I ordered my dress Sunday and received it the following thursday. The dress is exactly what i was hoping for! It's an extra small so i was a little hesitant but the size chart they have truly matches the description. I will defiantly order more items from this website.

This is another copy cat clothing site that gives you the classic bait & switch - photographs of gorgeous, well made dresses on the website that look nothing like the product you receive. Return policy on the packing slip states 30 days which they refuse to honor, citing the 10 day policy on their website. (Then update your packing slips.) Don't waste your time or money.

I placed my order with tobi on sept. 10 and got their lace cage back skater dress. I had paid for the shipping that takes 3-4 weeks to get the dress to me, but 10 days later, i got the dress! Not only that, but the dress fits perfectly, looks exactly like it did on the website, and is good quality and in great condition! Didn't think i'd be this happy with the purchase, and as a first time customer, i got 50% off my order! Yeuuuppp, definitely gonna shop here again!

My first order came in the mail a few days ago, very promptly! Clothes fit true to size, and are adorable. Unfortunately one item was the wrong size, and one had a tear in it, but I looked up what to do on the website and it said to email photos of the items. I got a super quick reply from a lady named Maria and she apologized like crazy, asked me if I wanted a refund or replacement for the items, and gave me a discount code I can use in the future.

Couldn't be happier with the service and the clothing. I suggest reading what each item is made of, and the model info they provide so you can have a more accurate idea of quality and sizing. Also being patient and understanding helps when dealing with customer service!

This is my first time shopping at Tobi and I have not been impressed at all! I placed my first order and under account activity, it said it was processing. All of a sudden, the order disappeared under activity. I attempted to e-mail tobi at the e-mail address specified on their website, however there was no reply. I should mention that the website says customers should receive an answer within 24 hours. I placed my order again and am giving them one more chance to get it right. If this fails, I will never shop there again and notify my friends as well.

They confirmed receipt of my return on 02/27. It is not April and after several emails they are still refusing to issue me my refund and blaming it on moving locations. That is not my problem. They have offered me store credit only which was not their policy when I ordered. This is fraudulent and I will continue to keep reporting them until I receive my refund.

I will never order from them again.

The dress I ordered was very poor quality and did not look like the pictures on the website at all. All of the edges were frayed and there was a hole too. They also left the original tag from their production company, which I thought was a little lazy for the price I paid. I really did have high hopes, but they were a real let down.

Tip for consumers:
avoid this dress or website:(

Worst customer service ever! My order took over a week to come in and when it finally did they sent me the wrong size. When I emailed them to inform them of their mistake, they told me my shirt in the size I wanted was out of stock. Yes, the clothes are cute, but their customer service needs HUGE improving. I will NEVER order from Tobi.com again!

The clothing of this store is quite a bit on the pricey side, however from the 3 times I have ordered from here, the clothes were in such poor quality. The sizing is also off. I had purchased an oversized sweater recently that appeared in the picture to be a slim-fitting, long sweater. Almost like a dress. SUPER CUTE in the picture, however when I received it, it was an enormous boxy sweater that could fit 3 of me. It also appeared to be made of cheap yarn and knitted very loosely and was falling apart in my hands. Spend your money elsewhere, this is not a site to be trusted.

I have bought a few things from Tobi. Generally, the shirts and tops fit decently, with minor off-settings (large shoulders on tops). However, their dresses are EXTREMELY short. I am barely 5'1 and 103 pounds, and I ordered a dress in a size small from Tobi that was essentially a shirt. They are also very picky about returns and exchanges, so I couldn't do that either. All of my friends that have shopped at Tobi opt out of dress-buying because they have also had similar experiences. I would say the quality of Tobi overall is quite low for their high prices.

I was looking for a cheap dress for homecoming when I stumbled upon tobi.com. The dresses were all reasonably priced and super cute, so I ordered one but had to return it for a different size. The quality of the dress I received was beautiful, and to be honest I was kind of sad I had to wait to get one that fit me! Customer service was INCREDIBLE when helping me with my return. I accidentally made a small blunder and reordered the wrong size for my exchange, but tobi.com generously corrected my error right away. I'd definitely order from them again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I returned an item over a month ago. I followed up with customer service a week or two after UPS said Tobi received my return and did not hear back from customer service until a month later. To which they told me my return was still 'in transit' to them, which is a complete lie as I have the tracking information to prove they received it over a month ago.

Had no problems with ordering (I live in DC and my clothes came in about a week) or returning (I returned a few items and they processed my card in about 2.5 weeks). BUT, the sizing of the clothes was so so strange. I ordered all size smalls (what I am at sites like Lulus and Nasty Gal). The jacket i ordered was gigantic and the blazers I ordered were so small I could barely put them on. Just a word to the wise about ordering "Final Sale" items- do so with caution, because the sizing doesn't seem to be standard.

