I would just like to express my thoughts on a purchase I made back in March for Hp #60 ink cartridges, I bought 2 cartridges 1 black and 1 color and I saved about 63% on my purchase, I am still using the cartridges today and they work perfectly. I would recommend this site to anyone that wants to save money and receive great quality products in a timely fashion. Dave
Horrible company! They take your money very quickly, but do not provide the product. Avoid these crooks! Scammers ALL THE WAY.
Don't buy anything from this website. It is FRAUD! You will loose money, damage to printer and no refund, no response.
This site mainly active during year ends with offers through Groupon, livingsocial etc. with offers to sell low quality inks, which anyone can purchase for $1 from other websites.
Don't get into the trap on their offers. I lost $50 buying EPSON ink...
I have been calling and emailing to resolve the issue of cartridges that my printer say are invalid. The imprint "Canon" on the cartridge appears to be tampered with, so I'm not even sure it is a "Canon" product. No response from company after emails and calls.
This vendor appears to be fraudulent one, not responding to emails or phone calls after sending defective, non-compatible toner cartridges it represents will work with an Epson printer. Will be notifying the groupon and living social sites to blacklist this vendor, as well as taking other recourse.
My wife and I thought it would save us money to purchase ink cartridges for our HP inkjet printer from TonerSelection. I will say the delivery was quick, but none of the cartridges they sent worked properly. Out of the 3 cartridges we tried, one did not print, one printed very faintly, and the other one was not even recognized by the printer. I emailed customer service and David replied wanting to know more about my issue, but stopped correspondence shortly afterwards and no one has responded since to my emails or voicemails. I understand products may be faulty, but I expect businesses to stand behind their products and offer replacements or your money back if they cannot meet expectations.

Tip for consumers:
If your ink does not seem to work my suggestion before calling the company is to go into your printer options and running 2 quick tests that can potentially get ink inks working. 1. is to run an "ink cleaning and nozzle cleaning test" the 2nd test is a print alignment test which can both be found in your printer options.
Email stated cartridges had been shipped. Inkjet cartridges finally arrived about two months later. I had to go buy from another company so I could print. When I got around to using the cartridges Toner Selection had sent, my Epson printer gave me an error message saying the cartridges needed to be removed and re-inserted. I did this many times. I called Toner Selection dozens of times and emailed them many times. I never heard a word of response. After many weeks of this hassle, I contacted The Department of Justice Canada Regional Office in Montreal Telephone: *******222 (equivalent to the US Attorney General's Office) and got the information to file a legal complaint. I have not heard back yet. But, $78 US is a big rip off.
I was sent the wrong ink after using a living social voucher. I have been going around and around with their support about this and have gotten no help. They ignore me for days at a time and have refused to replace my ink or refund my money. They are a scam.
I ordered toner for my Brother Laser Printer and received it in a very short time. The only problem is the toner tube was empty. I called 3 times and emailed them once and never heard a thing from them. Living social uses them when you purchase from them, I would subjest they drop them from their list of approved vendors
I bought a Living Social voucher and used it toward the purchase of a complete set of ink cartridges for my Brother MFC-475DW printer. The website said that they were compatible but when I installed one my printer would not accept it. Just like many others I have been ignored by Toner Selection. They obviously feel that they can choose to mislead prospective customers into buying misrepresented product and not feel any repercussions. My purchase with them was a total loss and I bought Brother cartridges. I can only hope that enough people who have lost money with this company post their stories to make a negative impact on their business.
I purchased the HP ink package 950XL from Groupon and 3 months later the printer would not recognize the new cartridge. I contacted Groupon they said it is up to the vendor Toner Selection. They took so long to respond Groupon said they would step in to try and help. Finally a response that they would send a replacement. 3 weeks later I send an email to see if they have sent it, no response again. Another email a couple days later, still no response. Not wasting any more time, unfortunately it looks bad on Groupon whom I have purchased from before.
I have been trying to get a refund for over a year. They sent me incorrectly labeled cartridges that broke my printer. At this point, I would like to just get my money back for the cartridges that were returned. Since that time, they have redone the labeling of their cartridges so that other customers will not have this issue, but they will not answer the phone or emails from me. I believe the owner of the company is David Saragosti in Montreal. Apparently he has no business ethics.
I bought toners from TonerSelection through Living Social. The toners didn't work. TonerSelection said to mail the toners back to them and they would return my money. I have a tracking number and know they received them. I did what they told me to do. Since then, they have not responded to my numerous emails or phone calls. They are liers! I work hard for my money. Now, I am out more than $50! They have my money and I want it back!
Tip for consumers:
TONERSELECTION IS A FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am ready to post a realistic review. My experience, the most awful service ever had. If this review saves 1 person from losing their time and money I will have won something.
Bought worth of $80 cartridges for Epson that were not recognize. I opened pack after pack and none worked. I contacted them 15 times through Phone, Messages and Emails with no response. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY FROM TONERSELECTION.COM
Tip for consumers:
THEY ARE SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY FROM TONERSELECTION.COM
Sent cartridges that Epson didn't recognize and I contacted them 5 times with no response and I finally opened a dispute in Pay Pal and the company wanted me to return them to Canada for about $21 postage when they were shipped to me from a distribution center in California. I think this is to discourage people from getting a refund by returning unusable cartridges. STICK WITH A U.S. COMPANY. I'm sure there are plenty of them. I went with them because I had a living social voucher. All I can say is this was a headache and I would highly recommend you STAY AWAY FROM TONERSELECTION.COM
I ordered the wrong ink cartridges and wanted to return them to get a refund. I emailed and called and have received no response. TERRIBLE
PLUS it was buy one get one free and of course I never received the free order. SCAM!
Well, where do I start. Ordered 2 black ink and two color ink cartridges from Tonerselection.com on 8/27/14 using a groupon discount offer. Stated to be in stock, using what they say is "mailed with in two days". Not true. Opened a 'action query' with them on 09/09/14 and was told in transit. Rec'vd order 10/09/14 and both black ink cartridges (sealed in cellophane) had leaked ink inside bag. Removed 1 and wiped clean, then put on paper towel to see if it would continue to leak. It did. Another action opened. Was asked to wipe cartridges clean and check. Told him I already had tried that so he said he would send two replacements immediately. Have had no contact or reply to my many (5 or 6) inquireys, ( e-mails and telephone) since. Never re'cd the two replacement cartridges. Even with indicating I am ready to post a realistic review. Found a few other reviews (after all this) stating that this company has terrible customer service. My experience, the most awful service ever had. If this review saves 1 person from losing their time and money I will have won something.
Terrible customer service. Ink cartridges won't work and they don't answer emails or call back when I leave a message. Ordered through Livng Social and they won't do anything either. What a rip-off!
I have used this company and their product is junk and their customer service is MIA. I have three HP #27's I have been trying to get replace for weeks with no response. Buyer beware.
My ink cartridges do not work at all. I have called and emailed the company with zero response. Do NOT give these scammers a single dollar.
Horrible company! They take your money very quickly, but do not provide the product. Avoid these crooks! Scammers ALL THE WAY.
Sent the wrong cartridges, now will not respond to emails or phone calls. Run away. Sounded like a good deal, until you realize it's money wasted.
Ordered, payed 70% less then original cartridges, received in 3 days and they work perfectly!
