I just recently ordered from tobi for the first time and I got my stuff on the second week! The clothes came in and it all fit! Super happy about everything. It was just a little pricey, but worth it.

Super straightforward, thanks! I needed a navy, form fitting, ankle-length bridesmaid dress for a wedding and this looked perfect! Unfortunately, the dress I received was missing part of its rear clasp so I was unable to wear it for the ceremony. Additionally, the seam on the rear was uneven and bunching so I will need to get it altered. Overall, service was seamless and delivery was quick! Highly recommend.

I ordered three items. And after I had ordered, I got a notification stating they were only sending 2 items because one was sold out (the main item I wanted: jeans). I don't love the other two items and am attempting to return but the return label section says it's "not available" even though both items are returnable and it's been less than 30 days.

Used to be a good company but now terrible. Terrible quality and they've been changing their return policy to make it harder to return. Now (May 2019) they ONLY have store credit! This is not how it was Oct 2018! This wasn't clear! I'm livid!

I have been shopping with Tobi for years. They also have cute clothes & good deals. Any issues that I have had they help you out pretty fast & have easy returns. Usually shipping is faster but with the pandemic I know things have been delayed so it is understandable.

Okay, so like all of you, I searched reviews on tobi.com for days before making the decision to order! I was so scared they would be terrible based on the reviews on here... but the products were just what i imagined! The fabric for one of them was a little diff. Then i pictured, but totally still was cute! I order two dresses in a Large. I don't wear a large, I'm a size 7 5'7 130 lbs... but on their size chart, it said a Medium was a 6... I didn't want them to be tight, so i went with the large! Love them! And not super hoochy short either, great length. Loved it! I recommend you to take the chance on them. Every thing bought online is a risk, either you'll like it or not, so take a chance on tobi!

Oh and shipping was quick. Placed my order Friday, received it Wed. (live in Santa Barbara)

I ordered from Tobi.com about a week ago, purchasing a $48 dress and $42 shirt, which I got half off, so the total price ended up being $49.95 including shipping. I read the reviews for this site prior to ordering and decided I'd take a chance with it being that the clothes are SO adorable. The morning after I put my order in, the package was already shipped which I thought was awesome. I just received my clothes today, about six days after having ordered. Shipment was extremely fast, and the clothes are as pictured and are in the sizes I desired. I love this website, and I will be buying again in the future.

I have ordered three dresses from Tobi. I have had no problems with shipping, all 3 times my dress has arrived in 3 days (I live on the east coast.)I am 5'4" and 98 pounds. The loose dress I ordered fit great and I could wear it again, it was an xs. The second dress I ordered was the "Free Flight" dress in an xs. It fit my waist and hips perfect, but the zipper broke when I tried to put it over my chest, and I am NOT big in that area to begin with. I exchanged for a small and it was much too long and baggy by my neck, this was unfortunate. However I just got the "See me sequin" dress in an xs and it fits wonderful, its just very short. I have had both good and bad experiences but for the most part Tobi has been a good site and I will continue to shop there.

I really loved everything I ordered. The dresses are quite short, but then again I'm 5'10" so every dress is short. I ordered a medium in everything, and the loose dresses fit great. The tight ones were a little too small so I needed to return them. The service was great and they made everything really easy. I will order from them again.

Shipping took about 5 days or week, but arrived undamaged. It looks very close to the picture, although I think the bottom part of it is a bit tighter than it looks in the photos. Still very cute. I wish it was about an inch or two longer but i'll still wear it for a wedding.

I live off this sight. Wedding dresses, bathing suits, jumpsuits, and 10 pairs of rompers in the last year. Havent been disappointed with a single item. I also have not returned anything so I have no input on that aspect. Clothing is good material :).

I ordered from here despite the horrible reviews because I LOVED one of the dresses. Everything came with free two-day shipping and the quality was better than I expected. Everything fit will and nothing was oddly short. One of the items that I had ordered was out of stock, but I received an email letting me know.
Be sure to read their size chart. Compared to other companies their clothes run small, but the clothes are accurate to their sizing.
Also, if you don't REALLY look at the pictures, you are more likely to be disappointed. By really looking, you'll be able to tell that a sweater isn't going to be as thick as you imagined, etc. (you can also look at the material).

