Been waiting a whole
Month for my pacakage still haven't received it no tracking and the customer service is horrible.

I've only ordered form them once but I can already tell that I will be back for more. I was attracted by their 50% off discount for first-time shoppers which I used to purchase two dresses, one romper and a belt.

Price: Having the discount was definitely handy but seeing the quality of the items, I wouldn't mind paying full price for all of them. I do recommend checking out their discounted items and, if you're an avid trend shopper, keeping an active eye out because they put a lot of great items on sale! (Coupon excluded, one of my dresses was on sale for 80% off.)

Quality: The items are of great material. That being said, I only chose dark colors so I can't vouch for any transparency/thinness of lighter-colored items. The cotton dresses are of a nice quality and my polyester romper is light and airy, perfect for the summer/spring. They look true to the image online. My belt had nicely detailed hardware. The leather is alright; I could see it not withstanding everyday constant use, but it is more than sufficient for occasionally spicing up your outfit.

Sizes: I am 5'6" ~120lbs and I ordered small for all my dresses. I have no problems with the fitting at all. (I am also a small when shopping in mainstream stores like F21, H&M, etc, if you're looking for reference.) The romper is about an inch longer than I expected but that's because I'm shorter than their models, so definitely consider that when you're purchasing your clothes! Nonetheless, I love the romper and will be wearing it a lot.

Shipment: My order was made on Oct 5. I got an email for order confirmation on Oct 6. The package arrived at my house (Florida) on Oct 11. This also accounts for a shipment delay due to the hurricane conditions in my area. Overall, fast shipping and reliable tracking. The package arrived unharmed and everything inside was so nicely labeled and packed in their individual bags! You can tell that they are very organized and careful with their business.

I will definitely update my reviews once I encounter problems in my future purchases, but so far, Tobi have earned a new happy customer.

I read all the negative reviews and resolved to never shop from tobi.com. But I kept going to the site and longing for all the cute stuff there and decided to look at youtube reviews. After watching clothing hauls on youtube that had stuff from Tobi and seeing the girls got their stuff with no problem, I decided to give it a try. I'm happy to say that I was completely satisfied with my purchases! I've ordered from the website twice to far and I love everything I've gotten. I purchased a cami shift dress, a kimono, a bucket bag, a bandeau, and a pair of leggings and I love everything I got. Unlike previous reviewers said, the material, while somewhat thin, doesn't seem cheap and the clothes look pretty well made. One thing that I love about Tobi is that there are a lot of opportunities to save. I'm a bargain shopper so I love this. I checked the tags on the items I bought to figure out the brands and looked up the same items I bought. I saw that they were all more expensive than the price I paid at Tobi with my 50% off. While this is great, I wouldn't recommend buying Tobi items at full price because you can find the same things for less than Tobi's original retail prices. I do have some advice to future buyers though. Since, from all the reviews I've read, Tobi seems to have horrible customer service and return issues, I'd suggest only buying items you're absolutely sure you want to keep because sending things back seems like it could be a hassle. If it looks odd on the model, it will probably look odd on you. Btw, there was one thing I didn't like about Tobi. I bought a rainbow bandeau (the Cotton Candy Bandeau) and expected it to be simple cotton but when I opened it, it was a bright rainbow velvet bandeau. Luckily for me, I'm obsessed with velvet and I didn't mind the intense color. But for people who expected muted cotton candy colors on plain cotton, you're in for a surprise. So pictures can sometimes be misleading. Always check the details on the left side so you won't be too surprised. Other than those things, I absolutely love Tobi so far and plan to make more purchases in the future. Sorry this is super long. Okay, byee. :)

Clothes came later than anticipated but with the COVID pandemic it's understandable. Everything was great, no damage

I received a small but I have to get it fitted. I'm not sure of what it's gonna look like.

Quality is awful, they don't take calls and when you return a dress they do not refund it STAY AWAY!

The sweaters are medium, but they're shorter than I thought the would be. Things at Tobi run small.

This is my second purchase and I'm very happy, its my favorite place to shop for girlfriends gifts

My experience was fine, I think that my item was a little pricy and when I got it in the mail, the material was stifling and I will be returning it.

Went well, except for the sizing on one item. It was very small and inaccurate on measurements.
