After, reading all the horrible reviews I was compelled to write a good one. I have ordered from from ToMO many times and all of their products are amazing the hand carve chess set was by far the best Christmas gift given in my entire life. I also was given store credit for a pair of shoes that didn't fit my husband even pass the 7 days. Yes, customer service via email was a pain and needs improvement for sure but in the end I received the credit. The only reason why I gave a 4 star and not 5 is because the company needs to get under logistics. The product can take months to get.

Yes, there are lots of neat things on this site but you'll find most of the ones you might order are out of stock. Also, their delivery process stinks! It can literally take MONTHS to get an item because they are sent from the manufacturer (China mostly). Stick to Amazon!
The absolute worst online shopping I have ever experienced. They sell products with estimated delivery times, fail to meet those times, and provide absolutely horrific customer support. Many online reviews state that they fail to pay vendors. Quick to take your money, VERY slow to ship product. This company will undoubtedly go under (well deserved). Don't patronize or support this fraudulent company. Many other online options available with far more reputable business practices.
Ordered a watch from TOMO Mid May with an estimated ship date of 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later they cant tell me when it will ship. Asked for a refund and they offered a store credit. Why would I want to order anything else from this company. Rated a 1 star on because it doesn't go lower!

I requested a refund for 2 of the 4 products. To be fair we loved the other 2 products, HOWEVER they would not issue me a refund on a lotus flower 3-D light for $49.99 and another soap dispenser for $69.99 that drips! I had to call my bank Wells Fargo and they are going after them with disputed charges. Hopefully we wil get satisfaction from my bank. DO NOT order from this SCAM company. BTW, they sent me a pre-printed email, no phone number, to read they they said F/U... WOW Really?!

I used to really like this site until recently. In the last 6 months, I have ordered 6 things and received 1. They don't return my messages or inquiries. They just ignore me and say one thing while the cameras at my apartment say another. Who do you think I'm going to believe? My eyes or some customer service announcement. They make you by insurance for whatever you buy but its just a way for them to collect more money.
Let me get to the point: According to my experience with this company, there's no guarantee that all orders will be fulfilled. And just kiss goodbye to your hard earned money for all unfulfilled orders. There's no refund nor any desire to help you by their heartless customer agent. Yes, they kept my $169 for a rug that was never delivered. What a scam.

I ordered an item that arrived with a relevant missing part. I have sent 5 e-mails over the past month via customer service about the part and have not had one responded to. I would send the item back but clearly there is no way a refund would arrived based on this experience. Their phone service directs you to e-mail. Buyer Beware as this company does not even reply with a courtesy response…just look at the negative reviews as wish I had….could care less about the missing part at this time as it's more about principle and what is right. Would be zero stars if an option
They men's shirt as a gift and it arrived without any packing slip. Of course it was too small so it is not well-made. Trying to return it has been a nightmare. Emailed customer service with my order number asking how one would return an item if there was no packing slip enclosed and I immediately got an email back asking for the order number! Provided it again only to get an email back sometime later from another customer service agent who asked me why I was returning the item. After emailing back again that the item was too small and did not fit properly I have yet to hear back from them. It's a waste of money to order anything off of this site. Never again! Buyer beware, you are using a site that is not customer oriented nor does it provide quality products. If you choose to shop there then consider your hard earned money as a donation to a for profit organization.

I have sent five messages asking for instructions on returning a pair of pants. All I get from them is that they will forward my request to someone else, then I don't hear from them. I am going to delete their app, never order anything else from them and dispute the charge with my credit card company. This might be the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
This is a warning to everyone trying to buy alcohol from this site. I have 3 open orders dating back to February, they have collected the money for them and I have yet to receive any product. They wont refund my money or provide feedback on when (IF!) it will ever ship. Worst customer service ever. I will never buy anything from the again.

I bought a watch and they're sending me the wrong one. It's been a month, still no watch and can't speak to anyone there. All my online inquiries to their customer service dept. just goes round and round and repetitive. I'm so fed up with them and the Sezzle finance company that finances their products. They must have a relationship that takes people's money and run! Buyer beware! These guys are bogus!

