Well I have being hosting with them for over 5 years now and their services have being awesome! Had several issues with my previous hosting service and a friend suggested them to me since then its being great let me not also mentioned that their support service via the chat on the website is instantaneous they have a great team, and I a still here with them.

I run an adult focused website, most hosts tend to censor adult media sites. I have adult photographs and links to other adult sites on mine. They have no problem hosting it (I am USC2257 compliant)

Their onboarding process is easy and their support staff were available and quick to respond to support tickets as I was setting things up and needed some help with WordPress and other plugins freaking out.

The ongoing maintenance is easy and there is never any downtime.

The only caveat, is the servers are a bit slow when it comes to uploading images and don't even try uploading video. While you do have unlimited storage it is "slow storage"

The site loads very quickly, once images are up it's fine.

I would recommend using a higher package than Starter if you have a money earning business. If you're just a hobbyist than the Starter plan should be sufficient for you. Speaking to their sales team is also very easy and they don't try to upsell. They helped me figure out what I *actually* need and they stated that the Starter plan would do the job albeit it wouldn't be the fastest horse on the track (which I don't care from the back end) as long as it's fast for users (which it is)

All in all I would recommend this company, as hosting gets more expensive everywhere TMD is still keeping prices down.

I didn't need more capacity - just a move to TMD!
When my previous host started a campaign to pressure me to add more capacity due to 'IO Faults', I moved to TMD as they included more capacity with no extra charge. They made the transition very smooth, and have been super responsive to any and all minor questions that have come up along the way. Way to go TMD!

Another remarkable reason why ii like TMD hosting is its customers' services' prompt response. I remember at some point when o needed to back up my website, and I raised a ticket, the support respond swiftly and ask me to click a link which then enable me to download the backup files to my website.
