This was not the dress I ordered but I am going to keep it. It was supposed to be hunter green with dark green lace and there was no lace pattern on this dress.the order slip that came in the package had a picture of the one I ordered as well.

My experience with tobi has been wonderful. My order came on time and the products I received were high quality. I was satisfied with all of the products I received except for one. A pair of pants I received were too big for me. I may have to return them, but other than that, overall a good experience.

So disappointing... I shopped here in the past and have returned things and received my money back. I had no clue they changed their return policy. I just sent back $150 of merchandise and no have useless store credit. Never, never shopping here again.

Bought from Tobi after reading about them on a respectable site only later did I think to search for reviews and I wish I had before I purchased. Tobi is clearly a Chinese site with irregular sizes and awful quality. I bought a satin top which fit horribly and of course it was "final sale" it wasn't dirt cheap like some of the $9 dresses but was $22 (originally $44) so I'm not at all happy since the top is unwearable. Save your money and buy from a reputable site instead.

I am 5'6" and 95lbs. I ordered a dress in a xs based on the information they provided. I paid for expedited shipping as well. The dress wouldn't even go around rib cage! It was freaking unbelievable how small this dress was. The information was way off, and I spent all that money to get it shipped before my trip out of the country for no reason. Not only that, but I don't have the funds in my account to place a new order for the exchange, so I'm just kind of lost as to what to do at this point. Never ordering anything from them again.

Ordered an item on Thursday morning. Received an email that said it was processing and thank you for ordering. On Tuesday, I got an email that said my ordered was cancelled because they were out of the item... Why would you let me order it if it was out of stock? Now I'm waiting for my bank to refund me.

I had a wonderful experience with this website. I orded a package 5 days ago and it arrived today. I also had emailed them because i did not receive a shipping number for ups and they got back to me within the half hour.

I ordered a dress for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Two weeks after I ordered, I emailed to inquire why I hadn't heard anything. They put me off for another week and I emailed again that it was getting too close. The next day I received a cancellation notice as my credit card had expired. I guess 2 years from the expiration is not long enough for this company. I don't recommend ordering anything you really need.

This company is awful. I ordered about 5 dresses, adding up to $300,2 months ago, got them, and decided to return 4 of them. They received the dresses back on May 25th, and we still have yet to be refunded. It's June 17th. We tried emailing them, and nothing happened. This company will just take your money and try to get away with it. The customer service is terrible, and the clothes aren't all that great either. Don't waste your time and money buying from them. Never again.

I finally got my package and one dress was entirely different (the wrong dress) from what I ordered. The other had a broken zipper that I worked on for a solid 45 minutes before I was even able to get it to work to try on.

It took them a really long time to ship like 5 days, keep an eye on how much you paid there were alot of changes to my 50% discount which ended up only being 30% off, and make sure to contact them they have awesome customer service but whats the point when it takes them a whole week to ship and they run out of your item while they do who knows then get said item back within a week. I just returned the dress because of the 15 emails between the help desk and I, the running out of part of my order, the fact that the dress was was shorter than i measured, and the wait time. I wouldn't order from them ever again, but the help desk is awesome just don't call there's no one there but they respond to an email in like an hour..

I ordered a pair of black mules, package came and was sent a pair of brown mules. Would be a simple exchange but now the black are out of stock in my size. Tried to get in contact with Tobi but no one answered my emails.

I ordered a dress from here for the first time and was really excited because it looked so cute on the model. It did not fit me right and I had to return it. Its in the process of being returned. Never have I waited longer for something to be returned. Its been 2 weeks! And by reading the reviews I shouldnt expect my money back. I will be disputing this because I know I wont get a refund. I was so excited to shop from tobi but Im very disappointed. This business is a scam! Dont even have real customer service line to talk to. Youre better off shopping at Lulus. They have excellent customer service and quality clothes. I will not be recommending this store to anyone!

This is a terrible website. I ordered the Vdara lace bodycon dress that is so popular on their website. It keeps getting sold out and I finally bought it in a size Small when they restocked. My package came pretty quickly but when I opened it, it literally looked like a top because it was SO incredibly short. It did not even cover the lower half of my body and I am only 5'4. The model wearing it on the website is described as 5'7. Inaccurate sizing. If that was a size small, then I wonder what the XS was going to look like! Do not buy any dresses from this website

I ordered from this website and bought a cut out teal dress. It arrived and the quality of the material was just awful. It should of had cut outs just under the boob area instead the cut out bits were sat where my boobs were showing off my bra. Not only that but it was soooo short and there was no stretch in the material at all! I wouldn't go as far as saying it felt like cardboard but you get where I'm going with this! Very badly made and of course looked nothing like the picture! Don't waste your money. 50% off for a reason!

The pictures of the dress didn't show how it's made to put on. The dress I ordered is almost like a robe where you have to tie it together. It's not what I expected and I don't feel comfortable wearing it.

I wanted to cancel my order but I was too late. They told me right away and gave me advice in what to do when it comes. Unfortunately The delivery man just dropped off the package at my doorstep so I was unable to refuse it when it arrived.

Never order from Tobi. My first order from this site they shipped me the wrong size skirt so I exchanged that for the right size- I get the new skirt in and it says that it's the size I wanted but it fit even smaller than the previous skirt. They still have not fully refunded me for that exchange. The next purchase I made I ordered three items and two of the items were the wrong size. Never order from Tobi.

Material was cheap horrible quality and I ordered an AUS/UK size 10 and it barely fit my petite size 6 sister.
Plus one of the shirts I wanted was removed from my order without my knowledge, I wasn't charged for it but i only found out when my parcel arrived with a sorry note and a cheap necklace to try make up for it.
Tobi looks like a good website, but I'm telling you as a very experienced online shopper to steer clear of this site, i was dragged in by the cheap pricing and 50%, and essentially I got what I paid for.

The prices are a little high, but I always buy things during the random 50% off sale days. Before the shipping was not free but now they offer FREE 2Day Priority Shipping in the U.S. and free return shipping as well. I have no complaints because the customer service is truly excellent.

It's my first time ordering clothes from here and they couldn't do anything about it. My package is either lost or stolen And they won't even resend me the items. I'm super upset at how they handled this.

So I have bought my pant from this site and it has been one of my favourite so far ($40 with 50% off) it's lined and the material is pretty. I can even send you photos for verify it.

Hmm about the price, it's not exactly the price range I'm looking for. Their stuffs aren't the cheapest and the best so I do not shop their often.

But so far I don't think there is any problem with this site. I will continuously look and see if they have good stuffs for a good price.

I ordered a gold dress from Tobi, it was similar to the picture online in terms of length, material and style. However, when it arrived it was not gold it was a dark brown. The only reason I actually bought the dress was because of the color so I was very disappointing... On their site it was event under the "GOLD dress category" Also, their size chart seems to be inaccurate. I took measurements before ordering the dress and fell under their medium size perfectly. When the dress arrived, it was too big in the chest and the waist. Their sizes are larger than described. Very deceiving. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because shipping was very fast, and the dress was a fair price.

Having to order my dress last minute, i found this perfect dress for my dance on Tobi. I ordered it without even thinking to look at reviews first. All of the reviews I looked at were making me nervous. Then I had multiple friends of mine tell me that theyve ordered from Tobi and never got their clothes. My dress arrived before the date it said it would (a week and a half from when I ordered) and it fit perfectly. I couldnt have asked for a better dress!
