I bought this professional manicure set from beurer and the quality is amazing, I got for such a good price at tj maxx, here you can find amazing things such as this. I am in love with this machine and can't wait to get my nails done with it, it comes with so many things recommended 10/10!
Recently I ordered three things from TJ Maxx on line. One item I was told would not be received with no explanation. The second order was for a set of two lamps. It took me an hour to unpack the lamps. Another 30' to put them together. Guess what! One of the lamps didn't work. I returned the lamps to my local store in Ypsilanti, MI. I was told they couldn't take the lamps back because since one didn't work they couldn't put it on the floor. Wow! I didn't break the lamp so I would be punished for returning a defective item? The cashier called the manager who ok'd the return and off I went, somewhat satisfied. The second item was 2 outside chairs described as dining chairs online but when they arrived they were very low, like beach chairs. These were heavy and I needed to get help to return them. In the store the cashier once again contacted the manager. This must have been a different manager. After quite a long wait the manager appeared and immediately began scolding me. Is that how she was trained to assist and upset customer? If so, something is drastically wrong with the training. After much nastiness on both sides the manager finally agreed to take back the chairs even though, according to her, they should have been sent back by Fedex. Despite the outcome I wanted, my interchange was so unpleasant that I will not again shop at TJ Maxx. There are many other stores who know how to treat customers and who hire managers that are kind and understanding.
I made some purchases online from TJ Maxx in December 23. Soon after someone tried to make an unauthorized change on my debit card. I don't use it often so I wasn't sure where the breech was. My bank caught it and denied the charge. They issued me a brand new card. On Jan 7 24 I made another online purchase from tj Maxx.com with my new debit card. I didn't use it for anything else. A few days later I began receiving spam emails addressed to me by first and last name as I wrote it on my order form for TJMaxx. So I believed I found the breech. I contacted Customer Service to share my suspicions and to ask about the security of their website. The representative took my information and got my phone number and said she would pass it on to her supervisor and someone would contact me. I'm writing this because no one thought was important enough to respond to my concern. Please be careful when ordering online at t j maxx. I don't believe their website is secure. I will not be ordering from them again I haven't used my new debit card again. If there are any further problems it definitely was poor security at tjmaxx.com. Their lack of concern tells you the type of company they are. I will not order online from tj Maxx again.

It wasn't bad enough that I waited a couple of weeks for my order which was shipped in 3 different packages at 3 different times. Once I decided to use the beauty wand I noticed while reading the instructions to be sure to remove the clear wrap before charging. There was no clear wrap on my wand. After charging I tried to use the wand it wouldn't turn on right and once it turned on I couldn't turn it off. This item had been repackaged to look like new and sold to me as new. If you return the item by mail they will charge you $10.99 for repackaging. They are making a big profit off of this $24.99 wand. Selling defective, charging for return then selling again and charging for return. So I guess I will have to drive to the next city to return this defective item if I want my money back. There will be no more online orders from TJ Maxx or Marshalls because I have had nothing but problems from the both of them. It's not worth the stress of waiting weeks and then not receiving what you ordered.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t do it!

I wish it wasn't like a military in there. All the cashiers have to go through this script and it's unsettling. While I was waiting in line, I heard a manager or something tell this girl to say the script because I guess she doesn't like it and it was uncomfortable. I think the employees should be more free and natural, then me and a bunch of other people would go there more often. We like to see people happy, not miserable corporation sheeps just trying to get a paycheck. TJX needs to reevaluate their entire company policies.

I have been a customer of 9020 N Green Bay Rd
Milwaukee, WI for many years. I would like to thank Tina the manager for being so helpful and kind. She is patient with customers and attentive. A few days ago I had made a return and later noticed I wasn't refunded for one of the items. I went back the next day and Tina was the one who helped me. Tina took the time to resolve the problem with my return and did so in a very professional manner. She was very apologetic and sincere. Absolutely the best! Thank you Tina! Yuliya Fridman.

