I ordered my dress Sunday and received it the following thursday. The dress is exactly what i was hoping for! It's an extra small so i was a little hesitant but the size chart they have truly matches the description. I will defiantly order more items from this website.
This is another copy cat clothing site that gives you the classic bait & switch - photographs of gorgeous, well made dresses on the website that look nothing like the product you receive. Return policy on the packing slip states 30 days which they refuse to honor, citing the 10 day policy on their website. (Then update your packing slips.) Don't waste your time or money.
Ordered a skirt from them, and got a top with deodorant stains all over it instead. After reading the other reviews I don't know if its even worth is to try and get my money back.

So I was a little hesitant about ordering from tobi I because it is a little more than I pay for clothes normally but I couldn't resist with how cute some of their clothes are! So I placed an order with alot of sale items in it for almost two hundred dollars. I know it said that FINAL SALE items are not returnable but they are also not exchangeable for store credit. I really like what does fit me but I have a dress that fits awkwardly, a pair of high waisted shorts that seem to be a large, and an oversized sweater cardigan that is literally bigger than an extra large and I ordered everything in medium. I cannot do anything about the $70 dollars worth of clothes that were not true to size for a medium and it sucks. I don't know if I would ever order from them again because of their crappy return policy.
I've never written a review for anything. I was so astounded by Tobi's utter lack of customer service that I felt the need to write one just this once. The app is ok and the clothes are cute, but should you ever receive anything wrong with your order (like I did), God be with you. I ordered a dress for a very special occasion and was sent the wrong one, on my first and only order. If that didn't piss me off enough, the dress I was supposed to receive sold out. Annoying, but the really bad part comes with the customer service. This place is barely a company in my opinion since they don't have ANYWHERE to call. There is literally no phone number for any corporate office or anything. You just have to rely on back and forth emails between insincere workers who are not dedicated to seeing you satisfied. To shoppers familiar with Nasty Gal and similar sites, stay over there. It's more expensive, but actual customer service is priceless. The tears and stress spent over Tobi just isn't worth it. I will never shop here again, and i highly recommend you don't either.

The shipping and tracking was a little slow but, the sizes were accurate. I just wish that it showed customer reviews because it makes me hesitant to buy more.

So there's lots of negative reviews for Tobi out there which kind of surprises me, but when I read them I realize that these people's expectations are skewed. I have ordered plenty of items from Tobi (usually when they are on sale) because they seem to always have exactly what is on trend. That being said, they can also be pretty cheap, which is definitely a plus, but let's be real - when you're getting a trendy long sleeved romper online for $25 when they're usually $60+ everywhere else, the "quality" of the romper might not be up to par with others you have seen. The clothes are not made for longevity, they're trendy options for people who are trying to save some money but without skimping on style, and THAT'S OK! Also, they are very upfront and clear with their processes, shipping times, customer service, returns, etc. Another huge plus is you can often get free shipping and free returns on orders, which is huge! When making these transactions online, you can't expect immediate delivery on either side, it's just unreasonable.
My final thoughts on my experiences thus far: When I did email recently about the status of a return I made, I got a response within 10 minutes and the attendant was super nice and helpful. I have gotten items that have surpassed my expectations in quality, and some that were a little too sheer, small, delicate, etc. This is never a problem because I just ship those items back for free and forget about it and eventually the money is back in my bank account. Overall Tobi is a very great site to get some cute items for less, as long as you know what to expect!
I've purchased from Tobi.com three times already, and each time was a relatively positive experience, especially since they now allow free returns and their free shipping is ridiculously fast (2-day). I've also dealt with their customer service, and it seems like they've taken a lesson from the reviews, because the problem was quickly taken care of.
Yes, the quality of their clothes can be mixed - the "worst" I've gotten was iffy material (i. E. I'm going to be super careful when I do the laundry) and bad sizing. But most of the time the quality is just average to above average. Also, they allow free returns now, which is awesome, especially for a site like Tobi that seems to run the risk of being a mixed bag each time.
Besides the free returns, what definitely contributes me liking Tobi is the fact that I've ALWAYS used a 50% off deal (first time was 50% for signing up, two other times w/ coupon codes that were advertised for a limited time). With the coupons, you'd be hard-pressed to find better prices for this style of clothing.
Overall, fairly good value if you have the patience to wait for them to come out with new coupons and very sexy clothes/Nasty Gal style for relatively cheap prices. A few duds, but very happy that I can now return those with free returns.

