I ordered my dress Sunday and received it the following thursday. The dress is exactly what i was hoping for! It's an extra small so i was a little hesitant but the size chart they have truly matches the description. I will defiantly order more items from this website.
This is another copy cat clothing site that gives you the classic bait & switch - photographs of gorgeous, well made dresses on the website that look nothing like the product you receive. Return policy on the packing slip states 30 days which they refuse to honor, citing the 10 day policy on their website. (Then update your packing slips.) Don't waste your time or money.
I made a huge purchase on Tobi. I bought 20 items and they all came in a timely manner which was less than a week and consider that I am from Canada. So that was a huge plus!
I had a concert to go to and I didn't think I'd be able to get the clothing items in time, but I did. So happy!
The customer service was incredibly speedy. They replied within a couple minutes and always seemed very happy to assist. I had a question about why the overall charge was higher than I thought, and they explained to me. I'll discuss further afterwards. And then when I got my items, I tried on a pair of jean shorts that I bought, and the crotch ripped. I mean, it was the strangest rip I've ever seen. So I e-mailed them and they happily issued a refund. Great!
Okay, so I made a huge order mainly because of the first order 50% off deal. But my entire order was $700 dollars but with 50% off, I was thinking my bill would be about $350, but instead it was about $400. I asked why and they said that sale items (which was a huge chunk of their website) was put to their original price and then taken 50% off. Not 50% off the entire order. It was somewhat misleading, but now you know! There is also an exceptions list (mainly brand-name items) that are not 50% off.
Furthermore, the clothing items were decent. The material was definitely of lesser quality. I mean, you get what you paid for, right? I am afraid to wash/dry my clothes incase it disintegrates or shrinks. They were still cute items, though! Don't get me wrong, I love what I ordered, some just weren't what I expected.
Sizing it definitely of average size. I am a small-medium, 27-28 size in jeans, and the small and mediums fit fine. Use your discretion. If you're concerned about pants, I would go with a size larger. Better a little bit larger than too tight, right?
Overall, I gave Tobi 3/5 stars because some things were lacking. The material was poor. In other words, without the 50% off deal, I would NOT buy some of these items for regular price. Customer service was pleasant and speedy. Not complaining and will be ordering again from them.
The dress I ordered fit true to size, arrived within the estimated timeframe, and was exactly as pictured. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Based on other reviews, I was very apprehensive of ordering from Tobi... but it was almost December and I needed a dress for New Years Eve. I ordered two cute dresses and absolutely loved the one. The other was cute too but it was a little big so I returned it. My advice is - if you don't need the clothes for a couple weeks then definitely order from them. I placed my order on Nov. 30th, it shipped Dec 5th and I received it Dec 15th. I returned the dress that didn't fit a couple days later and the tracking info said it was received by them Dec 21st. On Jan 11th I emailed Tobi and they got back to me pretty quick saying the dress arrived at the warehouse on Jan 3rd and to allow 14 business days for the return to be processed. I got the refund on Jan 23rd. Overall my experience with them was good because I got a dress that was exactly what I was looking for but it was definitely a slower process than most stores I buy from. With the prices and selection I'll be ordering from them again though.
Looked like someone grabbed the closest looking dress they could find and shipped it off to me. Nothing like in the picture.

They don't refund your money even when you return promptly, unworn. They ignore emails and I don't know if I will ever see my 80.00. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Everything looked good. It was just too big on me. I'm usually a size 6 but I felt like they were more like a size 8.
I purchased 3 dresses for a Wedding on August 24th and received my order on August 30th. None of them fit correctly so i decided to return the items. I put them in the mail on September 7th and they were returned to the facility on September 19th. I then waited the 14 business days for my refund - i did not receive any notifications in that time period. On the 15th day (10/9/17) I emailed that i still had not received a return refund and they asked me what i had returned (even though the email states the return order number and they could just look it up in their system). I told them and the same day i got a notification that my return was processed. Now i have to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to hit my bank account. That brings it to a total of 35 days (IF i get my refund on the 5th day) since my return hit the mail truck...
With other websites/companies like Lulus my returns are processed and refunded the same day that they are received. I will not be shopping at Tobi again.
BEWARE of this company! This is the first and last time I will ever buy from TOBI. I placed one order of clothing for a few items, and the next day I checked my bank statements/email receipts and saw that I was charged twice for the same exact order (so I basically paid for two of everything I originally ordered). I reached out to customer support via email (they have no customer support phone line listed), and instead of receiving help for taking care of the duplicative order, the "billing agent" communicating with me over email said they had no obligation to help me and that I must have just been "impatient" and clicked the "submit" button twice upon checkout, which is why I was charged twice (uh, ok, that's not what happened but even if that were the case, it's unethical for the business to just say "tough luck" here to a customer in this situation).
I've been going back and forth with the "billing agent" on customer support and he/she has been extremely rude and disrespectful. I've requested to speak to a manager/customer service rep via phone multiple times and the "billing agent" will not put me in contact with anyone -- I now have no choice but to take this issue up with my bank and post about their unethical behavior online (not something I want to do, but it's not right what Tobi is doing to their customers). They are quite literally stealing from their customers, charging them twice for one order, and then saying "oh, you must have pressed 'submit' twice so we have no obligation to reverse the duplicative charge." I've literally never experienced such disrespect/lack of care from customer service personnel--it's insane (other reviews on here also describe customer support "arguing" with them over email instead of helping).
If you order from Tobi, don't expect any help/support in case something goes wrong with billing or if you're accidentally charged twice. Instead, expect complete disrespect and refusal to help in any way.

