I ordered an "Anti-Fog Full Face Shield" from your company, Order #1542 on November 18,2022. At 11:29 pm EST from the US. IT arrived via USPS on December 5th, 2022, with the plastic shield cracked completely in half. It was packed in a manila envelope, with a small piece of bubble wrap in the package with it, but, in no way covering the shield, simply in the envelope. The shield was cracked completely in half and wasn't usable. I took pictures, and sent them, along with my receipt (screenshot) of the order. I sent the email to their service department as their site indicates. I asked for a replacement shield. (i wanted the mask.)
I sent another email on Dec. 11, since I hadn't gotten any response, requesting a response, and a replacement shield, or a refund. (the shield was ~$20. Shipping was ~$7. A lot for an envelope, I thought, but okay.)
So far, no response, no email, no acknowledgement of any communication. So, I have to give them a poor review. Service is apparently invisible or possibly in another dimension. Shipping was poorly chosen and executed, and I can't judge the product, since you can't test a broken face shield. IF I get a response, even one of the "Not My Problem" variety, I will update my review, up or down. Things break, stuff happens. Its what you do afterwards that determines if you should be in business or not.
Tip for consumers:
If you are sure that it won't get broken or damaged in transit, and aren't in a rush, then they're probably fine.
