I ordered 2 pillows and one mattress pillow top, they sent me 3 pillows and charged me for the original order. I kept emailing and sending messages until my emails were blocked, and don't seem to make it to them. Worst experience ever. I will never order from them again and I used to get things from them all the time. But this is the last. Save yourself the trouble of emailing them to fix their mistake and being ignored.
Ordered something. They promised 2to3 weeks shipping. As I'm writing this, it is now 7weeks and no product! There is no customer service. U can email them and out of my 250something emails, 1 email saying they will check with their 3rd party vendor and sorry no refunds. I strongly recommend you stay away from Touch of Modern

The concept of the platform is great, yet they have major logistical problems. Customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Such a shame because the company has appeal. Unfortunately, they don't understand that economics is defined by the production, distribution, and consumption of commodities because they fail in the distribution part therefore consumers can't consume. Seasonal sales are a trap. By the time you get a seasonal item delivered the season is over. So expect to use your Halloween products for Thanksgiving.

I have made dozens of purchases over the last few years and when I had issues, their response was prompt and courteous but they're absolutely terrible now. Items don't ship until months after the stated/expected delivery date (if at all), then they say there's a delay but the same item pops up for sale again with a faster delivery timeline than the order I placed 45 days ago, WTH? See receipt, two orders weeks overdue with no movement. And now support is terrible, sending cut and paste responses and going in circles rather than a human answering you (or reading your email) and then they ghost. Latest is they canceled the wrong order because they failed to read the email string. Lastly, they don't like to refund you, they offer a store credit. I can no longer recommend them, very sad, they lost a loyal customer."
Company is a scam. They charge your credit card then after few months claim manufacturer unable to provide the merchandise, or order got lost then another few months before you get you money back.
Even if you are luck you get something which was not the original order.
My last order took 5.5 months to be delivered. When I received the box it was totally different merchandise which I could get 20% cheaper from Amazon.
Inflated shipping costs, materials that never show up, abysmal customer support. I have bought from them many times over the years, but as of the last few months they are no longer operating in a fashion that provides any value to their customers. They are unresponsive, shady, and they attempt to drag transactions out until they are no longer able to be reversed on your credit card. DONT DO IT!
This website offers refunds but doesn't give you a refund. I returned an item with their return label and never got a refund. They keep sending me the same reply saying they are escalating to another department and then crickets.
Takes up to 2 months to get your order. I returned a defective item as soon as I got it and here I am 5 weeks later and 8 tries and still no response to my refund

I ordered something on 3/11/23 and as of today 4/24/23 I still have not received my order and have requested status updates several times. In addition, they advised they will not refund me since the sale is final. That would be fine if I ever received the order.
Ordered 2 frames. After a week received 2 different frames. Unable to call, emailed. I had to take a pics of the frames. After a week accepted to return. It took them after a week to accept that returns on them. Haven't got the credit yet, but in email they accepted to crudités one of them and not responding for the second on. Very disappointed. Would never shop from them. By the way the quality of pictures were horrible. Origins from Turku. But felt the art work from a teenage from God knows where.
I recently received an apple watch strap from Touch of Modern that I never ordered. I was shocked to see that they had one of my credit cards on their site since I don't remembered seeing it. When I sent and email saying that I never ordered it. I sent a reply that since it was a final sale and no returns. I have changed my password AND removed my credit card. I would advise customers to remove their credit cards ASAP to prevent this fraudulent activity from happening. I have since put touch of modern into my spam folder.
My information was hacked in Touch Of Modern site. There is zero customer service at this site. There is zero customer care on the phone and the emails are never ever never answered. Stay away stay away stay away. If you buy anything at this site you will regret it. Possibly the most horrific experience i have had shopping on line. Stay away
I purchased a jacket from TOM which took several weeks to arrive. I requested size XL to have a bit of extra room for layers. With only a tee shirt on, I could not even get the jacket buttoned, probably close to a medium in reality. I requested a return and was told "sorry" returns were not accepted. Quality of the jacket made me realize this was no bargain either. I suggest buyers go through other more trustworthy sources which stand behind their sales. I am closing my account with these guys and spreading the word of how they operate.
They solen my 20 000 USD be aware of the company, never do business with them! Please do google search I am not the only one.
I could right a novel but don't have the energy. I've written enough to touch of modern and they've made it clear they care zero about customer service or making things right when there is a problem. Have to give kudos to curators, they've assembled the coolest collection of things guys want. However, one you punch your credit card number in, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You might get what you order in a month, two month, six months or may be not at all. Recommend you window shop site for cool ideas but NEVER BUY from the site.
My first experience buying from TOM has been horrible. I bought 3 shirts. I travel a lot for business and was out of town when they arrived. When I did get around to the shirts... I ordered 3X shirts and they were at least 2 sizes too small. When I tried to return them, I was told they have a 7 day return policy. WHO has a 7 day return policy in today's online retail world?!
Needless to say this will be my ONE and ONLY purchase from Touch of Modern.

Items never arrive. It's impossible to speak to a real human. You just get automated response emails from a bot that lie to you and ensure that the item will arrive in a few days. This goes on for months with each response pushing the arrival out a few days. Item never shows and you get no refund.
The tracking numbers below are two such items that have been missing for months. Never received a refund or even a response from Touch of Modern despite multiple inquiries. Avoid this company.
Usually I do not write reviews. But this time I have to do this. I wish there was Zero Star rating. ToM is a real fraud. They do not stand behind their own words. I purchased a watch and watch I received did not include accessory they advertised in the description. They offered me either full refund or partial refund for missing accessory. I chose full refund and they told me to ship watch back and then they full give me full refund. Communication was by e-mail therefore it is all documented. Once they received the watch they stopped communicating and I did not received any refund. I was sending them emails for about one month and they never replied. I paid for this watch by Discover card via PayPal. So I decided to call to PayPal. They opened a case right away. I provided them with all emails from ToM. In 2 days Tom e=mailed me and they said that i have to close case with PayPal in order to refund me. They lied to me that funds are locked because of the opened case. So they tricked me and I cancelled the case with PayPal. I did not get my refund. They simply gave me a store credit and even this credit was $60 less than I paid for the watch. When I called again to PayPal. They could not help me anymore and they explained me that ToM lied that case blocked funds. PP advised me to open a case with Discover. So I called to discover and they opened a case. I opened a case like 2 months ago and it is still unresolved.
Answer: I've used Touch of Modern several times a year over the last 5 or more years. Recently, they have become a scam. I won't consider them again. Product quality has plummeted and the marketing has become often deceptive. They have removed customer reviews from their website. All consistent with their new found focus to deceive, grift and scam.
Answer: Look at their catalog and then go to the manufacturer
