I purchased a shirt during Black Friday/Cyber Monday with the percentage off that was being offered. It was too big so I wanted to exchange it. The site said no exchanges allowed. I would have to return and completely re-order. So that is what I did but the shirt is now roughly $30 more than I spent. I want to be able to exchange and keep my discount.
I want to love the blouse so much. It is gorgeous. The big now on the back is perfect. Ordered the xxxl. The fit is perfect everywhere except one sleeve is sooo tight it feels like it could cut off my circulation. The other sleeve is fine. I should send it back, but I love it and there currently aren't any more available in my size. May take it to my alterations lady and see if there is anything she can do to correct it.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the selection of clothing and the service I have received. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to my most recent order. I had waited for the black velvet Kenzo dress to be restocked and was thrilled when it was available. I need it for a specific Christmas event. When I received it, it was wadded up in a plastic bag and had no tag. This will necessitate a trip to the cleaners to have it steam pressed. It's not that I can't afford the cleaning; it's just a hassle. (I actually smelled and inspected the armpits to make sure someone hadn't worn it and then returned it.) I have never experienced this with Tnuck before and love your company. I just thought you should know.