I ordered a bunch of items over 300 in clothes. Didnt like any of the fabrics, they were very cheaply made. They also sent me the wrong size in a final sale item and a defected item with a broken button. I still haven't received my return yet and its been over a month. Overall id rather order from forever 21 at this point.

When you buy from this website 2 thing you need to be awair. No address of the company no phone #. Basically no contact info. It very hard to return anything. I think its 1 men company.

The quality is bad as well

I was really nervous to buy from Tobi since I had seen quite a few bad reviews about quality or service etc. but a friend of mine had a great experience and vouched for the quality so I gave it a try. The 50% off was quite an incentive too. I bought 9 items of different materials and I expected a few to not work out but I was wrong. I love every single piece and I'm really excited to wear them! Shipping- it arrived really fast (yay!). Price- Not the best prices, but with 50% off, it's very doable. I can see myself wearing some of these pieces a few times and others I'll probably keep for years because they're SO comfy. So I'm not mad about the price. I will shop there again!

Tip for consumers:
Pay attention to the sizing and what type of material. I could see how a lot of this stuff wouldn't work on different body types and I'm more curvy so I had to be very careful about which items I picked.

Bumped into this one not so long ago. The impression after just one order is controversial. On the one hand - everything arrived as ordered, on the other - had a delay and support didnt actually clarify why. Total of 3/5 for me.

I had just recently discovered tobi.com through pinterest and thought all the clothes were extremely cute. I placed and paid for an order I was very excited for and have been waiting exactly 7 days. This morning it said my order was STILL being processed after 7 days- nearly all other online clothing stores I have shopped at have processed and shipped out orders the next day or two days. I just went to check again and all it said was "order cancelled". I did not cancel my order. I checked my email and I had an email from tobi that my order was cancelled and no explanation as to why. I am extremely disappointed and will not be shopping here again.
If I could give this 0 stars I would!

The material is so cheap and the stitching is horrible. I bought two dresses half off thinking I was getting a good deal, but the quality in person is so bad. Really nice looking items but they should lower their prices and get better quality material. Only good thing is the free shipping and it only took 2 weeks even though they said 3-4, but that's about it.

I have been trying to get a refund of $82 from a Christmas order I ordered for my daughter. They acknowledged the receipt of my return to then on 1/7/19. On 1/17/19 I finally got a response back via email that said that they were working on return orders from 12/17/19! They were over a month behind and now it's 2/23/19 and I STILL don't have a refund. In reading all the reviews it sounds like all the other reviewers have the same exact story! How has TOBI not been shut down! This is crazy! I am suspecting that the good review they received was from someone who has not had to make a return or possibly a plant by TOBI to offset the negative reviews.

Reading the reviews of this website I was very unsure of buying anything. However taking advantage of a 50% offer I purchased 1 item. Although stated on the website there may be a "small" charge for handling I thought it's one small dress so it would probably be no charge or a very small one. £12.50 I now have to pay on top of what I paid for the item! This is a massive con and a complete rip off! I don't want to risk not paying and my item not being refunded so I feel I have no choice. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this awful site! This dress better be worth it when it arrives!

Fabric is thin and cheap--not at all similar to the way it is presented on their website. I returned many items over 3 weeks ago and still have not had my refund processed. I have expressed these concerns to the company, yet my refund remains unprocessed and I have recieved no offer of any additional compensation for this inconvenience. Don't waist your time and money on this scam.

I ordered two dresses and they were both super cute. Unfortunately, one of the dresses was so short it was practically a shirt on me and I'm only 5' 3"! The other one was the appropriate length, but it was also kind of shear. Also both dresses were super tight. I am normally a size XS or S and they were both pretty tight fitting. Not impossible to get into, just a snug fit.
On the note of shipping, I read a lot of reviews about the awful shipping for this site, but it only took 2 days to get here so it was pretty fast.
Overall, cute clothes, fast shipping, but dresses are way too short.

Found this website and I was AMAZED by the clothes wow. So I ordered a pair of galaxy leggings and a military jacket. Got 50%, and I received it in 2 days. Problem, the galaxy leggings are TERRIBLE material. Super cheap fabric, see through, no stretch, doesnt fit. The jacket was okay, just to big. Ive heard they have bad customer service so I only have the option to resell the leggings to a friend or on Etsy. *sigh* Just dont buy the leggings, and you should be good! Everything else is perfect about this website :)

Still waiting for a refund of several items after returning over a month and a half ago. It took two months to receive an item after needing to hassle them. The reason for returning items. WAY TOO SHORT! The quality is very cheap as well.

The returns are free because they dont actually reimburse for them... I used my tracking number to check the status and it says that the return has been processed, but it has not and its been almost 2 months.

I have made 3 orders from Tobi and all my orders were over 200 $. My first purchase came within a week. My second purchase, Tobi made a mistake and forgot to ship 2 of my items. I contacted them immediately and they were very helpful. At first I was a bit worried to buy from this website because of the negative reviews. But the customer service is not bad as others made seem.
