TN Nursery

I was scammed by this company. Purchased 2 crepe myrtle trees. I should have been suspicious when the package weighed on 1LB. Dead on arrival. Im usually quite vigilant, but they scammed me.

I ordered bamboo plants almost 2 weeks ago. It stated 5 plants per package. I ordered 45 pkgs for a total of 225 plants. I called the day after I ordered to confirm my order since i ordered on a Sunday. The lady in customer service pulled up my order and confirmed that I would receive 225 plants.
My order came 4 days later but was short 180 plants.
I called immediately and no one on the phone could help me and said I would need to email customer service. I did several times with very little response.
They finally emailed 6 days later and said my order was complete and refused to send me my remaining plants or refund my money.
Thankfully I screenshoted their website stating it was 5 plants per package. They conveniently changed their website today and changed it to 1 plant per package for a little over $4 each. Instead of 5 plants for $12.99 or $14.99.

I had to dispute the charges because the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced from any company.
Beware ordering from this company. Learn from my bad experience.

I have purchased here and was so pleased with the care in packing.
The plants were in great shape on arrival and are doing great in my garden.

I ordered 9 giant ostrich ferns in February and they arrive as a bunch of skinny dried up roots. I was told to plant them anyway. They had not come up by May so I contacted them again. I was told they wouldn't come up till June. June passed, still no life. I requested a replacement and was asked to take pictures of the plants y. They didn't come up so all I could take a picture of was the burial spot. They assured me they would reshoot in June. Did not receive anything so I contacted them again. They asked for more pictures and now tell me they will only send them if I pay $25 in postage to ship them. There is no warranty to replace your plants. They play these games back and forth hoping you'll just give up. They never intended to mail replacements. I plan to let all my friends and family about their horrible service and warranty (lack of) I intend to spread the word to all my plant forums, BBB, attorney general and anybody else I can tag o to with this review. I'd never order anything from them again! They lie!

I have purchased from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery for the past two years and I have always been delighted by the quality of my purchases. Plants are shipped promptly and are well-packaged.

I ordered 25 shrubs and indicated no substitutions. The shrubs that did leaf out in the spring ( lost over half) were not not what I ordered. Customer service is horrible.

My order process was very easy. My plants arrived within a week.The plants appear to be in great shape. I am excited to plant them and watch them grow. Overall my experience was very positive.

Your website is very easy to navigate. I appreciate the wonderful photos and the full descriptions. Great prices. I am already recommending this website to friends.

Wish I had searched for reviews about this company before buying anything from them. Everything stated by others about this company is true. Hidden in their "warranty" page is clause that they can send you anything they want essentially. They claim equal or grater, but what I received was a common grass plant rather than the more expensive plant I ordered.

They will only offer store credit, but if you buy anything from them with such credit, you would have to keep in mind the substitution clause.

If you read their reviews and their reply across the net, it is painfully obvious that this "business" is just scamming people out of their money.

They took one customer to court for a review years ago (and lost) and have threatened people with ruining their credit by filing false unpaid debt claims and using collection agents to hunt them down and harass them. Both of these are violation of the law.

They also do business under multiple names like TN Tree Nursery, DNT Tree Nursery, Quick Growing Trees, Tennessee Wholesale Nursery and OnlinePlantNursery.

Found the plants I wanted with reasonably fast shipping.

It would have been nice to know how large these plants got so I could better plan. Also, I need to know when they will ship

As always, the plants arrived looking healthy and the corms also appear healthy. Great company to do business with; quick response and quick shipping.

I bought a pack or 5 cinnamon and 5 walking ferns. The package contained only the 5 cinnamon ferns. I advised them immediately and they refuse to acknowledge that they shorted the order.

After 3 unanswered voice messages, 3 unanswered messages on their URL message board, and 1 unanswered email message, I cancelled the order. They shipped it anyway.

I purchased a viburnum prunifolium plant in the summer. It was shipped out in the fall and I planted it immediately. The plant is thriving and I love it!

I received a bare root honeysuckle that didn't produce. Tenessee Nursery was quick to replace after showing proof. It's rare I have something like that but was glad to have such a prompt response.
