I ordered my dress Sunday and received it the following thursday. The dress is exactly what i was hoping for! It's an extra small so i was a little hesitant but the size chart they have truly matches the description. I will defiantly order more items from this website.
This is another copy cat clothing site that gives you the classic bait & switch - photographs of gorgeous, well made dresses on the website that look nothing like the product you receive. Return policy on the packing slip states 30 days which they refuse to honor, citing the 10 day policy on their website. (Then update your packing slips.) Don't waste your time or money.
This site is a scam. Refund is not clear and they will only refund you back to normal payment if you threaten to post negative reviews on social and threaten to report them. AVOID buying from them... you will be disappointed. The quality sucks; material sucks; stitching sucks, it's worst then the cloths you buy from walmart! I think they buy this $#*! from LA fashion district for really cheap and try to sell it 1000% for profit. If you buy from them or even give them your email they will spam you a few times a day with the crap clothing they sell and $#*!ty content... My 3 year old takes better content pictures then they do!
TOBI has sent items with HOLES in them, they had me recharge my card for the item to reorder a new one, in which they sent a completely different dress! They have also charged my card for multiple items that I ordered, without actually sending the items! They have sent the wrong items with the right tags! They have terrible customer service and could care less about their mistakes. The quality of their clothing is also crap. I have never had such an experience over and over again with a company. I have had 4 orders with Tobi, the last 3 have been made to just try and fix the mistakes they have made. Their return policy is awful and there is no reason to get excited about anything you purchase because you never know what you are going to receive! Don't shop form here unless you like having your money, your emotions and your time to be played with by children.
Best New Shopping Site - I love shopping at tobi.com. Not only are all the best brands and newest styles available - I love how the site organizes thier products on their sites. Things are easy to find. Also, they have great customer service!
My top came with makeup/tanning lotion stains all over it, which is pretty off-putting (not to mention unsanitary) during a pandemic to see a stangers makeup all over your clothes. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. The clothes are cute, but it's always a risk to order from Tobi because they don't always come in good condition and the customer service is bad.
I ordered a three quarter sleeve sequin dress from Tobi.com for my graduation. I was worried about quality and sizing of the item but when the dress came I was absolutely thrilled. The garment came clean, new, and true to size! Will definitely be a returning customer!
I ordered the "I heart lace romper" on the 9th of September, today is the 18. Opened it, excited to try it on and the zipper is broken! Didn't they see it when they put it in the package?! I want to wear it next weekend and luckily my mom can just replace the zipper. But this made me VERY upset. $40 on a romper with a broken zipper. Not buying from them again!

They really trick you on the site. The dress I received not only was poor quality but the fabric was even cut unevenly. It looked like a child tried to make that dress. I returned the item a month ago and still have not received a refund. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
I've ordered from here a couple times. My stuff always comes within 5-6 days. They once sent me the wrong size in a dress I bought, I emailed them and received a response within literally two minutes; they sent in a request to ship me the dress in the correct size and gave me a prepaid label to return the wrong dress. I wasn't charged anything and they were very apologetic. I'm not sure why all of these people have such bad reviews but their customer service was awesome and quick to respond.
I love Tobi but not their website. It's a nightmare trying to find a piece in a specific color unless you click through their endless pages and pray that you find something. I also do not like how they show the same item in a different color like a gazillion times. Please display one item 1-2 times max and not for every single color. Save space and save time for the shopper. I wish there was a filtering tool where you can choose color, size, etc.
My boyfriend tried to surprise me while he was deployed in Iraq. They cancelled his order due to their Facebook verification process which is $#*!ed because I can change my name to someone else's real quick! I contacted them and they said they would notify the Billings Department and just to reorder. Seemed to be nice and normal right? Well he ordered again and it once again got cancelled. I contacted them again - forwarding the email traffic of the first time they cancelled the order - and they preceded to tell me everything they already told me with no interest to resolve my issue! When I asked for a phone number to talk to an actual person to resolve the issue there was no response. My boyfriend wasn't too happy either., he was trying to do something sweet for me and they screwed it up not once but twice without even trying to fix what happened.
I ordered a few dresses from them before... and they were really bad quality and they charged an expected import fee with no disclaimer included... i decided to give this site one more chance lately and got it shipped to a usa address and the item looks nothing like it did in the picture. I am pretty dissappointed and i dont recommend it

