It would help if the email for the review listed WHAT I purchased! I'm landscaping a side yard so I'm ordering a lot of plants online and I don't recall that your info with the plant had anything about TN nursery on it, so I don't know what I'm supposed to review. However, everything I've ordered has arrived with no problems, on time and healthy. They are all flourishing so I suppose that's a good review.
I am a professional arborist. All of the root stock I purchased was labeled incorrectly. They refused to correct the issue. Their main concern was to keep the money, not good customer service. The better business bureau is filled with complaints about them. Beware...
This outfit is horrible. They are hard to get ahold of by telephone if something goes wrong with the order (which it did). Their delivery times were incorrect and they shipped only part of my order. They still have not filled my order correctly but they charged me anyway just for good measure (sarcasm). What I received was not the 2-3 ft plants I paid for but rather 6" twigs. I guess one gets what one pays for (in my case, not even that much). AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The shipping is fast and everything is package well. The customer service is awesome and if you have an issue they will fix it or help you. I have bought crepe myrtles from them and also dog wood trees. I will shop with them again.

I ordered many plants from tnnursery last year, which means I have given it a year before writing this review as I wanted to be fair. However this is the worst nursery I have ordered from by far and I will never again do business with them. Over 50 percent of the bare-root plants I ordered never grew, and one sizable order ended up being a completely different plant than I had even ordered. I am an experienced gardener, and have ordered bare-root plants from other nurseries with wonderful results. Tnnursery in my opinion is a dishonest company and doing business with them is means taking a risk.

Like your site, but I was told I qualified for free shipping, but then was charged $9.18. No way to question this online, so I went ahead and paid, but not happy about it. I think you should give free shipping just like you do on your other site.

This nursery has provided the only trees that have survived for us from mail ordering. We purchased several kinds of red maples that have done well in our hard seasons in North Idaho. The other times we tried mail ordering trees they were all unsuccessful, but Tennessee Wholsesale Nursury sent us trees that have thrived thus far months later. Prices were reasonable and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I ordered two Eucalyptus trees (Maggie & Funky Monkey). Tennessee Wholesale Nursery had them packaged and shipped within a couple of days. Maggie arrived healthy and happy the very next day! UPS screwed up delivery of the Funky Monkey, which ended up killing the poor little tree. Tennessee Wholesale Nursery apologized for UPS's mistake and credited me the entire sum I spent for the Funky Monkey! They were awesome to deal with! Word of advice: Do not rely on UPS to ship live or fragile items. Every time I receive a live or fragile delivery from UPS, it is mishandled severly.

I ordered 4different plants. They said they would be shipped bare root when they were ready to ship to me. What I got was 4 different plants that were dry root. Instead of one, I got multiples I guess in case the one was indeed dead. I have had them planted for almost two weeks and I am still not seeing any growth. When told bare root and it is the end of May, I expect there to be plant growth and roots wrapped in wet paper and plastic. Not roots dried out since last year. I will not be ordering from TN Nursery again.

I have ordered different plants from TN Wholesale nursery on several occasions. Each time the plants arrived alive, they were the correct plants and they arrived when I was told they would arrive. As such I have no complaints and I am planning future orders from this business.

Plants are dried up, bulbs are moldy and not healthy looking. I have never seen plants shipped this way. Have ordered from different online sellers and they are at least wrapped in tissue and plastic to keep them hydrated.

I received my Nine Bark start and my Persimon tree start in a timely fashion last spring. I have been delighted to see them both flourish over the summer and autumn. I have put deer guards around them and look forward to their continued growth next spring. I will definitely order more trees.

I placed an order in April and still have not received my order. I sent a email and have not heard a response. I can't found them because they have no voicemail set up! I would definitely not recommend ordering online from them! I ordered 10 plants and by the time I get them it'll be out of season to plant them! They are a joke. My younger Sister gifted us a bareroot Paw Paw tree from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery, as my husband and I had recently bought a home. When it arrived, I quickly realized that due to squirrels and rabbits in the area, I would need to place a tree trunk guard on it, to give it a chance to grow. The Paw Paw sat for a week before I found tree guards in our local area to purchase. We immediately planted the Paw Paw, following directions given. It appears to have taken root, since the leaves stayed green and didn't fall off until the expected time in the Fall. I'm waiting for Spring to see how it does... anticipation!

My experience has been good with TNNURSERY. If I had any problems with an order, customer service addressed it and I have no complaints. I plan to buy more plants like a couple of paw paw trees and some sugar maples in the future. If I should have any negative experiences I will surely write another review.

Bought 400 dollars worth of trees that died in our harsh winter of 22-23. All trees died and when contacted they wanted me to scratch test tree bark on saplings I could not find after 12 ft of snow. Absolute thieves. Buy from a reputable company like starks whose trees live almost always but always honor the warrenty. I can foward their emails stating they will not honor their warrenty. Just bad people and company

I purchased some plants in 2019. I chose to have the plants delivered in April since I ordered it for my US home and we live in Canada. It is in Washington state. They shipped in December while it was snowing and we were not there. When I got an email that they shipped my product and I emailed them back asking why, when I asked them to ship in April. It is snowing. They didn't reply to my email. I called the CS and they told me that they will send me another shipment. That they never did.

Ask then to email you when they promise to refund or reship. Don't take their word for it. Tammy, owner of the company lies.

I wish I had read the reviews of this place first. I ordered what I thought was plants and instead I got roots that never grew or died in the process. They only sent half the order and I had to insist to get the other half. Total rip off and waste of money. I really regret attempting to buy plants online. Plus, the responses they give to people comments on Yelp are total BS. Take a picture of a non-existing plant?
Their warranty is hilarious: "Within 90 days if your plants die" yet since they are bare roots, they aren't even alive yet so the "Some Plants Will Not All Come Up Same Season as Planted but Will the Following Spring" is not covered in the 3 month warranty and again is total BS.
In addition, in the reply to my comment on Yelp, TN actually tried to tell me what I can and cannot expect from products that do not grow, that have no warranty because they may not grow until "the next spring" and acts like everyone who posted on Yelp is just making it up. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered my raspberries late in the fall and was told that there was a good chance they wouldn't make it. Not only did they make it, but they were producing before winter and came back even better the next spring.

We couldn't be more pleased with the Carpet Moss we received. It was in perfect condition when we received it... moist and ready for planting. The planting suggestions were great and the moss is already firmly attached on the berms we prepared it for.
Attached a photo of installation day and I intend to send photos next spring, when our little Zen garden is complete. I thoroughly expect the moss to survive the winter here and look lovely next spring.
