After, reading all the horrible reviews I was compelled to write a good one. I have ordered from from ToMO many times and all of their products are amazing the hand carve chess set was by far the best Christmas gift given in my entire life. I also was given store credit for a pair of shoes that didn't fit my husband even pass the 7 days. Yes, customer service via email was a pain and needs improvement for sure but in the end I received the credit. The only reason why I gave a 4 star and not 5 is because the company needs to get under logistics. The product can take months to get.

Ordered an item in Nov 2023, Touch Modern said it would ship by Dec 30 2023. Now Feb 2024, no item received, no refund. Getting run around from their customer service, "MIguel Duarte" and "Andrew T". This place is a scam now which is unfortunate because i ordered from them in the past with no issues. The state Attorney General really needs to shut this place down

I was informed that a $1600 watch had been charged to my credit card. Within 5 minutes if the order, I emailed TOM to advise them not to ship the watch. They have no phone service so email is the only communication. 6 emails and a Facebook message gave yielded only roboreplies, so my credit card must intervene - but they don't even gave a phone #. What legit business Ford t take phone calls?

Used this site a few times over the past few years. Occasionally, the orders have arrived in a timely fashion and the merchandise has been good. However, most of the time the orders take a super long time to be delivered….if they ever are and he goods are not of the quality you would expect for the money.
Bottom line is they are overpriced, unreliable and not very helpful when there is a problem. Quite honestly I am surprised these clowns are still in business. Buyer beware. You can do much better and be treated better elsewhere.
I placed an order in mid-July. Shipping costs were almost 50% of the item price. That was unanticipated but okay. It is now September 30 and nothing has been received. I contacted customer support but only received generic message about not having a tracking number for vendor direct ships. When I asked a follow up of how to resolve I received no response. This is a scam, avoid at all costs.

Bought the Storm led picture/ on sale, even on sale at 1/4 of original cost is still to high. Very dissatisfied. No way to hang, deceiving advertising. I could've made at home for $25. First and last item from this site! Buyer beware/ make cheap items look a lot nicer than actual item.

I had the WORSE experience this past Christmas. Just so everyone knows, ToM is simply a third-party shipper who purchases items out of other company's warehouses. Their return policy really isn't. Their customer service isn't either. The product descriptions are deceiving and after waiting for up to two months for your order to be shipped from China (or who knows overseas!)... they give you all of 7 days to return it (that includes shipping it back... which... do the math!) I do NOT recommend this faux store front or the substandard products they "represent" in their advertising!

The product I purchased did not reflect their description, did not perform as specified and their return policy is IMPOSSIBLE taking into account the extended shipping time it takes....that is unless you’re willing to spend just as much on rush return shipping as you did the actual product!

I have been with this company since 2019. As of late their service has been deplorable. I order products that are never delivered or take forever to deliver. Worst of all most of their products have no refund or cancellation clauses which means you lose your money and get no product

I have bought from them many times over the years, but as of the last few months they are no longer operating in a fashion that provides any value to their customers. They are unresponsive, shady, and they attempt to drag transactions out until they are no longer able to be reversed on your credit card. DONT DO IT!
I purchased a jacket from TOM which took several weeks to arrive. I requested size XL to have a bit of extra room for layers. With only a tee shirt on, I could not even get the jacket buttoned, probably close to a medium in reality. I requested a return and was told "sorry" returns were not accepted. Quality of the jacket made me realize this was no bargain either. I suggest buyers go through other more trustworthy sources which stand behind their sales. I am closing my account with these guys and spreading the word of how they operate.

I've had enough disappointment so much so that I deleted the TOM app today. It's been a roller coaster of quality with the multiple orders. Some arrive exactly as described while far too many are nothing like the items pictured on their site. The items have proven to be of the cheapest quality yet at a relatively premium price point. Goodbye touch of modern... you won't be missed.
I received my product that took over 9 weeks to arrive that was supposed to only take 1-2 weeks. It's a flashlight. The flashlight does not work. Never has worked. I received this product and ten days later, still no response about an exchange or anything other than an email stating when it shipped and it's tracking number. I have ordered other items from ToMo with no issues but for them not responding and not abiding by their 3 day resolution to fix an issue such as this, this site can no longer be trusted for any product to be purchased by me or anyone I personally know.

