I compared a lot of other companies and I was hesitant to pay for services upfront and end up with a subpar document. I saw a mix of positive and negative reviews and I was willing to take a chance, and I am happy I did!

I was assigned to Danielle D. As a Writer and she was easy to communicate with, prompt in her responses and delivered the documents quickly. I was anticipating a week to receive my resume draft but had it delivered within three days. Out of five positions that I applied for, I immediately received three interview requests! I was driving myself crazy trying to revamp and reword my resume. Using this service has saved me so much time and stress. Laura was amazing and really made my skills shine without over doing it.

Do not use this service! I hired them to build me a NEW resume. After uploading a copy of my EXISTING resume a "draft" was sent to me within 10 minutes to "approve". I approved it to start the process and paid my money to start working with a "person". I also sent back what I wanted to see out of a new resume. I received a reply from *, a Senior Writer, with basically the same resume again. I sent this person an email about what I wanted on my resume and what I expected. I received the same resume back from her with none of the suggestions and a resume with improper formatting that looked like garbage, to be honest. I then sent her an email saying this wasn't what I wanted as she clearly didn't have the skillset to contact me to find out what I wanted so I asked for my money back. She sent it to a supervisor, * who is supposedly Head of Operations & Resume Writing. She said I couldn't get my money back because I had "approved" the draft! The draft that I wrote! She told me she could give me a partial refund for the linked in profile service I had also purchased. This would be a moot point if a resume isn't completed so of course they wouldn't even be able to complete the linked in profile with the regurgitated resume she kept sending me back. I received a partial refund, so I paid $139.99 for a resume to be written by a person and it did not happen. They should be sued for fraud in my opinion.

My previous resume was quite lengthy, and in an outdated format. With over 20 years of experience, I needed help to get the main points highlighted without leaving gaps and to make quantifiable achievements a part of the resume.

I currently work in a corporation where the decision was made to outsource a large number of departments, mine included, and all this in the middle of Covid 19 - so getting a great resume and finding a new position is a priority. I really appreciated the quick turn-around and feel good about supporting an American owned and operated business.
