I bought this professional manicure set from beurer and the quality is amazing, I got for such a good price at tj maxx, here you can find amazing things such as this. I am in love with this machine and can't wait to get my nails done with it, it comes with so many things recommended 10/10!
Recently I ordered three things from TJ Maxx on line. One item I was told would not be received with no explanation. The second order was for a set of two lamps. It took me an hour to unpack the lamps. Another 30' to put them together. Guess what! One of the lamps didn't work. I returned the lamps to my local store in Ypsilanti, MI. I was told they couldn't take the lamps back because since one didn't work they couldn't put it on the floor. Wow! I didn't break the lamp so I would be punished for returning a defective item? The cashier called the manager who ok'd the return and off I went, somewhat satisfied. The second item was 2 outside chairs described as dining chairs online but when they arrived they were very low, like beach chairs. These were heavy and I needed to get help to return them. In the store the cashier once again contacted the manager. This must have been a different manager. After quite a long wait the manager appeared and immediately began scolding me. Is that how she was trained to assist and upset customer? If so, something is drastically wrong with the training. After much nastiness on both sides the manager finally agreed to take back the chairs even though, according to her, they should have been sent back by Fedex. Despite the outcome I wanted, my interchange was so unpleasant that I will not again shop at TJ Maxx. There are many other stores who know how to treat customers and who hire managers that are kind and understanding.
My name is jacob and i have quit tjmaxx bcuz i was sexually harassed and abused, emotionally abused, and verbally abused. I emailed corporate and they wouldn't do anything about it. They don't care. Don't work here. You deserve to be treated with respect.
Tip for consumers:
Clothes fall apart after washing them. Your hours are cut as an employee bcuz the managers won't stop hiring people we don't need.

leggings for my wife. after 4 washes they are pilling.

The East Haven, CT Store refused to refund or offer a gift card for a suitcase that broke before I got on the plane. At the time of purchase the cashier stapled the ticket to the receipt. His comment was "In case you need to return the item". I should have gotten the clue this product was not a good one and voided the sale at that point. The returns manager told me I needed to contact the company who manufactures the suitcase. I said … "but this store sold the item to me. I left the suitcase in the store as I have no use for a broken suitcase. Let TJ MAXX put the suitcase in their dumpster. It is disgusting i just lost $69.99 + Tax to a huge corporation that can clearly afford to take back crappy merchandise. I called TJ MAXX customer service listed online. The Customer Service Representative said I should get a call back from their regional manager in about 24 hours. So game on TJ MAXX. I left you with the suitcase it is your turn to return my money or give me a store credit. If so, I will update this review.

TJMaxx lost seven of their employees on 9/11. They were on the American Airlines plane that was flown into the World Trade Towers by Islamic terrorists.
Now TJMaxx wants to boycott selling Ivanka Trump products because her father wants to keep out islamic terrorists. Have they no respect for the memory of those employees?
No way will I shop at TJMaxx again.

Love buying stuff for my kitchen there. But be careful: even if you enter the store to buy a pot, you'll find yourself with bunch of other stuff you didn't plan to buy in your shopping basket :)

I was gifted with a $100 TJ Maxx gift certificate last month, and got to explore their online store for the first time. I was blown away that there was a set of dishes I absolutely loved that I could order and still have enough left over for a meditating copper Buddha statue that is so magnificent I can't believe it! I certainly had no specific needs or plans for a Buddha statue, but he is sitting serenely in front of my brick fireplace, glowing perfectly. I can't remember the last time I was so pleased with my purchases. The dishes are absolutely gorgeous and high quality and I am obviously in love with my Buddha. Both items were packaged and sent with great care. I had never seen the customized packing material on the statue, but it was made to fit and protect the contours of the item perfectly. The dishes came securely wrapped as well. This entire experience exceeded my expectations. PS if you would love to have the most gorgeous glowing Buddha for your home, this is the one to buy.

I just want to express my disappointment with the experience I had at TJ Max located at Flagler Square Plaza in Miami, FL. Flagler and 102 Ave aprox address. There was a super long waiting line with only 2 cashiers and no Manager in the picture whatsoever. No on never apologized with the customers and there was a Cashier with a very bad actitud towards everybody, she was probably the manager not sure. She came after the line was already running almost to the end of the store. I love TJMax but there is definitely a problem with this particular location. Thank you in advance for your attention with this matter.

Never again. Placed order 1/20/22 for gifts. Showed me order was being worked on. Now today, all the sudden they cancelled EVERYTHING! What an absolute JOKE!
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from them online. I've tried twice, and both times they cancelled order WEEKS later.

I was at the TJ Maxx today in Oceanside, Ca. Off the 78 and Plaza drive. I had to use the restroom. It was a three stall bathroom. One was out of order. As I was in the bathroom I looked down on the ground and the was toilet paper with poop on it. I then looked over to my right and there was poop on the floor in the out of order stall. It was very disgusting. I went to check out and let the cashier know. She them informed a manager (he was some sort or coordinator) who was aware of this and started he thought it was already taken care of. He had called several employees to the front and it seemed like no one wanted to clean it up. I feel it was very unsanitary and the managershpuod of made sure that this was taken care of right away.