These people are scammers. I ordered something and received totally something else. When I emailed them back they told me that they are out of stock and can offer me store credit, so I can buy something else that is probably not what I'll receive. While I can still go and order the same thing online. If it's was out of stock, why would I be able to buy it again 4 weeks after I placed my order and received it. They depend on your laziness to just accept what they've sent.
And when you have any concern expect to wait 5 days before you get a response. They are too busy sending out email blasts but they don't care when there's an issue.

I have worked with the company as a vendor multiple times. After our last couple of campaigns, we submitted invoices for what Touch of Modern owed us for the products we sent in to them for their customers. We've waited almost a year now for payment - we are still waiting. In fact, we are still waiting for someone to just respond to our emails! It's absolutely the worst business I have ever worked with.
Be very wary of any item you purchase online with them, first of all the bulk order for savings is a crock since I will have waited almost 2 weeks for sunglasses I purchased from them for $130 which I found on eBay exact same pair brand new with 4 day free shipping for $79. Be very very careful when purchasing anything from them and make sure to research these amazing deals online first as I am 100% sure you will find the exact same item for less.

Most products coming from China and takes months to even ship. There is no return policy. No proper tracking. Are they doing business in US or somewhere else? For the $10 $20 diff the months wait time no return is not worth. Same products are available in Amazon. Order on Amazon or your local merchant you will be much more happier
Cool stuff, but if you want it soon, this is NOT the site for you. Not recommended for gifts with specific dates like birthday's, anniversaries or Christmas, go somewhere else. It takes over a month to get a "Prepare for Shipping" status. Add another month to "Shipped", and another two weeks for delivery. Takes so long that makes it obsolete. Consider the extended wait before purchasing.

Some of their products are good. Most are just fair (or worse) and often at a similar price elsewhere. MOST items are final sale. Beware. Some do not quite live up to their hype. Also, their customer service is very slow! For any of the items I have had to return for one reason or another, it takes many days and often many tries to get a reply, much less a favorable reply. Forget about finding any phone number! I suggest looking elsewhere first!

Items never arrive. It's impossible to speak to a real human. You just get automated response emails from a bot that lie to you and ensure that the item will arrive in a few days. This goes on for months with each response pushing the arrival out a few days. Item never shows and you get no refund.

Since I placed an order, it has been a month and half. There haven't been proper responses or customer service to inform or resolve this issue, and just received an email that this company has no responsibility for the delivery and blamed the vendor and just mentioned it will delay two more months without any guarantees. I requested refunding right away but no mention about the refunding. This company should be carefully considered if you as a customer consider to order anything. I wonder what is the real shape of this company and I will report to the department to investigate any similar issues going on to our American customers.
I ordered something on 3/11/23 and as of today 4/24/23 I still have not received my order and have requested status updates several times. In addition, they advised they will not refund me since the sale is final. That would be fine if I ever received the order.

Touch of Modern is a cool app to watch new cool products. But once you go crazy and decide to buy something from them expect to have your order extremely late or absolutely wrong items. I'm one of those people who got crazy and bought something from Touch of Modern and one order was 2 Medium shirts instead got 2 Small shirts. Another order was a magnet to hold your phone in the car, this one I received it after exactly a month. And when you try to contact Customer Service you will get the exact message shown below.
"We do not keep a lot of merchandise in stock at our warehouse. Cutting out warehousing costs gives us the ability to have these great prices and affords people the discounts they see for all our products.
Once the sale has ended we then place an order with the designer. Sometimes these items are made when we place our order and sometimes they are ready to be shipped out. Then once the items are on their way to us, we then ship to you."
Free shipping and 10% discount was nit reflected in order. I sent several emails to their "customer service" email which took almost a week to respond, only to tell me they gave me a store credit. I have no interest to order anything more. Save you money and time - go direct.
