After, reading all the horrible reviews I was compelled to write a good one. I have ordered from from ToMO many times and all of their products are amazing the hand carve chess set was by far the best Christmas gift given in my entire life. I also was given store credit for a pair of shoes that didn't fit my husband even pass the 7 days. Yes, customer service via email was a pain and needs improvement for sure but in the end I received the credit. The only reason why I gave a 4 star and not 5 is because the company needs to get under logistics. The product can take months to get.

I have been a customer for a while, but I recently placed an order that has not been filled. I keep getting the run around from customer support by email. Beware!
I ordered two Jared Lang shirts in mid-January, expecting the order to be processed and shirts shipped. Instead I received an email saying they wouldn't ship for three weeks. But of course my card was charged at the time of the order. Approximately three weeks later they messaged saying the items weren't available and would issue a refund. What? I also ordered a cardigan, but three weeks later when it arrived it didn't look like the one in the site. I contacted their "customer service" (which only allows messaging) within five days to obtain return instructions. They messaged back that the return period had expired and no refund would be available. What? This retailer is a complete scam! I think it's just a fraudulent banking operation that makes money on the float from when you order you items and when the say they can't fulfill your order they eventually make a refund. Or when they do fulfill your order it's with items not a show. Stay away from this retailer for the reasons I've explained and based on my experience, I'd be surprised if they are still in business in a few months!
I ordered merchandise from this place and it was the worst experience I had. I texted them because I did not receive my merchandise it's been over one month and three weeks. I Decided to call and I could could not get anyone because they don't take calls. So I had to email them. I email some associate who later on email me back about my merchandise and said part of it was delivered. I email back the associate and told them that did not receive any type of merchandise. I checked looked and no merchandise was there to be found. I emailed the associate and told them that I did not receive my merchandise and it been over a month and three weeks. She email me back and said part was delivered which again I still have not received. The associate also told me that the other merchandise that I ordered was not available. So in all I still did not receive any of the things I ordered. I will tell anyone stay away from this place. It's really hard to spend your money and in return cannot even get your merchandise. I would not recommend anyone to shop from this place. I would not even give it a star.And I will never shop from this place again. Fast to take out your money from your account without even delivering your merchandise.

I ordered some jewelry from them over $200.00 worth! It said 1-2 weeks for delivery! I had a question about the tax they charged and sent a message to them on day 2 12 days later still no answer! I sent a couple more on the 12th and 13th days since placing the order asking about when my order would ship! No answer! So I called my Credit Card company and they woke them up fast when they did a charge back! This company doesn't keep you informed, they don't have time to respond to anything! But when the money is taken back by force they are obviously watching that inbox! It took less that 48 hours to cancel the order and they still didn't answer me or say sorry! The bank and I looked at other reviews saying they didn't get their orders! And they are not paying some of their suppliers? So be careful not sure what's going on with this company? It's not how to run a business, if you order make sure you have a good bank or credit card company to back you up! You might need them to get a refund!

Product still don't have it 38 days later. Spend the extra few dollars and buy it elsewhere. At the minimum the money you save is paying for faster shipping, much much faster shipping.
I made the mistake of ordering a Canada Goose coat offered for sale by Touch or Modern. They advertised it. I ordered it. They accepted my order and IMMEDIATELY charged my credit card the full price of the coat, even though they did not have it in stock and had not shipped it. Approximately a month later, still no shipment, they still had my money and they sent me an email saying their vender did not have them and they could not honor their contract to deliver. They said they would refund my money. I felt that they were at best negligent in offering the item for sale when they really did not have it and that they acted unprofessionally in charging my credit card, keeping the money for over a month and then simply saying they would return the money. I suspect that this may be a scam to get the use of people's money for a month or so. While I recognize that is not a big hit as a one off, if that is what they are doing to lots of people, those small amounts add up ultimately to significant dollars.
I contacted them and gave them the opportunity to fix they problem appropriately by providing me with a comparable coat for the same cost. They refused to do that. Their position was that they could do nothing; an obvious lie. They can but choose not to. I STRONGLY recommend that you not deal with this company as a result of their unprofessional response to the problem that they created due to their incompetence and/or negligence.

Our company vegea LTD. organized a campaign on the TOM platform. After the end of the campaign, they did not fulfill the contract and did not pay for the ordered items from Vegea!
Bought a backlit canvas. Took 2 weeks to get here. As soon as I opened it from the box I thought of how the box seemed better made than the canvas. I went against my better judgment and bought an shabby item from a douche bag coffee shop app.
I went to walmart at 8PM and bought a 9V battery to put into it. The battery connection was hot glued to the inside of the wooden frame (CHEAP AS $#*!). I hung up the canvas with the oversized nails they gave me with it. The canvas lit up and I returned home 24 hours later and it was no longer lit. I asked my wife if she turned it off and she said "no". I went out and got another 9V battery and it still would not turn on.
I then smashed the piece of $#*! in half, spit on it, stomped on it and swore I would angrily type multiple bad reviews. I thought that maybe I need a shrink, maybe I have anger issues. My wife looked at me like a psycho and then I realized that it's not me... its these $#*!ty little SCAM companies. Things used to be made to last. Even cheap $#*! used to last a month or two. Now things stop working after 24 HOURS!

