After my flight was canceled with United Airlines, I followed the provided web link which directed me to a web page featuring deceptive "phone" icon for reservation changes. The agents at today-flights.com on the all attempted to rebook my canceled flights and charge the fare difference in economy class. It is worth noting that when airlines cancel a reservation, the fare difference / change fees are not charged if booking the same route. When I refused to pay the fare difference, the agents response was utterly nonprofessional. The agents were not willing to listen, interrupted continually and abruptly ended the call. I would never use this company to book any travel plans.