I wish I would have read these prior to ordering online. Ordered $125 in merchandise on September 16th believing it would all be sent by September 29th when I needed it. Nope! I called yesterday, September 23rd and my items had not even been shipped! Woman told me it's 5-10 days and for some reason they don't add the day you actually place the order! When I explained it's needed by the 29th her advice was go out and buy more gifts just in case it doesn't arrive!?! Really? Then I get an email today, that one of my items has just been cancelled! So a week later they have not sent anything AND cancelled an item. Why bother having an online store if you can't fill or send orders to expectations? Lesson learned, will never buy online from TJMaxx again!

I find it very odd that TJxx profit more than 88.3 billion dollars total as a company, yet pay their employees $9 to $10 dollars an hour I have shopped at tjmaxx for a while and I have witnessed the employees work like slaves, while living like hell for most. They are expected to stand at register's for hours at a time, run all over the store cleaning up after some of the nastiest customers I have ever seen. In many cases, they get treated like crap, yet expected to survive on proverty level pay, while the big shots live in Mansions and fine dinning we have formed a group in every state to go into these stores and record and post the video on social media. No one should work that hard and get paid that low of a wage. I will NEVER shop at tjmaxx again until I see a change
Tip for consumers:
I can't tell others where to shop, however, I will NEVER shop at tjmaxx again until the employees are treated better

I used to shop and tjmaxx, marshalls and homegoods ALL THE TIME. I had the tjmaxx credit card for well over a year, never missed a single payment. Until one day, I made my payment but accidentally linked it to the wrong saved payment method, so I was two days late. I paid two days later as soon as I realized my mistake. Shortly afterward my card was canceled and I tried to talk to them to resolve it and get my card back to no avail. I will not be shopping or recommending this company ever again. I am very disappointed it has come to this.

I do love shopping here! I wish they would would carry more merchandise. The ocala store is very dirty and uninviting to go into. Quite messy and unorganized. The inverness store is beautiful and maintaned! Makes it a pleasure shopping there!

I love this site because it does not have the same items that are in the store - it is a bit more like shopping at a department store than going to TJMaxx in that it has more sizes and items that they do not always carry in TJMaxx. Returning is easy - I just bring my items to a TJMaxx near me for return. You can do the mail return, lbut, I like being able to bring them back to a TJMaxx close by. They have a much larger variety of prom, wedding and formal gowns online than at the store! My daughter bought a few formal dresses through the online store. It was much easier to return items than the foreign websites, so, you can order a few sizes if necessary and return what does not fit!

I wish I'd read the reviews before I embarked on this little adventure. I ordered 2 pieces of cookware: "Master Class" brand 1) skillet 2) saute pan. Both arrived in a box with little to no packing. Both were damaged. The saute pan had one handle completely broken off. The skillet was scratched up. I kept the skillet because it was still usable and I needed it. I followed ALL return instructions for the saute pan and packed it well, despite the condition in which it arrived. I returned it within days. During the entire return process, I went back and forth (via telephone, email, website) about the damage; not wanting to pay return shipping since it was their fault; getting my refund; status of the return, etc. It was absolutely NUTTY. I was also keenly aware that they were put out by the inconvenience (really). After weeks of this, they finally sent me a gift card in the mail. Don't bother with this site because it isn't worth the time. They should have paid ME hourly for doing their work.

I have done this mistake 3 times! And I will never do it again!
1st time... got a wrong item. On the receipt was my original purchase. Therefore. I could not return it! I have tried in 2 different stores. Staff was rude in both cases and customer service not very helpful.
2nd time... I did not receive one of my items... (and nothing instead of it) however... I was charged for that! After 3 weeks. Still waiting for the refund...
3rd time (and surely the last one)... I was told my order was shipped. But UPS after 3 days. Still disagrees with that. Claiming that they have not received my order! In adittion, my order (although I was charged) does not appear in my personal page in their website...!
Do not order anything from them! Tried it 3 times... 100% fail!
Save your money!