My wife drags me here all the time. I usually wait in a chair for her. But then found the cheap prices on socks. Great socks at 1/2 the price. And these are the cool looking athletic socks too.

TJ MAXX is a great way to get good quality name brand items at a discount. You have to search through but you can usually find what you need.
My go to place for bedding and Home Decor! Enjoy!

My visit to T. J. Maxx today was extremely frustrating as there was only 1 rack of clothing for PLUS size women. One side of the rack was clearance crap and the other side of the rack was 1/2 for tops and the other 1/2 for bottoms. However there were 3 aisles for pet supplies. Although I am a dog lover, I think the parent company should put the pet stuff in their HOME GOODS shops and inform their buyers to get with the times. As I was standing there waiting to purchase stuff for my husband (nothing for me) I noticed about every fourth shopper that day would be looking for PLUS size clothes. When I was skinny, I looked good in everything. Now that I am PLUS size, I am willing to pay more for designer clothes to make me look as best as I can. Too bad there is nothing to spend my money on at T. J. Maxx. There are now famous PLUS size models and designers are finally making clothes for larger women as well as svelte women. I'm wondering if T. J. Maxx has any PLUS sized buyers who could have a voice for us larger women? I read what the news is saying about retailers having a tough time. Why not listen to your customers and help yourself move into a more competitive environment? The Corporate number is *******299 if you want to voice a concern. By the way, we hate polyester clothes and would like to see natural fabrics that are flattering styles.

I love the all in one combination gifts for both men and women that they carry Christmas time. Childrens' clothing are sold at a bargain. The demeanor is good.

I love TJ Maxx! Since the inventory is constantly changing you never know what you will find. The prices are fantastic, the website is not bloated but instead sparse and clean-looking, and always runs like a top. No issues with check out, overselling, or shipping which is fast. In store returns are super easy. I've found some of my most favorite items on this site- and just by stumbling across them. If you are looking for something specific can be a bit tricky but the search function on the site is pretty good. And there's always tons of merch so it is likely you can find basics year round. Love it, love it, love it.
Only two minor complaints- wish free shipping minimum were lower than $89 and a couple times (from many, many orders- so not often) the items color was different than picture- one time the difference was such it almost looked as though it had been shopped or color corrected. The item appeared brightly colored but was much more subdued in person. However the images are typically a great representation of merchandise. Great deals, and fun for hunters!

I am a long time loyal customer of TJ Maxx and Marshalls but will never step foot into their stores again after they shunned Ivanka Trump., Really dumb move. I will not give them my money.

Its like Ross but in higher quality, of course have to pay little more.

Only sent one, of three items ordered. Ended up paying more for the shipping, then the item that was sent. Customer service is awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM TJMAXX!
If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would!

I'm in my early 60's, and I believe that most of the clothing items are made for younger women. On the other hand, I get impatient browsing through racks of tightly stacked clothes. However, for things like hair care, spa and bath items, facial care, soaps, towels, and other linens, I have found some excellent deals on expensive, brand name items. At the store nearby, one thing I ALWAYS do is to make sure that the seals on the packages have NOT been broken, the lipsticks and makeups have NOT been used, and that nothing has been opened. You have to be careful about things like that. I LOVE TJ MAXX for toiletries and home products. I always spend way too much. Just be careful about the things I've mentioned, and I know you will love TJ MAXX, too.
Thank you!

I was shopping at a Homegoods store in Novi, MI when I received a receipt with a warning for a return without a receipt. Homegoods, TJ Maxx & Marshalls are owned by the same group. Anyway the receipt that I got said return without a receipt my be declined in the future. Let me begin by saying I have shopped at these stores since they opened their first store. I can't begin to tell you how much I have spent over the years, at least a half a million. I return items routinely without a receipt since I have bags full of receipts and if I know that the item is past due for a charge credit and that I will get a store credit, why should I waste my time searching for hours for a receipt. This is a corporate problem since they can't scan your credit card so that the customer will dump the money back into the store and then they turn around and essentially slap the customer in the face. If they don't allow me to return without a receipt I will tear up my credit card with them and forget about shopping at any of their stores. This is horrible customer service. All of the employees know me at these stores and are very upset that this has happened to me.

I euphonize with you experience. However, you get off very easy. When we purchase online from this retailer in 2021 and multiple orders were not much to picture, I called customer service and was instructing to return it to the store or by mail. I did not want to care cost of shipping for wrong goods, so we take it to the store. Everything was excepted by retailer, 6 months letter we were arrested and charged with criminal charges! 180 days letter charges are still pending and still did face our accusers in court! Courts dates are keep moving, employees rejecting our application for an employment based on the "pending criminal charges". Hence, the law is not is written on the constitution, but what current government and this retailer believe it is, and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. The cheap or free cheese is only in the mouse trap, which this retailer is, and shortcomings of management whose explanation for mishandling business is "CUSTOMERS DID IT!". So, my advice to everyone stay away from TJ MAX, Marshals and other "CHEEP" retailer, if you do not what to find yourself fighting a criminal charge for decades and damaging your reputation.
Tip for consumers:
don't deal with this retailer!
