I bought this professional manicure set from beurer and the quality is amazing, I got for such a good price at tj maxx, here you can find amazing things such as this. I am in love with this machine and can't wait to get my nails done with it, it comes with so many things recommended 10/10!

“Shop on line at your peril”

Recently I ordered three things from TJ Maxx on line. One item I was told would not be received with no explanation. The second order was for a set of two lamps. It took me an hour to unpack the lamps. Another 30' to put them together. Guess what! One of the lamps didn't work. I returned the lamps to my local store in Ypsilanti, MI. I was told they couldn't take the lamps back because since one didn't work they couldn't put it on the floor. Wow! I didn't break the lamp so I would be punished for returning a defective item? The cashier called the manager who ok'd the return and off I went, somewhat satisfied. The second item was 2 outside chairs described as dining chairs online but when they arrived they were very low, like beach chairs. These were heavy and I needed to get help to return them. In the store the cashier once again contacted the manager. This must have been a different manager. After quite a long wait the manager appeared and immediately began scolding me. Is that how she was trained to assist and upset customer? If so, something is drastically wrong with the training. After much nastiness on both sides the manager finally agreed to take back the chairs even though, according to her, they should have been sent back by Fedex. Despite the outcome I wanted, my interchange was so unpleasant that I will not again shop at TJ Maxx. There are many other stores who know how to treat customers and who hire managers that are kind and understanding.

TJMaxx is such a terrific place to get all kinds of stuff. I scored some very different dog toys & treats as well as several fleece blankets, trats for his stocking & my favorite socks & gloves. As well as a great deal on my slipper boots!

I tried shopping recently in a local TJ Maxx and I was surprised that all of their prices have gone dramatically UP! Plus, the store is poorly lit due to them changing the lighting to a darker atmosphere. Housewares were very cluttery and the cosmetics and face department went very downhill by them adding various unknown type marketers and brands of facial products nobody heard of. Very cluttered and severly overpriced makeup, hair and face products. Poor brands of products, (home based internet) brands of facial products. Very unsuitable for a store to be offering the public. This store had it together a decade ago and now they DO NOT!

Today, 12/2/19, I was offered the chance for purchase discounts. I was in the application process when it came up to the requirement of entering my SS number. Why was this required when I was not applying for anything serous, like a credit card. The cashier did not know why when I asked. NOT COOL! And not returning.

I order a Nautica men's swimming shorts, I received a woman's Cable & Gauge sweater. I can't even return to the store because the item was wrong. I called the customer service, was to told to go to FedEx office to ship it back, no apology. Now I am debating if I should send it back. With such a chaotic service, I am not sure I will get my money back.

Natalie, at the Aliso Viejo Store, in Ca...was not only helpful but went out of her way to really please a customer and offer great customer service...The store is really fortunate to have her, she was just so pleasant, efficient, and professional in her manner.My survey number is *******421.

This is my opinion you may agree or not but it's how I see it now. When T. J. Maxx first hit the high street some of the choices and bargins were brilliant no complaints and no competition. As for now the choice is not as good or cheap as it used to be bargains for the male seem to be scarce so does the choice as for some of the cloths etc on offer definitely from the cheaper end of the market and of course on line shopping etc the competition has become fiercer so they need to up their game or could end up the way other famous stores have!

I absolutely LOVE this store.
They have such good finds and for great pricing.

The only downfall is that you will want to get EVERYTHING and then you are broke.:-)

We just got a new store in Rolla, Mo. I went to the grand opening. I purchased a really nice blouse... I thought anyway until I washed it once. I washed it on the gentle cycle just like it recommended. The thing faded to where I could barely recognize it and the seam along the buttons frayed! I was so disappointed!

I ordered a squishmallow on 3/9. Two days ago, I was informed that my order has been cancelled and wasn't given a reason why. I am hesitant to order from TJ Maxx online again, especially since this seems to be a common occurrence for this store. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to receive my product. Additionally, I used a free shipping code for this purchase, and now this code is invalid, even though my order was cancelled.

TJmaxx stores are okay.
But the reward card, that is absurd.
The interest is not just interest. No matter how much you paid for it, or how much the balance remains, the interest will kept on top high.
Beware! 10% discount is the bait.

The shop was nice maybe a little crowded but the worst part was how rude the employees were. Me and my mom as well as my baby brother were checking out our items before leaving and my mom complimented on the employees nails she said nothing my mom said to me that maybe she did not hear me. But as she was finishing up with us she whispered to the person next to her and they both laughed at my Mom's accent.we did not think much of it until my baby brother found a balloon and was holding it and just as we were leaving and putting the ballon back she asked for the it and said that it was a mom thing and that we were stealing.