I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order online. EIGHT days later I receive an email saying "Good news, your order has been returned!" I never even received my order let alone returned it. I contacted customer service, spent 20+ minutes on the phone with them and all they offered was for ME to replace my order (mind you at this point the items I ordered were no longer available in the size I wanted). No offer for a discount, no offer to reorder the items for me, NOTHING. I will absolutely NOT be shopping at TJMaxx anymore. I have never received such bad customer service ever. It's as if they don't want customers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I ordered dresses for my vacation i was going on. I received a shipping confirmation and TWO days later i receive a return confirmation. No explanation or anything on why I received this. Well after speaking to 12 customer service representatives they just returned my items because they couldn't ship to the address I provided even though I get boxes EVERYDAY. So then I ask them to re order it for me and they already SOLD all of the dresses I ordered and paid for. Then on top of that they refund my pay pal account for my order and shorted me $20. When i asked what they were going to do for me as the customer who completely screwed over, they said nothing.

I was soooo worried about buying online because of the reviews saying my items would be damaged, gone, or shipping would take 2+ weeks. I ordered three things and my total was around $26.2 of the 3 things shipped out in 5 days and arrived at my house two days later, which the site says standered shipping will take 5-10 days so I'd say my ordered arrived just on time. I got a receipt and everything came in a thing of bubble wrap! I'm pleasently surprised and happy. The third thing should come Thursday of August 30th which meant it took 9-10 days to ship which I don't care. So overall, some people have had awful experience and some people have a good experience I guess :)

High end -- low end -- doesn't matter -- it is THE place to shop in OKC for the absolute best price for $19 -- $400 purses. I was a shopper for years in NYC at Loehmann's and this is on a par with that. I think it's the best thing in the store and is the main reason I will drive across town. Love TJ.

I really love T. J. Maxx because I always find unique items and at a very good price. They have a huge stock almost anything you could be looking for, from shoes to housewares.

T. J. Maxx can be a hit or miss. I will say on my last visit I was able to find the perfect pair of Michal Kors sandals for $35 and some nice kitchen items! Very pleased!

Really like this site. Have found it to be easy to use. Good prices for name brand items. Their stock changes regularly, so look again, and again. I think you get my drift...

One of my favorite stores. I have had to return an item or two. All the people working there are so helpful but it does take a long time to return anything.

A terrific place to shop! Only downfall is the variety of clothing in some sizes. Really cute home decor as well! You can find awesome deals from time to time!

While I enjoyed shopping at j maxx in the past, now that they are getting into the political arena, NO MORE! I will not shop at a store that wants to impress their political agenda on the public! I say boycott TJMaxx, Marshall, Nordstrom, any company that tries to influence me and coerce me unto their narrow thinking.

I never knew getting a correct size could be so hard…. Until I ordered online. I ordered a pair of shoes online that I was so excited about. The sizing was worded a little strange but I got my normal size (11US) which is a 9UK. Got them, they were a size 9 US. When I ordered, I used a reward, discount, and a free ship code. Called customer service. They said I would have to reorder them and take the other pair to FedEx. I lost my reward and they had to "refund" me the $10 shipping. Paid $20 more this time for the shoes and I took the other to FedEx. Received them again hoping they could at least read and get it right this time, NOPE. Size 9 shoes AGAIN. Called really frustrated at this point. Was told they don't know if they still have them and they couldn't let me know until the end of the week. At this point I'm returning them to TjMaxx and closing my credit card with them. It's not that hard to get this right.

Love this store. Whenever I want something unusual I shop t. J's first. Never disappointed. Always walk out with something whether it's for house or clothing. Don't ever close!

My wife adores this store for its wide range of different clothes and shoes. I completely agree with her. You're always able to find interesting clothes in this shop.

This store has a great variety of items, many which you can't find elsewhere. The only negative is that you can't hesitate to buy something, as it will often be gone by the next day.
