I have ordered many items from this company and was quite happy with most items. I believe in the concept of reuse/recycle and fair trade. Unfortunately "Rachel" who is managing all aspects of the business according to the email that she sent me, is overwhelmed and makes statements that she can't back up. After waiting over a month for a dress, sending numerous unanswered emails, and finally giving up, (I received one email stating that she would send it out "tomorrow " which didn't happen) I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am sad about the state of the company and I wish that Rachel would at least take some responsibility and not promise what she can't deliver.
