After, reading all the horrible reviews I was compelled to write a good one. I have ordered from from ToMO many times and all of their products are amazing the hand carve chess set was by far the best Christmas gift given in my entire life. I also was given store credit for a pair of shoes that didn't fit my husband even pass the 7 days. Yes, customer service via email was a pain and needs improvement for sure but in the end I received the credit. The only reason why I gave a 4 star and not 5 is because the company needs to get under logistics. The product can take months to get.

Worst site to buy from! I made an order and waited and waited for it to arrive. I emailed them several times and called them as well and only got an auto-reply that I would be contacted as soon as possible. That was 2 weeks ago and still waiting! What a joke! They are horrible!
My information was hacked in Touch Of Modern site. There is zero customer service at this site. There is zero customer care on the phone and the emails are never ever never answered. I ordered a beach picture frame and i received it 3 weeks later and it looks amazing. Before ordering i was aware that the package would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. I would definite order again. Looks great on my wall and came with led strips in the inside of the frame.
I ordered a very expensive piece of luggage. It's been a month with no correspondence regarding the item. When I tried to cancel it, I was refused and told it was not possible and I had to simply wait until is showed up and if I didn't like it, I couldn't return. I'll never shop there again.
11/12 I bought a phone charger for a Christmas gift. 12/26 it's nowhere to be seen. They aren't selling stuff they have in stock, they are selling stuff they intend to buy from someone else who may or may not have it in stock, may or may not have to manufacture it first. They refuse to refund. Refuse to do anything but promise. I'm filing complaints with BBB, Consumer Affairs, Nevada Attorney General, challenging the charge with my bank, and warning people in places like this. You can get what they sell other places, usually at Amazon, usually cheaper.

I've been a TofM customer since 2017. During that time frame, I've noticed that the product offerings have declined dramatically, and the fulfillment of orders has lagged. The merchandise offerings have been severely reduced in variety, especially in clothing, which has been the majority of my purchases. I'm currently waiting for an order placed; 6-17-23, promised in three weeks...

Touch of modern contract with vendors are very good, for them, they ask you 90 days to pay your invoices and they DO NOT pay on time, I have been emailing them over and over again, after 90 days of invoicing for a very low amount, and they keep replying:-we will contact the other department or whatsoever, what a shame. That's probably how they can make very low prices, not paying their suppliers.
I have used Touch of Modern Twice and the second time will be my last. Their products are garbage and that's probably the reason you can't return any item back to them. Secondly once you order an item it can take weeks to get the garbage item. I had ordered a golf club from them. It was suppose to be a right handed club. When I got the club several weeks later it was a left handed club. I attempted to contact Touch of Modern several times via email with NO RESPONSE at all. Luckily I was able to get a hold of the company who makes the club and they told me that this has been happing with Touch of Modern. The company that makes the club did replace the club but not until I had to cover the shipping cost of retuning the wrong club to the maker. If you know what is good for you and want a quality product that's back up by a reputable company use Amazon and not this scam company Touch of Modern.

I could right a novel but don't have the energy. I've written enough to touch of modern and they've made it clear they care zero about customer service or making things right when there is a problem. Have to give kudos to curators, they've assembled the coolest collection of things guys want. However, one you punch your credit card number in, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You might get what you order in a month, two month, six months or may be not at all. Recommend you window shop site for cool ideas but NEVER BUY from the site.
I ordered something November 2020. I was promised to receive the item in time for Christmas. Did not receive item, unable to reach a person for order update, received no emails. I was left hanging with no information whatsoever. Terrible terrible experience!