I have ordered from Tobi all the time and never had a serious problem. Sure, the quality isn't superior, but the clothes are cheap and cute and that's all I was asking for. One part I loved was being able to have free returns. Shopping online is difficult but this is what the consumer shopping experience has come to. Plus, online has way more options! I, however, range in sizes, so when looking for items such as dresses, I usually need to order two sizes and several options. I recently made and order and sent my return back on 12/26. Tobi clarifies on the website that returns take awhile and that you should allow 14 days. At this point though, it has been TWO MONTHS. Usually the shipment is at least processed within the 14 days, so I was nervous they hadn't even received it. I emailed them and they let me know they had received it. I wait until February - nothing. I email again and they said they recently moved fulfillment centers and have to transfer everything over. ~First of all, why would you move fulfillment centers during holiday return season? ~ They apologized and told me they would find out about where my package is in the process. I heard nothing. I sent an email last week stating my frustrations and asking the status - heard nothing back. I emailed again today and have received nothing.
This company is failing to be transparent with their customers. There are SEVERAL reviews all over the Internet about this happening to others - which I am sure that if I haven't received my return in two months, that no one sending anything back right now will receive their refund for even longer. Tobi has a 14 day allowance written on their return FAQs but nowhere is there notice that this kind of backup is taking place. My question is why haven't I heard back from customer service? Did they lose my package? Who knows. At this point in their mess up they should be granting the refunds regardless if they have fully processed them because, speaking from my experience, I won't be making another purchase.
I had been a loyal customer for over three years. Things were fine when I stuck to brands I knew but this was before they jacked up shipping to 39.99(Canada, closer than east coast from where they ship from) it doesn't include duties and taxes so I pay extra that thinking tobi has good products. They are cheap. Once they introduced their 30% off new items it was tempting to buy because of the price. But it's what you pay for. Or worse in my case because I have to pay more.
My most recent order ended up traveling through the border twice and to several states. When I wasn't able to receive the package when UPS was delivering, tobi's policy is to have it returned to shipper. I called ups and they said just have tobi tell us to re-deliver, it's common. Tobi's reply was that nothing can ever be done when something like that happens, and continuously blamed me for "refusing" the package.
They expected me to pay $53.77 for return postage that was added because they wouldn't make a phone call to UPS. I've written to them several times over email and facebook (which they would promptly reply then delete off the page, do you see anything negative there?) then they asked me if I wanted it shipped again.
I just so happen to be visiting NYC so I told them to ship it there using expedited shipping so i could receive it in the hotel. I figured I would save on the border fees and it wouldn't be an entire loss and waste of time. They sent it ground. Which arrived 3 days after I left the city. I was there for 5. I asked them
To return my parcel and give me my money back. It took them 3 weeks to do so, and they had charged me for the return and extra shipping already, but tried to deduct that total from my refund (trying to charge me twice) I showed them my statement and no replies were given after that. The refund finally showed up a few days ago after I pointed out their math error.
They know nothing of customer service, or math (they had said $374 - $64.77 is $331) GO FIGURE.
After waiting for my order for a week, they sent me an email saying my order had been cancelled because it was out of stock.
Not a bad product for the price but a little disappointed in the quality of zipper and sewing on the straps. Delivery time was great!

I was most nervous about sizing. I am 5ft and 103 lbs. I was worried it was either gonna be too small or too big because I have curves. This xsmall fit me just right. The "call me sweet dress" is loose so it was perfect. The plaid dress was perfect in xsmall because it was loose as well. The quality of those dresses they are not cheap material. When you feel it. It is H&M Urban Outfitters quality. The the other two dresses were more fitted in the sense they both have zippers it was defintely a tight fit. So def size up for more structured type dresses especailly ones with zippers. My package came within a week of ordering! Super fast super reliable so far!