I'm a college student and Tobi is where I go to get all my cute clothes! It may seem like their clothes are a little pricey but all you have to do is wait until there is a 50% off sale (there's basically some kind of promotion every week) and then order all your clothes. I've bought things from Tobi multiple times and most of the time they have been perfect and I've loved them! One time they sent me the wrong top and I emailed customer service and they responded within the day and I got the right shirt within a week. Great store, great clothes! (:
My 19 year old daughter was so excited to receive the dress she ordered for her upcoming formal and the wrong product arrived. When she tried to get the issue resolved the customer service rep told her that the original dress ordered was no longer available and that she should sent the incorrect item back and would be refunded for the cost of shipping the return and the cost of the original item. Tobi not only charged her for the original dress but charged her for the incorrect item and they will not acknowledge that they have done this and she has proof. Everything is handled online only and there is no way to call customer service. They don't deserve even 1 star as it does get worse than this. Poor customer service! What kind of company wants to stay in business if they don't make themselves available when they are in error?

The slit in the front was so high, you could see my underwear when I walked! It sure didn't look anything like the dress pictured. The fabric and stitching was CHEAP!
I also ordered another plum colored dress and the one that came was NOTHING like the picture! The color was this dull purple! Never again will I order from this site! Be warned! Their items are cheaply made, cheaply sewed and not anything like the pictures shown. I'm just going to shop at forever 21 or H&M. Their items are even cheaper and better quality than this horrible site!
Ordered the 'live a little jumpsuit' in emerald and when it arrived the sizes did not match and I ended up needing a medium but then realised that they didn't offer exchanges to Australia. Thoroughly disappointed and sad that I wasted AU$50 on a jumpsuit I will not be able to wear. The fabric was also cheap and scratchy and the quality was poor. The image was completely different and even the colour was much duller. Postage took nearly 3 weeks which was also disappointing.
Would-be-buyers, take heed of the warnings. After much anticipation, my first order from Tobi never showed up because they left out the suite number from my address. I found this out when I called the post office to see why the item had been returned to sender. In all the hundreds of items I order every year, NO ONE has ever gotten my address wrong. I checked my order again to see if I had made the mistake in the address, but sure enough, the address was accurate in the order form. TOBI simply messed up. I have emailed them already and I am hoping for this to be sorted out (either a full refund or re-shipped back to me super fast) because they have already charged my credit card. As it stands they have my money and I have nothing to show for it.
It's been two months after returning the items that I ordered, which didnt fit at all unlike the website description and I still haven't received a refund! DO NO order from here, they will rip you off!
I ordered clothes from their website yesterday and today I received an email saying it was cancelled. I called them and they told me that they cancelled it because I used 2 different facebook accounts to get the 50% off. I told them I have a twin sister who ordered something with them last week with a name very similar to mine. They informed me that I would have to re-order my things and they can't reverse the cancellation. Forget that! They need to be more organized. Don't order from them.
Terrible customer service. I placed an order of almost $300 and made an error on my billing information. They never contacted me about this mistake and my order status continued to say processing. Then I emailed the right billing address to them and was told it had been corrected and my order would be shipped soon. The next day, I received an email saying my order was cancelled. After expression concern about this they blamed me for the cancellation. Obviously I made an error when submitting my order, but I don't understand why I was told my information had been corrected only to have my order cancelled.
The worst quality of clothing I have ever purchased! One of the shirts I ordered was not even completely sewed, looks unfinished and unwearable. I am unable to return it because it was final sale! Another shirt broke the FIRST time I wore it! Horrible service and quality especially considering the prices they charge. Unacceptable! I will never purchase from them again!

I ordered the shirt for a dance video, but it ended up being much boxer than in the image, as well as more cropped. It fits in an odd way, as it is quite square but its literally like a rectangle of fabric.
Good prices, terrible customer service. They have a friend referral program where they say they will give you $25 store credit for every friend you refer who makes a purchase. After 5+ follow-up emails/conversations with their customer service people, I have yet to receive my referral credit. Ridiculous.
