or an American passport! And that they never accept Canadian ID at their store!
Now someone please tell me if it is fair to be treated this way and that this is not a case of discrimination.
I'm extremely disappointing and hurt and will never return to this store. I will post this on as many websites as I can to make people aware of what is happening at this T. J. Maxx store.

Had my order canceled twice. If you don't have it, don't put it up for sale. I don't think you understand how a website works. Will not bother to try again.

It's a winner for those great $1 bags if nothing else. But they always have something pretty, something cheap, something I want, and something I need. So I shop there!

Never again will I order from this poor excuse for a company - customer service is non-existent. I ordered enough merchandise to qualify for free shipping and entered the code as required. When I finished my order, and pushed the "purchase" button, they added shipping back in. I called immediately and was told there was nothing they could do until it ships and then the shipping charge will fall off. Well, that didn't happen, and I have called multiple times to get this taken care of - still customer no service says it will credit it in the next few days. A few days go by and no refund. No one is able to over ride this and issue the refund - not any of the customer no service people, not the manager (LaTonya) of those customer no service people, and that manager (LaTonya) says there is no one above her. So, I am guessing LaTonya, Mgr. Of customer no service must own the company and she is unwilling to take care of this. Says she will look into it - (LOOK AT MY ORDER) - and get back with me in a few days. Heaven forbid that I happen to be in the bathroom "if" she calls, or in the shower "if" she calls. Then I will miss a perfect non-opportunity to get this resolved. I am through with you... T J Maxx customer no-service.

TJ Maxx I hate when I get to the register, the first thing they say, " will you like to sign up for TJ Maxx credit card?" You say no! Then they say, you will save 20% off your order. I don't want a credit card. Stop pushing this down your customers throat. It's not worth getting credit card, to pay interest on the product. Stop asking customer to donate! Most of the CEO of these non-profit organizations makes hundreds of thousands of dollars off of donations. We do not want to donate. Why don't t. J Maxx donate instead of asking customers to donate. All the customers want to do is go shopping in your store. They do not want to be asked to sign up for a credit card or to donate to a nonprofit organization they have no idea about. This is very annoying. I know your company makes a lot of money off of these credit cards.
Stop forcing your associates to ask customers to sign up for credit cards and to donate. I'm betting it's very uncomfortable for them to ask these questions. If I'm mistaken few years ago, your company was hacked. It's stoled a lot of customers information. And your company was sued for a lot of money. Why would I trust my personal information with the company, who didn't have enough security on their system... Stop asking it's annoying!

For the paldry 10.00 certificate you get for every 1,000 spent it is not worth it. Their card is 24 percent interest. If you're going to shop TJ just pay cash otherwise you're saving nothing!

I am an avid fan of TJMaxx, Marshalls and Home Goods. I don't shop in the department stores anymore and stick to these three. I love that I can get more of what is in the store by buying online, getting the same discounted rates and free shipping if I buy enough (or just buy stuff I plan to return to get free shipping). Love that I can return to the store. HOWEVER... I've shopped here a few times now, and the shipping is ridiculously slow. Even Kohl's ships faster - and I didn't think that was possible. I ordered on 6/24, received an email on 7/4 stating that my order was on its way. One part arrived on 7/6. The other part arrived on 7/10. Why did it take 1.5 weeks to even pick the order for shipment?! That's maddening! The only reason I ordered again is because I need more of the same curtains I ordered the first time... I know I'll only have 1/2 a patio door covered for the next two weeks while I wait for the additional panels. I'll never tempt myself by shopping TJMaxx.com again. I'm not on a time deadline, but it just shouldn't take that long to pick the order. Get with it TJMaxx.com...

I ordered a sweater online before Christmas, and it should have arrived in time. I noted an exception error from UPS. Apparently TJ Maxx chose the wrong shipping method and it could not be delivered to a PO Box, so it was returned to TJ Maxx. (every other online retailer has a system in place to alert you if an item cannot be delivered to a PO Box, apparently TJ Maxx does not)
I had to contact customer service - I asked if they could redeliver to the PO Box via regular mail, or send it to my house address. I got an email insinuating that this was my fault, and once they received it back, it would be logged as a return. I would have to wait for that to happen, then they would credit my charge card, and since I used a gift card for part of the purchase, they would have to reissue the GC and mail it to me. THEN I could reorder the sweater...
Approximately a month after Christmas, I received an empty envelope from TJ Maxx with no GC... the saga continues.
Terrible customer service, they really didn't seem to care - and one month later, I have not been refunded, nor do I have the sweater. It will probably be summer before this gets straightened out.