I ordered an OTF knife through this company's website. I got an order confirmation number and confirmation email. I requested that shipping updates be sent to my phone and never got anything after that. Went against my personal rule NEVER ORDER FROM A WEBSITE WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER!
I have purchased 5 different times from Touch of Modern - each experience was worst than the other.
They literally shipped me TWO LEFT SHOES!

Touch of Modern markets and aggregates orders and THEN send them to the vendor for fulfillment - they do not have quality or shipping control and are at the mercy of their vendors...unfortunately ToM does not have the customer service - or sufficient cash flow (it seems) to stand behind their products.

The first time you have an issue with a product or don't receive it, they will just take your money and not help you.
It's 2021 and their purchase/ return policy is aweful, anti customer and really not on par with competitors.

Initially they provided a fairly good service if you can wait the 4-6 week delivery times while they submitted the accumulated orders to their suppliers, (to obtain their bulk discounts). Over the years their attention to detail grew more and more lax. Many items lacked complete descriptions and their customer service got slower and slower. Lately when asking a question about an item it has taken 4 days to get a reply. Which brings me to a recent issue I had with them. If you visit TOM you will no doubt see jackets supplied under different names but mostly made in Turkey. Nice styles but take note of the sizes, there seems to be no standard in Turkey as a XL chest size can range from 42" to 54" So the addition of a size chart comparing the sizes to European or American sizes are a must. Sadly it seems that no one checks the products as they are received to confirm the sizes match the chart. I ordered a Jacket around 6 weeks ago but first had to request confirmation of the sizes shown to American sizes. That took four days to get a reply and a further day for the CS rep to send a chart showing size comparisons (see attached image). To be safe I ordered a 2XL = 48.8" chest (American). I waited the mandatory 4 weeks and was excited to get the jacket. That soon turned to utter disappointment when I tried to fit into this extremely small garment. The sleeves ended up being 4 inches too short and the chest measurement was in fact just 45" and not the 48.8" as shown on the chart. E-mailing the CS department resulted in a return authorization label and a 35 mile trip to the FedEx drop of point for the return. Seven days later I received a refund less the original postage, why? It was their fault the size was incorrect why should I pay postage for their mistake? After 3 more e-mails and some back and forth they relented and refunded the mailing charges.
Personally I will never order from TOM again. Six weeks of waiting, plus multiple e-mails just to be back where I started. It's no wonder Amazon is doing so well and why TOM has so many seriously bad reviews.
After all they don't have very many products for sale at any one time surely it would not be cost prohibitive to hire a few people to check sizes and website descriptions?

My tip is to avoid buying items of clothing from this company. You only have to look at the huge sales of returns they have on a regular basis?

Apart from the fact sizes on clothing varies wildly their customer service when asking questions is incredibly slow, taking on average 4 days if you are lucky. By which time the discounted offer has closed!

Make sure you check sizes especially any Turkish manufacturer as there sizes vary wildly even from the same brand of clothing!

They are stealing from the vendors, they owe us money and there is no intention to pay for the goods we sell.
Ordered a product that was awful quality and quite pricey. Did not see that sales are final and they cannot be returned or refunded.
I've ordered three items from this company: all were of very poor quality and/or do not function as advertised.
I ordered two pictures and a mask that is supposed to filter air particulate down to one micron in size:
A) The two pictures arrived and look like something you would purchase in a dollar store.
B) The "respirator" mask is even more of a problem. Because Touch of Modern was taking a long time to fill the order for the filtration mask I ordered one directly from the manufacturer and received it before Touch of Modern has even provided an update that the item is ready to ship (I received the mask a week ago from the manufacturer, Touch of Modern still indicates that it is waiting to ship their order). The mask is absolute crap and was ~ $80 with tax. The manufacturer claims it filters particulate down to 0.1 micron, yet I could not obtain a decent seal on the mask. I performed a fit test using isoamyl acetate (otherwise known as banana oil). I immediately had a strong smell and taste of the banana oil indicating absolutely no protection was provided by this device. Absolute garbage. I tried adjusting the mask - it simply does not provide protection as advertised (I am a registered nurse who uses other masks that do not have this issue). I cannot cancel the order I placed on the Touch of Modern website even though it still has not shipped and they will not accept a return of this item after it is shipped. From the Touch of Modern website:
