First of all, you would think Tobi was located in China, considering trying to contact someone for help is a struggle. Second, the clothes are NOT worth whatever "bargain" you are getting them for. $35 for a romper made out of Nylon that shrinks in the wash isn't a good deal. Shipping is a nightmare. They take their sweet old time "processing" your order, and then actually getting it sent out. For an accurate shipping time, take the shipping you are paying for and add an extra 3 days. Bye Tobi, we all know you're making as much money as Kanye's line.

I've shopped on Tobi website many times and it has been absolutely great. It has every type of clothing and the costumer service is fantastic. Every time i order something it ships the next day and is at my house in 2 days. When you email them asking a question they respond in minutes, not to mention being super friendly. They have discounts all the time and free shipping and returns. I don't see why people would not like this website.

Just received my first order from tobi and I'm very pleased. Both the dresses I ordered fit perfectly and were of good quality. I was afraid they were going to be thin, see-through fabric but they weren't. Shipment arrived quickly as well. Only downside is I'm going to be spending too much money on this site in the future!

Tobi's customer service isn't professional. They failed to send my return but they will accept their return items. They will email you saying it takes x amount of days for your return to hit your bank but lie. I'm still waiting and by now it's been 6mo+

I was very excited to receive my package since the clothes looked so great online. However, I was displeased with some of them with how they actually looked and felt. A One Size bra was WAY too small and I sincerely don't think most girls are that small of a size so be careful with one sizes. The material of a coat and shirt was not what I was expecting. The coat looked big and warm, however it was super thin insensible jacket material. I'm not too disappointed because I got everything for pretty cheap, and 50% off. I'd say their clothes are cute but be really careful with sizes and don't expect super nice material.

So I ordered from this site and was freaking out after I read the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The clothes arrived very fast however they did remove 2 dresses from my order without any notification just by changing my order total on the site but after I emailed the customer care they got back to me super quick. Though the money hasn't been returned to my account they assured me it would be soon. And as for the clothes they were absolutely awesome and they sent me a free necklace for the dresses taken off my order and gave me a code for another 50% off my next order. So all in all I'll definitely be buying from them again. If you haven't yet you should give this site a try the clothes are so totally worth it

I got reeled in because of the free shipping to Canada. On top of that %50 off. My dress "Kristal ball" came to $48.00. No customs fees either. It was shipped within 1 week. Which i was expecting 1 month time.
I ordered a small. Usually I wear xs. 5'2,110 lbs.
The small fits perfectly and I love the material. With that being said order 1 size up.

I will continue to order more from this site :)

Love this site and would not give a horrible review. The dresses are cute and fit great however, the amount of time it takes to ship a dress is way too long! After placing an order on November 27th, my clothes have still not been shipped. This site is great and if not in a hurry I would recommend just be prepared for a much longer shipping process then expected.

I don't know how anyone can give this store 1 star because it is incredible. I am always super worried when I online shop because you never know the quality of the product. Everything I have ever bought was great quality. Shipping is so fast. I receive my product within 3 days from ordering it. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. They accidentally shipped me a product in the wrong color. I hadn't contacted them back for almost 2 months about it because I was so busy with graduate school and traveling and when I did finally contact them they were so helpful! They have a great variety of clothes. Although it is more expensive than stores like forever 21 and charlotte ruse, the quality is much better. I highly recommend.

I've made 3 orders. I only do it because is so cheap. But at the same time I learn what to get and what not. Example short dresses are very very short I don't know why. They don't ship to Puerto Rico so I have to send it to a friend house in Miami. That's bad for me because a can't return items This is like a roulette for me if it fits cool if not I'm $#*!ed But overall I'll only buy if there's a big discount if not. I'm not going to waste my money and time

They are constantly changing the prices of their clothes recently. No, not a decrease, a crazy increase. I've seen items go from 30 to 50. What?! They say it's because of some changes on the site. The site looks the same. I don't see a revamp of any sort. So why the need for a price increase when the clothing is already pricey? I am reluctant to place any more orders. Their dresses also look extremely short modeled by extremely skinny models.

I really like the quality of the dresses they have on here, alot of the time I can just wear without a bra/pasties without having to worry about anything being see through. Although, I would still be weary about ordering white pieces of clothing, since they are p risky. My order usually arrives within the week, so its not that bad.

The site doesn't list many of the product brands unless they're really big brands and those products don't feature the typical 50-60% "discount." It also doesn't have customer product reviews which made me curious. I've ordered things and then gotten the product and looked up the brand because I like the products and found the exact same items on multiple other sites cheaper than tobi. And if everything wasn't labeled 50% off or whatever, some of those products at the un"discounted" price would be outrageously more expensive than they are on other sites. Overall, I'd still purchase some things from them because the products are good quality, cute and convenient to find but they are clearly trying to trick their customers into thinking they are more customer friendly than they are.

I have ordered numerous dresses from this site for school dances, and I love them. I love the styles of dresses they have and all their other options; I even looked for clothes on there because I was so satisfied with my first orders. They emailed me as soon as my items shipped, showed up on time at my doorstep (address labeling and all) with my order conformation page in the box. They're a great business who hold true to their value! I'd highly recommend it.

I have ordered from this website four times now and all my experiences have been beyond expectation. My most recent order was $300 worth of clothing and I was a little paranoid because I have never spent that much money online and given the shipping process I was anxious it would get lost or something. I figured I wouldn't get my order for the max standard shipping days but I actually received my package in 3 days. I found my clothing to be true to size and it is very high quality and cute! I've also ordered shoes from Tobi which I also had no problems with. I've never had to deal with contacting customer service because all my orders have been what I expected! As far as sizing, just take your own measurements and compare them to Tobi's sizing chart and you should be good! Definitely will continue shopping on Tobi!

How can you run a business if you have no personal integrity and can't manage your own life? The CFO of this company did hundreds of dollars of damage to our property and won't even return our calls or emails. Sound familiar?... Yeah - like almost all these reviews of their customer service. I don't fancy your chances of getting any help if you have a problem, based on our experience. They just walk away from the messes they create. Stay away from them if you have any sense of self-preservation.

I purchased 3 items off of Tobi and noticed that the order processing time was taking a few days. I emailed customer support and received a response from them within the same day telling that their processing time was 2-5 business days. I shortly received a shipment confirmation email that my items had been mailed out. I received them a few days afterwards and all the items had arrived as expected. The clothes are very cute and you can find good items in the clearance section for very cheap but decent quality.

I've never had any problems with Tobi. I shop there often because they're one of the only affordable online stores I like that actually sell plenty of stylish and cute clothes in XS. And half the time when I order XSs from other sites they're still big on me, but Tobi's fit me perfectly. They always have discounts, and fast shipping. I've never had to return anything so I can't comment on that. I also go to Tobi to get a lot of my dresses for events. I get compliments on the clothing I buy from there. Overall I've had a great experience!

I ordered 3 items because of their 50% off promotion to new customers. The shipping time wasn't bad, about two weeks and i live in Vancouver, Canada. Everything i ordered was correct size and color. Quality of the items were goo for the price, not high end stuff but comparable to forever 21. I am happy with my order and surprised there are so many bad reviews out there!

Returned a pair of heels on August 12, it is now September 7th. I contacted them and they told me they received the refund it's just going to take 14 days after to receive it. If you don't have to wait long to receive your money why such a long hold up for the customer that helped you earn your spot where you are at today?

They model the clothes very cleverly. The clothes I received almost look nothing like what was pictured on the model.

Worst quality ever. Shipping took forever. Awful customer service.

I recently bought a dress from Tobi. As it was my first purchase I got the 50% off. So the $46 dress I received was only $23, I was stoked. I could have easily fit into a medium but went ahead and bought a large because I'm pregnant and I'm starting to show. I also like how they tell you what the fabric is made out of so I was more keen on getting this dress because it had some spandex in it. I bought it on a Friday and received it in my mailbox on Wednesday. Quick shipping, no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be buying from them again. 100% recommend!

Don't not buy if you want cheap, worn out looking material. A size medium is like an extra small and it doesn't look like it does on the website. Shipping was Fairley fast but that's were the good ends. I am vary disappointed that I bought a $20.00 pair of pants that look like children have sown it. Even the tobi tag Is sown only half way on. I will not be buying from this store again and now I have a 20 dollar pair of pants the I cant even wear smh -.- I wish I could rate this negative.
