If you don't want to lose your crypto, please stay away from this platform. This is NOT the wallet to trade or store your coins. It is not safe at all. I store coins on this platform and when it was time to withdraw my coins, my withdrawal was not processed. I waited for weeks and it was still pending. I contacted customer support to report this issue and ask them to resolve it, unfortunately my case was not addressed. All I got was excuses.

***UPDATE***
I recently managed to get my money back from this deceitful company, courtesy of a specialized recovery agency who came to my aid. If you're struggling to recover your own losses, I invite you to email me. You can find my contact email in my profile, for guidance and support.