Bought a tie early July, i knew it could take from 3 to 5 weeks to ship but still went for it... On the 6th week, i reached out to touch of modern to have a status update, not sure is this is some type of drop shipping or else, but the customer service agent told me that my parcel was stuck for custom clearance and that once they receive it at their facility, it will be ship to me. 2 days later i received an email from them telling me that their supplier could not fulfill my order, without any explanation... after almost 7 weeks. If stuck in customs for clearance, it means to me that it was ship, unless it was a lie and they try to win some time, waiting for their supplier to confirm.
I am very disappointed by the service, when selling online, delivery is key and waiting over 7 weeks to get an updated is pretty bad
People do not buy from them, by sourcing the product you are interested in yourself, you can probably get it faster than going through them.
This website offers refunds but doesn't give you a refund. I returned an item with their return label and never got a refund. They keep sending me the same reply saying they are escalating to another department and then crickets.
Bought a Franck Muller Watch which was supposed to come with Authenticity Documents which never arrived. Watch is probably stolen or fake. They refuse to send papers. All Sales Final. Sorry but AMEX Platinum has already credited me. I also bought a decorative statue which arrived broken. They have not replaced it or refunded. I am convinced this company is a total scam and should be shut down instantly.
I've bought several things from this company. Probably like 15 or 20 orders. The clothing I've bought from them, I really liked. But I've also bought several watches. And these watches were not cheap, ranging from around $250-$3300. I've had problems with almost every watch. There's a reason that these watches are heavily discounted. There's almost always something that doesn't work quite right on the watch. And you can't get your money back, or even cancel the order once it's been placed, even if it was 10 seconds before.
A statue arrived broken and an incorrect picture was sent. I have ordered dozens of things from touch of modern in the past. For this issue there is absolutely no way to talk to anyone. No one answers their phone at any time of day regardless of what department you try and contact. They do not respond to messages from the website or app. They do not respond to emails. I have been unable to return the broken item despite contacting them over five times over the course of three weeks. Extremely dissatisfied.

1st order shipped via FedEx and was sent to an unknown address in a totally different city. Called FedEx and was told that TOM would need to fix the address.
I've reached out to TOM and get replies from Julie. This person doesn't read or comprehend the information that is provided to her and I get responses that have nothing to do with the issue.
I assume the second half of the order will be delivered to another unknown address.
Save your self the aggravation, look at items on this website and purchase from a reputable supplier.

Overpriced. Sometimes you can find same item on EBay even cheaper. Shipment took forever to arrive. It is not the way to do business. I suspect they photoshop the item when taking picture. Some items I bought before were looked way better in the website than the actual thing arrived. Not a good company.

Let me start by saying that I am a very difficult person to purchase gifts for. My sister who tries so hard to get me something I will like has had 100% success with the cordless mop she purchased me from Touch of Modern. This mop has made the simple jobs of moping something I look forward to. That may sound crazy but this mop cleaned my floor so good I was shocked to see how much dirt was still on the floor after I thought I had cleaned it well enough. I highly recommend my ES-530 Cordless mop! It is lightweight and easy to store.

Look the products up and buy directly from the seller if you don't trust TOM. I've been inspired to purchase many things I've seen on this app from other sellers. Good stuff keep it coming.

I initially gave them a single star review and am now editing it because they are refunding me my cost for a single item that came and did not work. To get to this point I literally told them they can deal with my credit card and the Secretary of State of MA (Bill Galvin) for their methods of not giving refunds with faulty products or replacing them. I will edit again when I get the refund

After finding out the delivery dates for some of the items in my order were going to be shipped past the date I needed them I requested to cancel just those items on my order. The items I tried to cancel were coming from the manufacturer and as soon as I was sent the delivery date for those items I tried to cancel them. The comments said the item was not be shipped for another 2-3 weeks. I put in THREE requests to cancel these items but was ignored. At the time I placed the order, the item said it could not be returned, it DID NOT say no cancellations."
The most frustrating part is you can not speak to anyone!
