I purchased 2 pair of jeans online and returned them. I have not received a refund. Their website has a phone number listed but no one answers. They also state they have an online chat feature, which doesn't work.
Delivery took weeks for a supposedly in-stock item, I reached out to customer service, was politely told to 'just wait'... now tracking is saying that my package was picked up/delivered in a state I don't even live in :/

I love their selection of products. I do not fear unreasonable return costs or burden when buying so I am freer to try the items I really like. Well laid out web pages, attractive and helpful photos of merchandise, and love the styling ideas for each piece. I am a big fan.
As you can see from the thousands of dollars I've spent with you that I keep coming back. Only two complaints. More recently I've noticed some clothing just isn't as well made as the past. I've had to return a few items because the lining of the dress was not sewn in properly. The other is on 1 top and 1 dress the colors need the armpits ran and I had to return since it was unsightly.
I recently purchased two dresses, the Callahan Shirt dress in blue and the Flutter dress in black.
They arrived within 5 days. I chose to read most of the reviews for the sizes. They were right on point. Thank you reviewers. I ordered the two dresses in xs. They fit perfectly. Both dresses can be dressed up with heals and proper accessories. Or if you choose wear them with cute sneakers or sandals.
It was my first time shopping at the Georgetown location and I was not disappointed. They were short-staffed that day, so between helping me, answering the phone, and taking packages in from UPS, this woman deserves a medal!
I ordered a shirt that looks so cute in the picture. That being said it was not a good fit as it was to blow see through the body and too short. Unfortunately, it was a final sale. My friends have all raved about your site, however, I don't know if I will make another purchase unfortunately.
I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived quickly but had no tag attached. In addition I saw what I thought was a small stain but turned out to be a hole in the fabric. Very disappointed. It's going back.
Lovely dress and received on time. Customer service not terribly responsive -- the email option for notification when the item came back in stock worked well, but took me three tries to buy the dress since as soon as I received a notification my size would be sold out again. Worked out in the end, but was a little frustrating.