Touch of Modern sells made on-demand items mostly from Russia/Ukraine, etc. Made on-demand means that they (you) have to wait until enough orders are in to justify doing a run of the item at the price offered, which is often quite cheap for items such as socks, wireless headphones, etc. that can be compared to other items.
ToM also sells specialty items that cannot be compared to existing products on the market (such as a weird elevated camping tent for around $11.5k.
I bought a set of Liger wireless headphones from ToM ~18 months ago, used them maybe 30 times, they no longer hold a charge and complaints to ToM have gone unanswered. You would think that they would get back to me, even if just to say the warranty is expired and they can't help me. Not even that, even though they can now afford to buy TV advertising.
Terrible customer service, especially after they screwed up the whole order. They are slow in shipping, slow in fixing their screw ups, and slow in response. I had to force them to send the correct items, by disputing the charge, otherwise they would never had corrected their own mistakes. Shameful business ethics. I would not recommend them to anyone, and would advise anyone that values their time and money, to go somewhere else to do business.
I shopped at Touch of Modern several times and some things were good, some not so good. Any who, I ordered something for Christmas and have not received it yet. I called no answer, they want you to email. It was not a problem of them answering all through the holidays. I emailed them they stated there is no refunds. The item is on the way. In the last email they stated Jan 15th They refuse to give me my money back and now we have a problem.
Advertised a metal butane. 357 replica pistol lighter. Upon receipt the thing did not work and it was almost all plastic. The function of it was defective unable to pull the trigger to light it. Found it was jammed up. I was able to unscrew and reassemble it to get it working again. Upon filling it with butane and letting it rest. First click nothing. Click click click nothing. Yep as expected $40 dust collector I could have purchased at a bodega for $6.99. Was a great representation of a gift idea for a gun collector, upon receipt was an insult of my intelligence. Can't be returned it has butane in it now! SOL!

I placed an order for $128.00 for a knife, seven weeks later I received an empty box. I have written a number of inquires but no help yet two days later. Surely Jerry Hunn intended to operate a company better than this.
My package arrived while I was out of town and when I opened it and tried on the leather coat, it was at least 2 sizes too small, even though I had ordered it 2 sizes larger than I typically wear with US sizing. When I contacted "customer support" I was told that I'm a couple of days too late to return the item and that there's nothing they will do to accommodate my request to return for credit. I've been a customer of Touch of Modern for several years, but this lack of service has ruined my opinion of this scam they call a business.
I ordered a clock from touch of modern (order # O*******735) on June 21,2023. A tracking number was immediately processed and payment for the order was processed June 22,2023. I was supposed to receive the item July 21,2023. After I did not receive my order I started trying to contact customer service starting July 26,2023. When I submit my question to the customer service e-mail I get a canned response from Adelaide asking for the order number and then Andrew providing me a tracking number to USPS. After calling USPS, they informed me that they never received the order. I have tried to contact Touch of Modern multiple times and I cannot reach anyone to give me an update or resolution. At this moment I feel that they have stolen my money. Don't buy from this place!
I purchased an expensive automatic swiss made watch(supposedly swiss). The watch was not working properly and I did not use it during the pandemic. I reached out to ToMo and they said it passes the warranty and they have also provided the manufacturer name. Interestingly, manufacturer does not carry the same watch and I could not figure out who is the real manufacturer for the watch. I also noticed that manufacturer is located in east Asia. So, I could not find any manufacturer owning the watch. I showed the watch to local watch fix shops they said they do not want to fix it since they are not familiar with the manufacturer. They also warned me about the scam about "swiss made" watches. So, I told ToMo rep that if I cannot verify the manufacturer of the watch I will share that with the public and they do not seem like they cared.

I bought two magnetic key holders from them and when they came in they were two different colors and one wasn't magnetic. No big deal right? Call them and let them know and they'll make it right. Wrong! They said they could not help me and they could not give me my money back they wanted to give me store credit after I told them I didn't want to do business with them ever again!

I bought a watch from them and had no problems until the battery died. Since my jeweler couldn't change the battery, I wrote to the company and they said to send the watch back, even providing a return authorization. After many weeks of not hearing from them or seeing my watch, I started attempting to contact them (they did not reply to emails and it was impossible to reach them by phone). Eventually they did respond, sending my watch back, unfortunately in the same shape they received it... not working. Repeated attempts to contact them yielded no results and what I am left with is the world's most expensive "throwaway watch." It's unfortunate because there are so many items that I wanted to buy from them and, although I'll admit that most of them are out of my price range, I had and would have continued to purchase those items that I could afford. However, they've left a bad taste in my mouth and I would certainly not recommend them.
Order a gift for Christmas on November 30th... Expected delivery is January 11th!... WHAT!? Tried to reach out to cancel my order and "They don't do returns" at Touch of Modern. This company is a complete SCAM, Avoid at all costs.