This is actually the first review I have ever written about anything, I just could not let this go. I have had two awful experiences with Tobi in regards to how they handle returns. First time, I sent a couple items back, a month later noticed they had not yet refunded my account, took about 4 emails of just receiving the automated response until someone finally got back to me. Received my refund almost 4 months later. I let that go. This time, they sent me the wrong dress, so I immediately sent it back and tracking showed they received it. I was not as patient this time, so for a little over a month now I have sent a total of 3 emails to their *******@tobi.com just begging for a response or update. Finally got one back today and the representative Dan J. Was so rude! I have actually seen his name mentioned in other negative reviews, so how this person still has a job amazes me, but then actually not really, because Tobi doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I've ordered from several online stores and I have never experienced anything as slow and careless as Tobi's customer service team. Just save yourself the headache, because they don't care. Shop elsewhere!

I couldn't be happier with this company! I was a bit hesitant regarding all these bad reviews. As I live in the UK I was worried how quickly the item would arrive so paid for the extra quick shipping (£20.99) as I was nervous it wouldn't arrive on time. I ordered a dress that wasn't Tobi made. When ordering, however, I accidentally clicked on the wrong size. I had only noticed once the order went through so emailed over, they replied in a few hours and changed it straight away for me. Very lovely to deal with and very helpful. I ordered the dress on the 2nd and it was processed within a day. The dress arrived on the 5th! Within 3 days from the USA to the UK, and their shipping said 1-2 weeks so very happy!
5* and would definitely order again!
If you want something from Tobi, order it AT LEAST a month in advance, it's honestly ridiculous that their website says things take 3-5 business days to be delivered, because every person I have ever spoken to that ordered from Tobi had never received their packages that quickly.
Tobi, you have horrible customer service and your clothes are of very very poor quality. Looks different on the site/model then on myself. I'm still waiting for my refund almost two months later that is so wrong and this online clothing store should be shut down! You take peoples money and when they are un happy with your poor quality clothing and return it YOU GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY BACK!
So the reason I gave Tobi.com 4 stars was because I first ordered a pair of bell bottom pants on Friday night and over the weekend they became out of stock, then Monday I find out my order has been canceled due to it not being in stock and I got an email from a representative and they were very informative and answered me quickly. So I saw another pair of pants I liked the Avant Garden Pants and decided to order them because I still wanted a pair of bell bottoms. I ordered them on Tuesday and my order got processed so quickly and shipped through USPS First Class Surepost or whatever and it actually came on Thursday (4/3), today. I live in New York and the package came from California so that was so quick! I recommend ordering from this site, especially because of the 50% off and the great items! I love the pants and just tried them on and got them in a size S and they fit perfect (I am a waist 27 usually). Anyways A+!

Awful support. My package took over 3 weeks to be delivered to me. I ordered the package with a guaranteed delivery date of no later than 12/26. I ordered the package for a trip I was leaving for on the 30th of December. My package wasn't delivered until 1/3. When I reached out to customer service, I received a generic response back, after being ignored over and over and over again. I will NEVER order from here again. I am currently in the process of returning my package and getting a FULL refund. I will tell all of my friends to stay away from this company! NEVER AGAIN will I order from here. Tobi used to be a reputable company and that has completely changed. I was a good customer, but now I have the same feeling as if I was scammed. They don't treat customers well and do not compensate customers when the issue is on your end.
I bought three dresses from Tobi from the very first time. I ordered two Ms and then by accident, I also ordered an XS (oops!). One of the medium dresses fit me, but the other one was way too big. I carefully measured myself before ordering, so I recommend really checking how the dress is styled and whether it might run big. The XS obviously did not fit and since I am in Canada, I had to ship it back for a refund. Shipping back cost about $10 from where I live to California, with no tracking! I read reviews online and I was SO AFRAID I would never receive my refund. After I sent my shipment, I followed up with customer service and also sent them a copy of my postage receipt and the details of my order, when I suspected it had arrived about 2 weeks later (again - I didn't buy a tracking number). It took a little back and forth with giving the information, but the customer service told me that they would process my return. And... voila! The return showed up on my credit card statement a bit later without a hitch. So, even those with reviews are scary, I had a good experience! No issues with shipping arrival either - items all came as described and on time!
