I ordered my dress Sunday and received it the following thursday. The dress is exactly what i was hoping for! It's an extra small so i was a little hesitant but the size chart they have truly matches the description. I will defiantly order more items from this website.
This is another copy cat clothing site that gives you the classic bait & switch - photographs of gorgeous, well made dresses on the website that look nothing like the product you receive. Return policy on the packing slip states 30 days which they refuse to honor, citing the 10 day policy on their website. (Then update your packing slips.) Don't waste your time or money.
Shipping took way too long on the website it said 3-5 days and the tracking would take a few days to update at a time. It was supposed to be for my moms wedding and it came a few days after, disappointed in the shipping and tracking. Overal the dress is beautiful but shippping took about 2weeks
I ordered two packages from this website days apart for vacation.
The first package went completely missing. It never arrived and though USPS (which is awful! Is Tobi too cheap to use UPS or FedEx?) said my item was delivered I never received it. It never came to my door step or in the mail. When I contacted Tobi through their customer service (which is email ONLY) they said there was nothing they could do but open an "investigation". No refund, no new package, nothing. So basically I gave over $75 to their company and received nothing for it. As similar things have happened to me with Amazon and they sent me a new one right away I was disgusted by the lack of care or concern for a quality experience.
My second package came with a dress that was too large even in their smallest size XS. I wanted to exchange it but they told me the only way this was possible was if I wanted to order the same exact dress in a different size. If the dress was too big in the SMALLEST size why would I order it in any other size? So in reality its not an actual exchange. You can't choose another dress you have to return the original and buy a whole new one including shipping and all. I am returning my dress but absolutely I am not purchasing from this website ever again. Now I'm out over $100 and still needing 3 dresses for my vacation.

I ordered my dresses on the 26th and got them on the 28th with express shipping. On the 27th I requested to change the size of one of the dress and the customer service was able to do just that! Overall great quality. They look even better than the pictures. I am very pleased.

Tobi is a horrible company for customer service. Ship it and forget it should be the company motto. I event sent a message to the CEO... nothing. It's unbelieveable that this company is doing as well as it is.

I've made about four orders from tobi.com in the last sox months or so, and each time I've been greatly satisfied. As with making orders online from any retailer, sizing is always something to take into consideration. Different companies clothing are made differently and what may fit you in a size medium from Forever 21 may not fit you from tobi. With that being said, some of the items that I have purchases in the past have been too small, but for what I paid for them, I dot even worry about it and just hand them over to my litter (and smaller) sister. However, I believe when I received the item from the second order that I ever made with the company, I was sent a shirt that had a tear in the front if it. Not happy with the damaged product, I contacted the customer service and told them my problem. Because I live in Canada, I could not return the product hassle free, so instead they refunded me my money, in a timely manner as well as they gave me another 50% off coupon. I had a great experience with their customer and I will continue to order from tobi.com
This was my first time using this site and despite all the bad reviews I decided to give them a chance anyways. I shopped here during the 50% off site-wide promotion and received a confirmation email listing everything i ordered. However, when i received my shipping confirmation email, i noticed that two items were missing. Now, I read this in previous reviews about items being dropped from your order, so i went back onto the tobi website to double check. Long and be hold both items were still available to be ordered in the size and color i wanted. I sent a email to the help desk and she never offered to ship those items back to me. I also noticed they didn't apply the 50% off coupon, doing the math out, they only took off about 36%. After emailing the help desk again they inform me that there are certain brand exclusions to that promotion. This was not mentioned before nor does it state what brand the items are when you click on the description. On top of that, it was 50% entire order when i applied the coupon code at checkout. I advise everyone to check order totals when using promo codes if you do decide to shop here. I will never shop on this site again regardless of how cute some of their clothes might be, because there are better places out there that will be less of a hassle.
Buyer Beware! Cheap materials, un-true sizes and absolutely the worst customer service of any online company. Twice recently I have ordered from this site and the sizing was very weird. Both items were dresses and the top of the dress was extremely loose and the skirt part of the dress was so tight I could barely move. I sent my order back on December 23rd 2017 and Tobi claimed to receive it January 4th. I emailed them to follow up with my return and they responded that I should have it soon and that they require 14 business days to process a return but they are working on it. On the 14th business day I emailed MULIPLE times with no response. I finally had to message them on facebook to have a supervisor respond to me telling me that it will be 24-48 hours before I get my money back. That time has also passed and I still do not have my money back. I will not be shopping with Tobi anymore and I am simply writing this to share with other consumers.
The clothing turned out to be just fine but I received a call from my credit card company stating there was a charge on the card I used for my transaction with Tobi and it was for $200+, used in person (I am assuming they either gave the card number or had a fake card made) in Washington (I live in Nebraska)... I have only used the card one other time and it was so long ago. After purchasing from this site (against my better judgement after reading reviews) is when I received the call about the fraud. I cannot say I know 100% it was them but I find it odd that there are so many people reporting bad customer service, along with fraud, for it not to be them... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I'm from Holland and ordered one jacket online at TOBI. The site says Free delivery to the Netherlands which sounds very tempting, right? Well. They sure have tricked me into their scam because when I finally received the package (after 3 weeks) I had to pay 17,86 euros extra for the delivery. I went back to their site because I was sure when I made my purchase that it said free delivery but than I saw in their shipping policy in tiny writing at the bottom: "Orders from the Netherlands may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays." and the site also said this: "Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from tobi.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund". So you HAVE to pay it even if you refuse the package! And than also have to pay for the return of the package! I think this is very sneaky. So be careful when ordering. I sure am from now on!
I made my first order with Tobi about 2 weeks ago. I finally figured out how to activate my 50% off so I figured that I would give it a shot. My order arrived promptly. However, the quality of the clothing was deplorable. I really could not believe how cheap the material was. I got everything half off and still felt ripped off. I can't imagine how I'd felt if I had paid full price ($61 for a maxi dress in cheap t-shirt material). Also everything ran super SHORT. I am not sure if Tobi is a petite specialty site, but I am 5'8" and both of the short dresses I ordered failed to cover my lady parts. The maxi and midi I ordered stopped awkwardly short as well. I have returned 3/4 dresses. The only reason I did not return the last one is that it was a final sale clearance item. I plan to give it to my friend who is of similar build, but is shorter. The website reflects that they have received the returned items and my account has been credited. Unfortunately, that money has yet to hit my bank account. Maybe that is a delay with my bank/debit card. Hopefully the money will post soon. I will not shop with Tobi again. I think I will stick with ASOS. At least their items are accurately reflected on their site.
I am so very impressed with Tobi's service. I ordered 3 dresses from them, my first time ordering from them, and I got free shipping to vancouver, which I think is awesome. The expected ship time was 3-4 weeks, which sounded like a really long time but I was willing to take the risk anyways. Even though it was free shipping, I still got a tracking number which I also thing is awesome. I decided to check the tracking number to see where things were at, just out of curiosity. When I looked at the tracking number, it was about 2 weeks later and it said all my stuff had already arrived. At this point I was a little nervous because I had found nothing on my door step. I emailed tobi just to let them know my situation and to ask if they had any information on my package. Within an hour I already had a personal response from someone working at Tobi and she was very helpful and was willing to help in any way to locate my package(which turned out to be in my mailbox instead of on my door step.) All 3 dresses that I ordered feel like quite nice material considering their prices. I got one of the dresses for 12$ and it has the nicest material of all 3. As for sizes, its always risky ordering online, especially from somewhere that you cannot try it on prior to ordering it, thats just a risk you take when ordering online. Overall I am very impressed with everything. After this experience I would definitely order from Tobi again :)
They took forever to get a refund back! Amazon is so much better! I usually don't return things but I had to return 1 dress that was too big. Such a hassle! Since, I stopped ordering from them
Hi - I received my order, but was not given a pre-paid label to return the items that I do not want. I reached out to Tobi on Friday, 10/16 and have still not heard back (today is 10/19).
They offer free returns but will NEVER give your refund. Very horrible costumer service! Don't risk your money here. Find other more reliable sites...