The quality is poor as well as the service, in order for you to exchange sizes you must order again, also a lot of the beautiful clothes you see on the website are not so beautiful in person. Do not waste your money or your time with this website. I will never order from Tobi again.

I never write reviews but I got to say. I feel bad for anyone attempting to buy from this site and be hopeful they will be happy with their purchase. Not only did the promo code not work, but they canceled my order without my authorization. Dealt with one idiot after the next and gave up

Terrible site, ordered for the first time and will never again. I bought clothes from them and then when they arrived I washed them and one of the tags leaked onto all my whites, explained it to "tobi care" and they said since it was washed they couldn't do anything about. Terrible Service, would not recommend.

Tobi is pretty overpriced for the clothes, they are good quality but still not amazing considering what you end up paying for them. Some of their dresses are over NZD $100 and just look downright tacky. Especially the fabric choice, doesn't look very flattering in so many cases I've seen. Just looking at these photos is enough to put me off making a purchase.

I've only ordered from Tobi once or twice because it's a bit too expensive for my liking, the clothes didn't really fit properly and the dresses were quite long and baggy round my waist. They were bodycon fit so should really be very fitted and flattering but it did not have this effect on me. Didn't end up wearing a lot of my purchases and feel it was pretty much a waste of good money that I could have spent elsewhere.

Placed order on December 14th. It is now January 2,2018 and I still do not have the order which was a Christmas present. I have emailed this company 3 times without a resolution to the problem. Just amazed that places like this stay in business when conducting fradulently. It's never ok to take money for services and not deliver. Will file a claim against TOBI with my credit card.

This website is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I reached out 4 times to the care team it has now been over 2 months I have not heard back from anyone. My dress was supposed to come early march and they haven't even been SHIPPED yet. I was referred to by my friends to use this website and I have actually went around and warned everyone I know not to use this piece of trash website. You guys obviously do not value or care for your costumers, and I do not respect any organization or company that treats their costumers this way. Good luck with the business, you all will need it. And this will be copied and pasted onto yelp.

I hate this website! Sure, a lot of their clothes are cute. But when I applied my promo code to receive 50% off my order, they only took off ~36% WTF! That is such a random number. The promo code said "50% off entire purchase." It didn't say anything about exclusions. Soooooo sketchy. I ended up paying $10 more than I was supposed to.
Secondly, the quality of the clothes is horrible. So not worth what I paid for. For their high prices, I would imagine great quality. But I guess I was wrong...
Also, their customer service sucks. There is no phone number so you have to communicate with them through email, which is not very effective when you need urgent help.
This website deserves to be shut down! I am never shopping at tobi ever again! And I am warning all of you to not shop there either. You're better off shopping at forever 21.

Incredibly unsatisfied with the customer service here. Over the holidays I had ordered a few expensive dresses, planning on returning most of them and keeping one. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered until 2 weeks after it's expected date, and so when I got home from vacation I tried them on and returned the dresses that didn't work, only to find out that it was too late. I reached out to customer service several times and received many automated emails that didn't really put into consideration that my order came two weeks late, which only gave me a few days to try on the dresses and return them. Now I am done a couple hundred dollars and as a once loyal customer to Tobi, I am incredibly frustrated with their customer service and return policy,

I will not be shopping here again and I will be strongly discouraging everyone else from doing it too. They updated me about the return process and even let me track my package... so Why have I been waiting a month to receive my refund after they said it would take 14 days? Why have I not received an update? I've emailed them three times now and every time they said they were too busy to respond with no follow up. Horriblely impersonable. All I can say these people are thieves disguised as a clothing company.

I had a package sent to the wrong address and lost for about two weeks. In that time I experienced amazing costumer service. All my emails were answered in a timely manner, all my questions were answered, and I really felt taken care of! Love tobi and will definitely be ordering more :)

Just like everyone else who has given a review, this company stole my money when I returned products. I even went as far as to file a bbb claim and they lied about processing my refund. Still don't have a refund.
