I ordered product in the spring that arrived all dead. I also ordered a white pine they said would be shipped in the fall. Nothing has been shipped and they do not respond to my customer service emails. Looks like I have been mislead by a bad outfit.

There was a computer switch in my order. I did not receive what I ordered and was overcharged. The customer service person was rude and unhelpful. They refused to make it right. I would never order from them again!

Received the Lavender Crepe Myrtle so surprisingly fast! I also couldn't believe how large the dormant starter was! Amazing deal! I planted it once it arrived and cannot wait to watch it grow come Spring! Thank you so very much!

I have purchased a few plants from this vendor. The ferns I ordered were great. There were clear instructions for planting, etc. However, I ordered what was supposed to have been an oak leaf hydrangea, along with a couple of others items. I know many times, first year planted items will not bloom or perform at their best. I questioned if what I received was an oak leaf hydrangea (I do not have one, but the leaves did not look right last summer) and it did not bloom. This year, I confirmed it is not an oak leaf, so I reached out asking for help to identify what was sent to me. I did not ask for money or to return - simply to get an idea of what I have planted and how to take care of it. When I reached out to the vendor, I was told they could not help me because it was beyond their one year warranty. I only wanted help to identify what I did receive. Based off this rude experience from this vendor, I will not buy from them again.

I purchased 24 cedar trees (that looked like stucks) and received them in April. Planted as instructed but three weeks after planted, we received a freeze and snow. In July, I called the nursery and was told they should be okay, just in shock. Called back in August and was told to do a scratch test, which I did. Was told tree would show green if alive. None of them showed any green. Called back and advised. Was told to take pictures and send to customer service, which I did. I requested to be refunded the 50% as I am retired and on a fixed income, but they will not do that. They want me to pay another 250.00 for another shipment of trees, that I can't afford, and no guarantee they will survive. Not a good way to treat your customers. Run as far away from this place as you can. I will be contacting my bank in an effort to get my money back.

I ordered some perennials from here and they came well packaged with instructions. I knew that I was getting bare root plants from their website so I was fine with that. I planted them where I wanted them to grow and out of 12 plants, I only had 1 die - to me that is a high percentage! I was pleased and will order from them again in the future

We ordered 25 red & 25 white oak tree acorns. Each acorn package was clearly identified and more than the tagged 25 each. All of the acorns showed roots, which I was delighted to see. I'm planning on ordering more acorns soon from them.

I ordered two Red Maple trees for my son and daughter-in-love from TN Wholesale Nursery for their yard and they can not stop talking about how great they are doing. The trees are happy and healthy, one in the front yard one in the back. My son has a birthday coming up... guess what he's getting?

Received sticks and twigs with no roots. Plants did not grow. I contacted the nursery and they refused to do anything about it. They said they do not guarantee their plants. Total scam. They send worthless pieces of plants that will never grow and keep your money. Stay away!

If you have a vacation planned, better order after your return. I ordered June 9th. But by June 17, the product has not shipped. They would not cancel the order. So now the live plants will ship in 2 days and arrive while we are away on vacation. I will not order from them again.

I did two orders from them, orange daylilies and blackberries in the first and two mulberry trees in the second about a year later.
Most of the daylily bulbs have come up and the blackberries seem okay. The mulberry trees haven't done much yet but it's winter and they're dormant.
They emailed back when I asked about shipping the blackberries (I ordered before they were in season) so they do communicate. Not sure what these other reviews are going on about.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery has excellent customer service, and the best selection of high quality plants for my growing area. We have always had a great experience ordering our plants from them. On March 17, I placed an order, but received nothing. Finally, on May 17, I called them. The spokesperson said they've been busy filling the April orders! A week later, I received my order in the mailbox. The documentation said "These plants are not dead." I planted them in 4 different locations, watered them, and nothing came up. Bummer.

We bought 100 square feet of live moss. There was a minor delay in shipping, but once it shipped it arrived quickly, well packed and beautifully alive. (And shipped all the way to Oregon.) And there was A LOT OF IT. We would definitely order from them again.

I was very pleased to discover that there were actually 4 little plants in the bag; I assumed I was getting one. They were healthy, well-rooted and moist. I was very pleased with this order 😁

I have ordered from several mail-order plant companies previously. These plants arrived well packaged but the roots looked very dry. I understand about shipping dormant plants, but I am a bit concerned about how the plants will do with the roots being so dried out. It was an early winter shipment so I will have to wait until spring to see how the plants do. There was no gel or anything in the root bag area, so there was nothing to provide any moisture to the bare roots during shipment.

I had purchased chickory plants and a lilac bush from this bogus company the plants arrived dead the bush I never received. I tried calling them multiple times and emailing them no response. They will not correct the issue or give refunds

After searching with other online nurseries I soon discovered that the ones promoted most were from northern states. They did not understand like Tnnursrry that in the south - December is a great time to plant. They all wanted to wait till April. In the south that means lots of watering with few roots to survive the summer. Tn nursery understood and sent a redbud tree professionally packaged and it is now happily planted in my front yard awaiting the spring.

The owner goes above and beyond in helping her staff and customers. Although she has had to deal with negligent employees, who have set out to ruin her business. She remained trust worthy, honest and focus on keeping her business afloat. She has taken great steps in correcting all the negative impact that has given her bad reviews. The products are not as advertised. They offer bareroot dormant plants. I made several orders, all of which were shipped a month later than requested. The products were NOT dormant, and as a result I had a 5% survival rate. The customer service was horrible…took me multiple calls to get someone other than a person reading a script that said they don't offer refunds…ever. However, if the product is not as advertised, then a refund is absolutely in order. Otherwise it's a strong case for bait and switch. We'll see what the BBB has to say about it.
