Horrible experience! Order jeep key fob that will not program. They have no phone number, only email and it takes weeks to get a response. They ask lots of questions and want pics to keep going backand forth and never resolving the problem.
I spoke with the manufacturer of the key fob and he said it was faulty send it back.
Buy at your own risk from this company because if you have a issue you're screwed.
Tom's Key forgot to cut the key/fob I ordered. They promptly acknowledged the mistake and sent a replacement fob and cut key via priority mail. I want to commend their professionalism and customer service.
