Inside pipe cutters are designed with ease of use in mind. They typically consist of a cutting head attached to a long shaft or handle. The cutting head contains sharp blades that can be adjusted to the desired depth of the cut. Users simply insert the cutter into the pipe, rotate it, and gradually increase the cutting depth until the pipe is severed. This process ensures a clean and burr-free cut, which is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and longevity of the piping system
Sold me (14) 3" landscape grates. They do not fit as advertised or look like small online picture. They only fit 1/4-1/3rd of the way into the drains and sit 1.25" high. This will destroy lawn mowers and injure workers. Then they had the nerve to expect me to pay a restocking fee and shipping both ways... leaving me with 47 cents from my purchase price of $51.64. They are total crooks, and do not take responsibility for mis-advertising their products. They should send me a return label and refund me fully or send me what was advertised... 3" grates... not 3 step grates that you need to cut up your drain system for to lower them 1.25" into the soil and then glue them in... because they fall out.

Tip for consumers:
do not buy anything from them that you may have to return or ask for customer service, as you will be sorely disappointed. I was and now they are on my blacklist.
Products used:
none. They sold me worthless 3" drain grates that don't fit 3" drains.
Bought a vacuum pump here and it came broken, they did not offer to pay for shipping back, which in other words means, they do not care that they sent out a broken item. If you're thinking about using this site, think again, save your money and buy from a retail store.
I'm shopping for a flammables liquid cabinet. These are heavy and ship by truck. ToolFetch advertises a flat fee of $125 for shipping on Google. When I went to make the actual order, they want $420 for shipping. Beware!
Not sure how they stay in business with all the bad reviews they get from angry people.
It took a few months to get my money back from them for a shipment that never arrived.
Tool Fetch never actually refunded my money. I had to dispute the charge through the bank that issued my credit card and the bank credited my account the amount of the failed transaction.

They sent the wrong item, which I let them know the day I received it. The item was opened as well. I have to pay return shipping plus still pay the original shipping and a restocking fee. Customer Service was rude and unhelpful. I have had better customer service from off shore, barely speak any english, customer service reps. Think Jersey Shore cast but not quite as smart.
Placed and order with ToolFetch on March 28,2014 still have not received my merchandise. I received no email, no phone call, so I checked the website the merchandise has been backed ordered till April 11,2014. No telling when it will ship and I will receive it. It not like the merchandise was a special order. It was 4" grinder blades for goodness sake. Should have been a clue when I had to reapply for the shipping quote. This company is a joke. They need to spend some money on costumer service! I checked other reviews on the this company. There sure is a lot of 1 star ratings. Should have done some research before, that is on me. Looks like the 5 star ratings they received was probably written by an employee, because it was either a 1 star or a 5 star nothing in between. I will not use this company again.
I ordered from Toolfetch on a recommendation from a friend. I do a lot of fabrication and restoration work on classic cars. I found the tool at a good price on their website. Came fast, I guess i would use them again.