This company is ridiculously unprofessional and flawed in so many ways. I would love nothing more than to give this company negative stars. I placed an order July 15 and received it July 17, returned EVERYTHING by July 19 because their policy stated free return shipping and a full refund if the items are returned within ten days of arrival. (They are very quick to take your money, but refuse to give it back). I spent over $200 on dresses for a wedding but none of them fit. Apparently this changed DURING my order because they are now telling me I can only receive store credit. I've sent about six emails to their "customer service" but have not received a response. Did not receive my unwanted store credit of a "refund" until Aug 8. That's almost a month later. I have found and screen shotted multiple evidence of a refund but no one has acknowledged their faults. To top that off, there is no address, phone number, or customer surveys, which tells me they could give two shots less about customer satisfaction, they know the company is a scam, and don't feel like dealing with it. I don't understand how anyone could be happy with just store credit when it takes a month to get any type of response. Avoid at all cost, please do yourself this favor.

Tobi.com is fast fashion. Much like fashionova, prettylittlething, etc. if you do your research you're not going to get the top quality clothes from an online store that is constantly giving 50 - 60% off. Comes with the territory and I'm okay with that. That being said, I've ordered hundreds of dollars of clothes from them that needed to be returned and have gone MONTHS without hearing back from them. I also had a necklace that I wore for only ONE HOUR that broke instantly. I'm super gentle with my jewelry, so there's no reason why this necklace would've broken. Really disappointed. I've emailed customer service multiple times, no response. It finally took me going to their very public Instagram multiple times for them to even respond to my DMs, which THEY commented and told me to send to them. Ridiculous. On top of that, they saw my Instagram DM and didn't respond for hours later. I spent hours trying to work it out over Instagram DM. Unprofessional. They said that someone was on it via email... but no one had ever reached out to me. Miraculously after the DM fiasco was over I received my refund 5 days later but did not get an email saying I was going to get it. I won't be shopping from Tobi.com again.
I ordered about 10 items and the quality of the clothes are extremely cheap! These were the worst $#*! STAIN CLOTHES I HAVE EVER ORDERED ONLINE! I ordered two white shirts that clearly looked WHITE online and arrived to me like a over bleached yellowish white! -.- I am so disappointed with my order! If I could I would give them NO STARS!

I've only wrote on other review in my life lol and only feel the need to write reviews when i feel strongly on something and i love love love tobi.com! Seriously have ordered probably 12 different things from here. Everytime my package has arrived on time and the items fit very well. Obviously the product is not going to be PERFECT seeing as its an online store and the prices are pretty cheap. But in no means would i ever say the quality is bad. Recently i ordered something on a friday and freaked out because i made the purchase and THEN read that they dont process orders on weekends (which is normal) and that my shipping method was 3-5 buisness days (which i picked aka not tobi's fault) so i was worried i would not get it on time (the following friday was when i needed it) and i emailed them right away asking if there was anything i could do. They were honest with me and said it may arrive on time but for a better change i should purchase the express shipping for $25 extra which wasnt bad because i only bought a $22 dress... i told them to go ahead and do that. I had been in CONSTANT contact with their staff... and i mean constant they responded right away. Their were some technical issues with my debit card and i actually got a CALL from what seemed to be one of the head staff or something and she assured me she was going to give me free express shipping and make sure herself that my package was shipping out that day. I was seriously so thankful and happy. I would 100% recommend this site to ANYONE. No bs