Went there today had the most horrible experience ever with the guy who stands at the door with the ear piece hes the most disrespectful son of a $#*! I ever came across I've been going to that tj max for years I will never return there ever again!

I have shopped at tjmaxx/marshalls for years... For the first time ever I ordered from their website & I was shocked with the poor state of their online shopping experience! They don't confirm orders & make one wait for a week before hearing anything abou the order at all. I would give tjmaxx an F for online selling & now that I have experienced the lack of communication, very slow dispatch time, etc. I wouldn't ever buy online again. My rating is for the website more than the store. The store is hit or miss but the website is just miss, miss miss... If you want to receive your item in the next month don't buy from tjmaxx online.! I can't believe a company with so much money like tjmaxx would bother even having an online store if they are going to be so awful! They should just stick with brick&mortar stores until they can invest more in online sales & do a half decent job!

The Harahan Store is so clean, kept up nicely and the bright lights welcome you into shop. No items found on the floor. Fitting rooms are also very clean. I want to especially say that a spoke with the manager, Manuel Garcia, and he expressed such pride and concerns of operating such a wonderful store. The prices are so incrediably affordable, that my sister had purchased an item at Kohl's for $45.00 and I found the exact same item for $16.00 - needless to say, she returned Kohl's and purchased the entire set at Maxx. I now love to go to this store and highly recommend others to do the same. Mr. Garcia definitely makes this store a great place to shop!

Last night I bought near U$500 dollars on jewerly at katy TJMax store. Today before noon I came to exchange a broken one earing U$9.00 and they refused to do it because store policies… really, do you prefer to loose a customer for U$9.00 dollars, what a rule

Love the store... I always shop there that's why I got myself a tjmaxx credit card... but I got confused of my bill so I called their costumer service... and the woman I was talking to gave me attitude... she made me feel I was dumb... maybe I was dumb at the time, that's why i said I'm confused... but she gave me this not very nice feeling... you should not treat your customers like that... and I've heard they were talking Filipino in the background... so loud... so rude... it change my view in tjmaxx... it used to be my favorite store...

The manager was really rude i went to clean the store and i was finishing up and referred to me as "that girl" she could've easily asked for my name and after i was about to leave the store was already open and starts yelling to me infront of the customers and starts talking to me rudely that is maladministration they need to hire a manger with good and friendly service it was a hispanic lady with glasses

Love TJ Maxx and Marshalls very much as well as home goods! Love them all but I'm so sick of the recording that plays over and over and over again and the signs about this virus and social distancing it's brainwashing at its best so sick of it please stop!

I love shopping here. I can shop here for hours and hours without getting bored, and finding everything thing I need. I don't have a target where I live so I have to travel up the interstate to the nearest one, but its so worth the drive once a week. I love the organization, cleanliness, and even the food court is useful. Every time I walk in I think of "Stepford Wives" and how organized their grocery store is at the end of the moving. I know that's a weird analogy/comparison, but that's just what I think of the place.

I saw an item for sale from tj max. I contacted the store to verify that the as was correct and was told it was. I purchased it to find out it was a fraud. I finally found tj max complain line. It took 4 tries to get through. When I did get through just to have the fuston er r sevive person laugh at me. Very disrespectful. Never buy online from this company. They have very little respect for their customers

I ordered a cat tunnel for my cat, the package arrived in a well amount of time, open it up to be disappointed. They sent me a straw purse! Wtf is this tj maxx?! I called them up and they then say they're going to send us the correct product, MONTHS LATER, i get a package as small as an envelope and its a gift card, with $10.79 on it. Certainly not my cat tunnel. I go online bcz i was going to reorder it and it GONE! I want my money back or my cat tunnel i had $50 on that gift card, and came back with $10.79? Math please?

I do not buy from either store online as there are stores nearby my home. There I can try on items to ensure they fit correcty. Love their soaps; hand and soap dispensers which I also give as gifts. Both are great stores to buy from.

I did all my Christmas shopping for the toddler grandkids at TJ Maxx. They have a great assortment of toys and other gifts at good prices. If I want something different, I go here.
They also have great customer service and I enjoy my visit there alot.

The stuart tjmax unorganized, the drssing rooms feel and look as if they have never been cleaned. You can never find anyone to help you find anything. The cashiers are rude and have attitudes. And if you ask to speak to a manager it doesn't get any better. You can see with the sales people get their attitude from. There is no such thing as customer service.
